1. The conductive track assembly is characterized by comprising a track shell and two end heads respectively arranged at the head end and the tail end of the track shell, wherein,

the track shell is provided with an insulating support part, the insulating support part is provided with a conductive strip, and the conductive strip is separated from the track shell through the insulating support part;

one of the two end heads is provided with a slot and a first conductive piece electrically connected with the conductive strip, the other end head is provided with an inserting part capable of being inserted into the slot and a second conductive piece capable of being inserted into the first conductive piece, and the second conductive piece is electrically connected with the conductive strip.

2. A conductive track assembly according to claim 1 wherein the terminal is in registry with the track housing, the first and second conductive members each being in registry with the conductive strip.

3. The conductive track assembly of claim 2, wherein the first and second conductive members are each cylindrical.

4. The conductive rail assembly of claim 2, wherein the rail housing has a cavity, the end has two first positioning tabs, the two first positioning tabs are inserted into the cavity, the top surface of one of the first positioning tabs and the bottom surface of the other of the first positioning tabs are attached to the inner wall of the cavity, and the conductive strip is located between the two first positioning tabs.

The conductive track assembly of claim 4, wherein one of the inner wall of the insertion cavity and the first positioning tab is provided with a first clamping groove, and the other of the inner wall of the insertion cavity and the first positioning tab is provided with a clamping portion, the clamping portion being located in the first clamping groove.

6. The conductive track assembly of claim 1, wherein the track shell is provided with a second slot extending through the track shell, and the insulating support portion is clamped in the second slot.

7. The conductive track assembly of claim 6, wherein a second locating tab is disposed on the end, the second locating tab being inserted into the second slot.

8. A track lamp comprising a conductive track assembly as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of lamps, in particular to a conductive track assembly and a track lamp.

Background

For the track lamp, it includes conductive track and lamp body, and the lamp body slidable mounting is on conductive track, supplies power through conductive track to the lamp body. Generally, when a plurality of conductive tracks need to be spliced, special wiring is needed between adjacent conductive tracks, and the wiring needs to occupy a certain space, so that a certain distance needs to exist between adjacent conductive tracks, and the wiring operation is also complicated. Furthermore, the wires between adjacent conductive tracks need to be collated and housed. The splicing operation between the conductive tracks is relatively inconvenient.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve at least one of the technical problems in the prior art, and provides a conductive track assembly which can be conveniently spliced.

The invention also provides a track lamp with the conductive track assembly.

According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a conductive track assembly comprising a track shell and two end heads respectively provided at a head end and a tail end of the track shell, wherein an insulating support is provided on the track shell, and a conductive strip is provided on the insulating support, the conductive strip being spaced from the track shell by the insulating support; one of the two end heads is provided with a slot and a first conductive piece electrically connected with the conductive strip, the other end head is provided with an inserting part capable of being inserted into the slot and a second conductive piece capable of being inserted into the first conductive piece, and the second conductive piece is electrically connected with the conductive strip.

The scheme at least has the following technical effects: through setting up slot and cartridge portion for two adjacent conductive track subassemblies can splice through the mode of cartridge, can realize the transmission of electric current simultaneously, need not wiring specially, also need not the arrangement and accomodate the electric wire, and the concatenation operation between the conductive track subassembly is comparatively convenient.

In the conductive track assembly according to the first aspect of the present invention, the end is inserted into the track shell, and the first conductive member and the second conductive member are inserted into the conductive strip.

According to the conductive track assembly of the first aspect of the present invention, the first conductive member and the second conductive member are both cylindrical.

According to the conductive track assembly of the first aspect of the present invention, an insertion cavity is formed in the track shell, two first positioning pieces are disposed on the end head, the two first positioning pieces are inserted into the insertion cavity, a top surface of one of the first positioning pieces and a bottom surface of the other first positioning piece abut against an inner wall of the insertion cavity, and the conductive strip is located between the two first positioning pieces.

According to the conductive track assembly in the first aspect of the present invention, a first clamping groove is formed on one of the inner wall of the insertion cavity and the first positioning sheet, and a clamping portion is formed on the other of the inner wall of the insertion cavity and the first positioning sheet and located in the first clamping groove.

According to the conductive track assembly of the first aspect of the present invention, the track shell is provided with a second slot which is through from front to back, and the insulating support portion is clamped in the second slot.

According to the conductive track assembly of the first aspect of the present invention, the end head is provided with a second positioning piece, and the second positioning piece is inserted into the second clamping groove.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a track lamp comprising a conductive track assembly as described above.

Through setting up slot and cartridge portion for also can realize assembling between the two adjacent track lamps, and realize the transmission of electric current, the operation of assembling between the track lamp is comparatively convenient.
