Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of air purification, in particular to a flow guide ring, a fan assembly with the flow guide ring and an air conditioner with the flow guide ring.

Background

The existing air conditioner is provided with a flow guide ring on the air inlet end of a centrifugal fan of the existing air conditioner, so that the passing air flow is accelerated in the flow guide ring, and effective air purification is realized. In the existing air conditioner, the flow guide ring is arranged to be a smooth cylindrical structure, but sometimes, the air inlet in the air conditioner does not enter from the top of the air conditioner completely, and when the air inlet of the air conditioner enters from other directions, the existing flow guide ring cannot effectively guarantee the air inlet amount or the air outlet amount of the air conditioner, so that the usability and the comfort of the air conditioner are influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problem that the air inlet or outlet quantity of the flow guide ring is not large in the prior art, the invention mainly aims to provide the flow guide ring for improving the air inlet or outlet quantity of the flow guide ring, and the fan assembly and the air conditioner with the flow guide ring.

In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present invention provides a flow guiding ring, including: the device comprises a cylindrical body, a first end and a second end, wherein the first end and the second end are opposite, the first end of the body is provided with a flow guide part along the circumferential edge of the first end of the body, and the flow guide part and the body form an angle; the second end of the body is connected with an outflow part, and the diameter from the first end of the body to the outflow part is gradually increased.

As shown in fig. 2 to 4, an air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the present invention includes a fan assembly disposed in a casing 3, a heat exchanger 4 arranged in a ring shape, and a motor 5. Because the air inlet form of the whole air conditioner is annular air inlet, airflow enters the fan blade 2 from the circumferential side surface of the shell 3, and air in the air channel does not completely enter the fan blade 2 from the top, in order to realize that lateral air is guided into the fan blade 2 as much as possible for ventilation, the embodiment of the invention provides an improved guide ring structure.

As shown in fig. 1, the flow guiding ring provided in the embodiment of the present invention includes: the device comprises a cylindrical body 11, wherein the body 11 is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite, a flow guide part 12 is arranged at the first end of the body 11 along the circumferential edge of the first end, and the flow guide part 12 and the body 11 form an angle with each other; the second end of the body 11 is connected with an outflow part 13, and the diameter from the first end of the body 11 to the outflow part 13 is gradually increased. According to the guide ring 1 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the guide part 12 is arranged at the first end of the guide ring 1, so that when air enters from the side surface of the air conditioner, the guide part 12 can play a role of converting radial air entering from the side surface into axial air guiding, the radially entering air can enter a fan assembly as much as possible, and the increase of the air inlet amount is realized. Meanwhile, the second end of the guide ring 1 is provided with an outflow part 13, and the outflow part 13 is in an outward expansion mode relative to the first end of the guide ring 1, so that the inlet air can be exhausted as much as possible through the guide ring 1; the usability and the comfort of the air conditioner are improved.

The improvement of the guide ring 1 comprises two parts, wherein one part is a guide part 12 which is obliquely arranged towards the outer side at the circumferential edge of the first end of the guide ring 1, and the guide part 12 effectively guides the inlet air on the side surface to the fan blade 2. The other part is that the part of the guide ring 1 positioned on the circumferential direction of the fan blade 2 is set as an outflow part 13, and the outflow part 13 is of an outward-expanding structure, so that the maximum air output is ensured. The improvement of the guide ring 1 can increase the air inlet area of the fan blades 2 and improve the air quantity of the whole machine for the kitchen air conditioner which circumferentially supplies air and adopts the mixed flow fan.

The problem that the air volume and the noise of the whole air conditioner are influenced by the structural size and the diameter of the guide ring 1 is solved, and the size of the guide ring 1 is explored in the embodiment of the invention so as to further improve the air volume of the whole air conditioner and reduce the noise. As shown in fig. 4, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an included angle β between the flow guiding portion 12 and the axis of the body 11 is 10 ° < β < 55 °, so that the intake air from the circumferential direction of the casing 3 can be effectively guided to the fan blades 2 as much as possible through the inclined flow guiding portion 12. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the flow guiding portion 12 is connected to the body 11 through a flow guiding arc surface 14, and the arc surface is configured to effectively guide air to the fan blade 2.

In this embodiment, on the basis of the included angle β, the included angle α between the outflow portion 13 and the axis of the main body 11 is greater than 8 degrees and less than 20 degrees, so that the air outlet of the outflow portion 13 is smoother, the air outlet volume of the whole machine is increased, and the comfort of the whole machine is further improved.

The angle of the flow guide part 12 and the flow outlet part 13 can reduce the air inlet and outlet resistance of the flow guide ring 1, so that air flow can smoothly flow into and out of the flow guide ring 1.

As shown in fig. 4, in the flow guide ring 1 provided in an embodiment of the present invention, the axial length (height) of the flow guide ring 1 (height of the flow guide ring 1) is H, and the axial length (height) of the fan blade 2 is L, wherein H is not less than 1/2 × L and not more than 4/5 × L, and in the air conditioner complete machine, because the fan blade 2 has a certain distance from the top wall surface of the casing 3, the airflow enters the fan blade 2 from the circumferential direction of the casing 3, and the distance is set to facilitate the airflow to flow, and the air inlet 31 in the circumferential direction of the casing 3 is matched to ensure the air inlet area of the mixed flow fan blade 2, thereby ensuring the flow rate of the complete machine.

As shown in fig. 5-6, fig. 5 is a view showing the direction of air flow in a lower housing 3 with a deflector ring 1 of the prior art, wherein the height of the deflector ring 1 is too low, which causes eddy current to occur at the inlet of the deflector ring 1, and the occurrence of the eddy current causes noise to rise; fig. 6 shows the air flow direction in the lower shell 3 provided with the guide ring 1, and at the moment, no vortex appears at the inlet of the guide ring 1, so that the noise of the whole machine is effectively reduced.

The combination of the parameters such as the height of the flow guide part 12, the outflow part 13 and the flow guide ring 1 can ensure that the airflow can flow in and out more smoothly, improve the air quantity of the whole machine, reduce the noise of the whole machine and improve the usability and the comfort of the whole machine.
