The principles and features of this invention are described below in conjunction with the following drawings, which are set forth by way of illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment provides a water heater wire box, which includes a display box 1 and a display assembly 2 installed in the display box 1, wherein the display assembly 2 includes a housing 21, a display panel 22 and a display lamp holder 23; the casing 21 of the embodiment mainly serves to connect the display panel 22 with the display box 1 and protect the display panel 22 to a certain extent, the casing 21 may be a rectangular casing 21 in the figure, and has a bottom wall and a side wall connected to the periphery of the bottom wall, and the side wall is provided with a notch for conveniently leading out or leading in a connecting line of the display panel 22; the display panel 22 of the present embodiment may be specifically a PCB circuit board, which has a circuit therein, and a spring 224 and a display device 226 disposed on the surface thereof; the display holder 23 of the present embodiment is mainly used for protecting the display panel 22, and has a plurality of first through holes 233 adapted to the springs 224, and a rectangular display hole 234 formed in the middle thereof, wherein the display hole 234 is adapted to the display device 226 of the display panel 22.

In order to solve the problems mentioned in the background art and improve the assembly efficiency of the display module 2, the present embodiment improves the structure and connection relationship among the housing 21, the display panel 22 and the display holder 23.

Firstly, a shell 21 and a display panel 22 are designed to be in snap connection, a first positioning structure is arranged on the shell 21, and a first matching structure matched with the first positioning structure in a positioning way is arranged on the display panel 22; when the housing 21 is assembled with the display panel 22, the first positioning structure and the first matching structure are positioned and matched to realize positioning connection therebetween, and then the first positioning structure and the first matching structure are connected together through the snap structure.

Further, in this embodiment, the display lamp holder 23 and the display panel 22 are also designed to be in snap-fit connection, the display lamp holder 23 is provided with a second positioning structure, and the display panel 22 is provided with a second matching structure which is matched with the second positioning structure in a positioning manner. Similarly, when the display lamp holder 23 is assembled with the display panel 22, the positioning connection between the second positioning structure and the second matching structure is realized through the positioning matching of the second positioning structure and the second matching structure, and then the two are connected together through the buckling structure.

The structure is convenient for the positioning connection among the shell 21, the display panel 22 and the display lamp holder 23 through the positioning matching of the guide structure and the matching structure, and the assembly efficiency is improved; and the connection relation of the shell 21, the display panel 22 and the display lamp holder 23 is designed to be in snap connection, so that the assembly simplicity is improved, and the production efficiency is further improved.

Referring to fig. 1 and 10, the first positioning structure of this embodiment includes a plurality of first positioning posts 211 disposed on the bottom wall of the housing 21, two adjacent first positioning posts 211 are disposed at intervals, specifically, the number of the positioning posts of this embodiment is two, each group includes two first positioning posts 211 disposed at intervals, two groups of first positioning posts 211 are disposed on two opposite sides of the bottom wall of the housing 21, the first matching structure of this embodiment includes a plurality of first positioning holes 221 disposed on the display panel 22, the plurality of first positioning posts 211 and the plurality of first positioning holes 221 are matched in a one-to-one correspondence, specifically, the first positioning posts 211 are in clearance fit with the first positioning holes 221, and the clearance amount is determined according to the design requirement.

In order to support and protect the display panel 22, the present embodiment further includes a supporting structure for supporting the display panel 22 on the bottom wall of the housing 21, specifically, the supporting structure of the present embodiment includes a plurality of elastic supporting members 212, the elastic supporting members 212 abut against the display panel 22 and elastically support the display panel 22, and preferably, based on the first positioning pillars 211, the plurality of elastic supporting members 212 of the present embodiment are connected with the plurality of first positioning pillars 211 in a one-to-one correspondence, and the elastic supporting members 212 and the first positioning pillars 211 may be integrally connected, that is, integrally formed during processing.

Further, the supporting structure of the present embodiment further includes a plurality of fixing supporting members 213, and the fixing supporting members 213 are not unique in structural form, and as shown in the figure, a cross section of one fixing supporting member 213 is cross-shaped, and a cross section of one fixing supporting member 213 is i-shaped.

The height of the fixed support 213 of the embodiment is designed to be smaller than the height of the elastic support 212 in an unsupported state, that is, when the display panel 22 is not installed in the housing 21, the height of the elastic support 212 is larger than the height of the fixed support 213, when the display panel 22 is installed in the housing 21 through the snap structure, the elastic support 212 presses down the elastic support 212, the elastic support 212 elastically supports and protects the display panel 22, when the display panel 22 is subjected to a larger pressure, the height of the elastic support 212 is pressed down to be flush with the fixed support 213, and at this time, both the elastic support 212 and the fixed support 213 support and protect the display panel 22, thereby improving the installation stability of the display panel 22.

Based on the structure of the elastic supporting element 212, the present embodiment further improves the snap-fit connection between the housing 21 and the display panel 22, and the present embodiment is provided with a fixed snap 214 on one of the two opposite side walls of the housing 21 and an elastic snap 215 on the other of the two opposite side walls of the housing 21; one side of the display panel 22 is retained by the fixing catch 214, and the other side of the display panel 22 is retained by the elastic catch 215.

When the display panel 22 is installed, one side of the display panel 22 is installed below the fixing buckle 214, then the other side of the display panel 22 presses the elastic buckle 215 downwards, so that the elastic buckle 215 deforms, the other side of the display panel 22 is limited below the elastic buckle 215, at the moment, the display panel 22 has certain pressure on the elastic support part 212, so that the elastic support part 212 generates elastic support for the display panel 22, the structure is simple and convenient to install, better installation stability is achieved, the connection between the display panel 22 and the shell 21 can be released under the restoring force of the elastic support part 212 only by pressing the elastic buckle 215, and the maintenance and replacement of the display panel 22 are facilitated.

Based on the above structure, the present embodiment also optimizes the structure of the fixing clip 214 and the elastic clip 215, and the fixing clip 214 is provided with the first guide surface 216, so that one side of the display panel 22 can move along the first guide surface 216 to below the fixing clip 214; similarly, the second guide surface 217 is disposed on the elastic catch 215, so that the other side of the display panel 22 can move along the second guide surface 217 to the lower side of the elastic catch 215, thereby further improving the assembling efficiency of the housing 21 and the display panel 22.

Referring to fig. 3-9, the second positioning structure of the present embodiment includes a plurality of second positioning posts 231 disposed at the bottom of the display lamp holder 23, and considering that the area of the structure of the display lamp holder 23 itself is small, the number of the second positioning posts 231 of the present embodiment is two, and the two second positioning posts 231 are disposed at two opposite corners of the display lamp holder 23 respectively, so as to prevent the display lamp holder from being inserted reversely during assembly, and to achieve a certain fool-proof effect.

Correspondingly, the second matching structure of the present embodiment is the second positioning hole 222 disposed on the display panel 22, and the plurality of second positioning pillars 231 and the plurality of second positioning holes 222 are matched in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and similarly, the second positioning pillars 231 and the second positioning holes 222 of the present embodiment are also in clearance fit, and the specific clearance is determined according to the design requirement.

The specific snap-fit connection manner of the display lamp holder 23 and the display panel 22 of this embodiment is as follows: the display lamp holder 23 is provided with a first buckle 232, and the display panel 22 is provided with a first buckle hole 223 matched with the first buckle 232; the engaging amount of the first latch 232 and the first latch hole 223 is also designed according to the requirement, and the embodiment is not described herein too much.

Referring to fig. 1 again, the display box 1 of the present embodiment generally includes a cover 11 and a box 12 that are detachably connected, the box 12 is also provided with a notch for leading out and leading in a connection line of the display panel 22, and since the cover 11 is connected to the box 12 after assembly, the connection between the box 12 and the cover 11 will not be described here, and the box 12 will be described as a part of a cover assembly structure described below.

As shown in fig. 11, based on the water heater line box, the present embodiment further provides a surface cover assembly structure, which includes a surface cover body 3 and the water heater line box; when the display box 1 comprises a cover body 11 and a box body 12 which are connected, the face cover body 3 is provided with a mounting hole 31, and the size of the mounting hole 31 is smaller than that of the cover body 11 and the box body 12; the cover 11 and the box 12 are respectively installed on two opposite sides of the installation hole 31, the cover 11 and the box 12 are detachably connected through a connecting member such as a screw (not shown in the figure), a second through hole 225 for passing the screw is formed in the display panel 22, a connection hole 123 connected with the screw is formed in the box 12, the installation hole 31 is designed to facilitate passing of a connection structure such as a screw, and connection between the cover 11 and the display module 2 can be facilitated.

Preferably, in order to prevent the connected box 12 and cover 11 from moving on the face cover, the face cover body 3 of the present embodiment includes two position limiting plates 32 at the mounting hole 31, the number of the position limiting plates 32 may be two in the figure, that is, one position is respectively disposed at two sides of the mounting hole 31, a third buckle 111 is disposed at one side of the cover 11 close to the face cover, and the third buckle 111 is engaged with the position limiting plates 32 to ensure the stability of the box 12 and the cover 11 on the face cover body 3.
