Background

Assembly decoration is a form of decorative construction emerging in recent years. The assembled decoration is as the name implies, namely, each part required to be used for decoration is produced and completed in a factory and then is transported to a decoration site for combined installation, so that the operations of measurement, cutting and the like of each part in the traditional decoration site are omitted, the construction is simpler and more convenient, the construction efficiency of the decoration site can be greatly improved, the construction site is cleaner and more beautiful, excessive decorative material garbage cannot be generated, and the assembled decoration is a more environment-friendly decoration construction form. The wall surface is used as an important component of the whole house decoration, and the assembly type wall surface system has wide application.

The wall of assembled wall system is assembled by the polylith wallboard and is formed, has the gap between the wallboard, leads to the pleasing to the eye degree of assembled wall system's wall to be relatively poor.

Therefore, it is necessary to solve the above-mentioned technical problems.

The embodiment of the invention provides an assembly type wall system with decorative lines, which comprises: a plurality of wall panel mounts, at least one wall panel, and a plurality of molding; the inner sides of the wall panel mounting pieces are fixed on the base wall body at intervals along the vertical direction, each wall panel is fixed on two adjacent wall panel mounting pieces, and each decorative moulding is connected with a different one of the wall panel mounting pieces; a first clamping groove is formed in the outer side of the wallboard mounting piece; the moulding includes first vertical lath and first joint lath, the outer end of first joint lath with the middle part of the inboard of first vertical lath links to each other, every the moulding first joint lath peg graft in different one the wallboard installed part first joint groove, every the moulding first vertical lath covers in the outside of the lower part of a wallboard of top and/or the outside on the upper portion of a wallboard of below.

Optionally, a latch is disposed on a side surface of the first clamping lath, and a clamping groove matched with the latch is formed in the first clamping groove.

Optionally, a pair of opposite side surfaces of the first clamping lath are provided with clamping teeth, and a pair of wall surfaces in the first clamping groove are provided with clamping grooves matched with the clamping teeth.

Optionally, a pair of opposite side surfaces of the first clamping lath are provided with a plurality of clamping teeth, and a pair of wall surfaces in the first clamping groove are provided with a plurality of clamping grooves matched with the clamping teeth.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the accompanying drawings, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, not all embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, shall fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1-6, an embodiment of the present invention provides an assembled wall system 10, comprising: a plurality of fixed leveling members 200 spaced above and below along the base wall 100, a plurality of wall panel mounts 300, at least one wall panel 400, and a plurality of molding strips 500. The inner side of each of the fixing leveling members 200 is fixed to the base wall 100 for supporting the panel installation member 300 and the panel 400 and adjusting the verticality of the panel 400. The inner side of each of the wall panel installation members 300 is indirectly fixed to the base wall body 100 at intervals in the up-down direction by means of a different one of the fixed leveling members 200, each of the wall panels 400 is fixed to two adjacent wall panel installation members 300, and the wall panels 400 are fixedly installed to the fixed leveling members 200 by means of the wall panel installation members 300. Each molding 500 is attached to a different one of the wall panel mounts 300.

First joint groove 310 has been seted up in the outside of wallboard mounting part 300, moulding 500 includes first vertical lath 510 and first joint lath 520, the outer end of first joint lath 520 with the middle part of the inboard of first vertical lath 510 links to each other, every moulding 500 first joint lath 520 pegs graft in different one wallboard mounting part 300 first joint groove 310, every moulding 500 first vertical lath 510 covers in the outside of the lower part of a wallboard 400 of top and/or the outside of the upper portion of a wallboard 400 of below.

Wherein, the outside refers to a side of each component far away from the base wall 100, and the inside refers to a side of each component near the base wall 100.

The assembly type wall system 10 provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with the first clamping groove 310 through the outer side of the wallboard mounting piece 300, the decorative moulding 500 comprises the first vertical lath 510 and the first clamping lath 520, the decorative moulding 500 is inserted into the first clamping groove 310 of the wallboard mounting piece 300 through the first clamping lath 520 to be clamped and fixed with the wallboard mounting piece 300, and meanwhile, the first vertical lath 510 of the decorative moulding 500 covers the outer side of the lower part of one wallboard 400 above and/or the outer side of the upper part of one wallboard 400 below, so that the gap between two adjacent wallboards 400 is covered, and the attractiveness of the assembly type wall system 10 can be improved; and moulding 500 is split type grafting design with wallboard installed part 300, and moulding 500's installation is simple with the dismantlement, and the commonality is high.

As a preferred implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, a latch 521 is disposed on a side surface of the first latch lath 520, and a latch slot 311 engaged with the latch 521 is disposed in the first latch slot 310. In this embodiment, the first clip strip 520 is easily and securely assembled with the first clip groove 310 of the wall panel mounting member 300.

As a preferred implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, a pair of opposite side surfaces of the first clamping strip 520 are provided with clamping teeth 521, and a pair of wall surfaces in the first clamping groove 310 are provided with clamping grooves 311 matched with the clamping teeth 521. In this embodiment, the stability of the connection of the first clip strip 520 with the first clip groove 310 of the wall panel mounting member 300 can be enhanced.

As a preferred implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5 to 7, a plurality of latch teeth 521 are disposed on a pair of opposite side surfaces of the first latch lath 520, and a plurality of latch grooves 311 engaged with the latch teeth 521 are disposed on a pair of wall surfaces in the first latch groove 310. In this embodiment, the strength of the connection of the first clip strip 520 with the first clip groove 310 of the wall panel mounting member 300 can be enhanced.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, 4, 5 and 8, the wall panel mounting member 300 includes a second vertical strip 320, a first horizontal strip 330, a second clamping strip 340 and a third clamping strip 350, wherein the inner side of the first horizontal strip 330 is connected to the middle of the outer side of the second vertical strip 320, the first clamping groove 310 is opened at the middle of the outer side of the first horizontal strip 330, the bottom of the second clamping strip 340 is connected to the top of the outer end of the first horizontal strip 330, and the top of the third clamping strip 350 is connected to the bottom of the outer end of the first horizontal strip 330; the top end of the wall plate 400 is provided with a second clamping groove 410, and the bottom end of the wall plate 400 is provided with a third clamping groove 420; the inboard of second vertical lath 320 with the outside fixed connection of fixed leveling subassembly 200, the second joint groove 410 of wallboard 400 and the top wallboard mounting part 300 the third joint lath 350 joint is connected, the third joint groove 420 of wallboard 400 and the below wallboard mounting part 300 the second joint lath 340 joint is connected. The embodiment of the present invention further provides an installation method of an assembly wall system with a molding, where the assembly wall system with a molding is the assembly wall system 10 with a molding as described above, as shown in fig. 1 to 6, and the installation method includes the following steps:

fixing the inner sides of the plurality of panel installation members 300 to the base wall 100 at intervals in the up-down direction, and installing the at least one panel 400 to the plurality of panel installation members 300;

aligning the first clamping lath 520 of each molding 500 of the plurality of molding 500 with the first clamping groove 310 of a different one of the wall panel mounting members 300, pushing the molding 500 toward the wall panel mounting member 300, so that the first clamping lath 520 of the molding 500 is inserted into the first clamping groove 310 of the wall panel mounting member 300, and the first vertical lath 510 of the molding 500 covers the outer side of the lower portion of an upper wall panel 400 and/or the outer side of the upper portion of a lower wall panel 400.

The assembly type wall system 10 provided by the embodiment of the invention is provided with the first clamping groove 310 through the outer side of the wallboard mounting piece 300, the decorative moulding 500 comprises the first vertical lath 510 and the first clamping lath 520, the decorative moulding 500 is inserted into the first clamping groove 310 of the wallboard mounting piece 300 through the first clamping lath 520 to be clamped and fixed with the wallboard mounting piece 300, and meanwhile, the first vertical lath 510 of the decorative moulding 500 covers the outer side of the lower part of one wallboard 400 above and/or the outer side of the upper part of one wallboard 400 below, so that the gap between two adjacent wallboards 400 is covered, and the attractiveness of the assembly type wall system 10 can be improved; and moulding 500 is split type grafting design with wallboard installed part 300, and moulding 500's installation is simple with the dismantlement, and the commonality is high.
