Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of door locks, in particular to a latch bolt structure and a door lock.

Background

At present, noise generated when a door lock body is opened and closed mainly comes from the reset of an oblique bolt, specifically, a limit bump is arranged on the side edge of the oblique bolt and used for abutting against the inner wall of the lock body after the oblique bolt is reset, for example, patent CN2661843Y discloses a bidirectional lock bolt, a back bump is arranged on the lock bolt, and the flat side surface of the back bump on the lock bolt abuts against the inner side surface of the side panel of the door lock. However, the rear projection may generate a loud noise when it collides with the door lock side panel after the latch bolt is reset. Meanwhile, when the oblique tongue with the shape similar to the limiting bump is required to be reversed, the oblique tongue cannot be directly pulled out from the through hole of the side panel of the door lock because the oblique tongue is provided with the limiting bump, and then the lock body needs to be disassembled to expose the internal structure of the lock body, so that a lock installing person can disassemble and reverse the oblique tongue, and the reversing operation of the oblique tongue is complicated.

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a latch bolt structure of the present invention is schematically shown, including a latch bolt 30, a connecting rod 40, a guide 20, a buffering elastic member 60, and a lock body 10.

The connecting rod 40 has a head end and a tail end, the connecting rod 40 is slidably connected to the guide 20, the head end of the connecting rod 40 is connected to the latch tongue 30, and the latch tongue 30 can move toward or away from the guide 20 along the axial direction of the connecting rod 40 by the connection and guidance of the connecting rod 40.

The guide device 20 is slidably connected to the lock body 10, the relative sliding direction between the guide device 20 and the lock body 10 is parallel to the connecting rod 40, the lock body 10 is provided with a mounting hole 11 located on the axis of the connecting rod 40, a gap is provided between the latch 30 and the wall of the mounting hole 11, and the latch 30 penetrates out of and is far away from the mounting hole 11 when the guide device 20 moves towards the mounting hole 11. When the guiding device 20 can freely slide relative to the lock body 10, a force is applied to draw the oblique tongue 30 out of the lock body 10 along the axial direction of the connecting rod 40, so that the oblique tongue 30 completely extends out of the mounting hole 11 of the lock body 10, and the oblique tongue 30 can be detached, repaired or reversed by a lock assembling personnel. Moreover, since the latch bolt 30 omits the conventional limit bump, the noise generated by the bump between the limit bump and the lock body 10 is not generated when the latch bolt 30 is reset.

The two ends of the buffering elastic part 60 are respectively abutted to the tail end of the connecting rod 40 and the guide device 20, when the latch bolt 30 is extruded by external force and is contracted into the mounting hole 11, and after the external force is cancelled, the tail end of the connecting rod 40 is quickly close to the guide device 20 to reset, the buffering elastic part 60 can buffer the movement of the connecting rod 40, and the tail end of the connecting rod 40 is prevented from impacting the guide device 20 and generating noise.

As shown in fig. 7, in order to prevent the connecting rod 40 from swinging in its normal direction, the latch bolt structure of the present invention further includes a stopper 70 connected to the lock body 10, the stopper 70 being provided with a guide hole 71 coaxially disposed with the connecting rod 40, and the connecting rod 40 being slidably inserted through the guide hole 71.

Specifically, the tail end of the connecting rod 40 is provided with a limiting ring 41 extending towards the radial outer side thereof, the buffering elastic member 60 abuts against the end surface of the limiting ring 41, and the limiting ring 41 is used for connecting the buffering elastic member 60 with the tail end of the connecting rod 40. The guide device 20 is provided with a connecting hole 23, and the connecting rod 40 is slidably inserted through the connecting hole 23, i.e. the guide device 20 is located between the head end and the tail end of the connecting rod 40. The outer diameter of the retainer ring 41 is larger than the bore diameter of the connection hole 23 to prevent the tail end of the connection rod 40 from being unintentionally separated from the connection hole 23.

In order to prevent the latch bolt 30 from being accidentally separated from the mounting hole 11 when the consumer normally uses the door lock, as shown in fig. 3, 4 and 7, a locking mechanism for preventing the guide device 20 and the lock body 10 from sliding relatively is arranged between the guide device 20 and the lock body 10, when the lock installer reverses the latch bolt 30, the locking mechanism is unlocked to allow the guide device 20 and the lock body 10 to slide relatively, and when the lock installer finishes reversing the latch bolt 30, the locking mechanism is locked to prevent the guide device 20 and the lock body 10 from sliding relatively.

Specifically, the lock body 10 is provided with a limiting hole 12, the latch bolt structure of the invention further comprises a locking part 50, the locking part 50 comprises a connecting piece 51 and a locking piece 52 which are connected, one end of the connecting piece 51 is connected to the locking piece 52, the other end of the connecting piece 51 passes through the limiting hole 12 and is movably connected to the guide device 20, the connecting piece 51 moves relative to the guide device 20 to enable the locking piece 52 to move close to or away from the guide device 20, the locking piece 52 is embedded in the limiting hole 12 to lock the guide device 20 and the lock body 10, when an external force presses the latch bolt 30, the latch bolt 30 is close to the guide device 20 under the connection and the guide of the connecting rod 40, namely, the latch bolt 30 is contracted into the mounting hole 11; when the oblique tongue 30 needs to be drawn out of the mounting hole 11 for reversing, the connecting member 51 is driven to move relative to the guide device 20 by applying force to force the locking member 52 and the connecting member 51 to exit from the limiting hole 12, the guide device 20 can slide relative to the lock body 10, and the oblique tongue 30 is drawn out of the mounting hole 11 by applying force to reverse. Further, the locking member 50 may be preferably a screw, wherein the connecting member 51 is a threaded section of the screw, and the locking member 52 is a head of the screw.

The guide device 20 includes a first guide 21 and a second guide 22 which are perpendicular to each other and connected to each other, the first guide 21 and the second guide 22 are both plate-shaped, a connecting member 51 is movably connected to the first guide 21, and a connecting rod 40 is slidably connected to the second guide 22. The first guide member 21 is provided with a screw hole 211, the connecting member 51 is provided with an external thread, and the external thread is connected to the screw hole 211 in a matching manner.

Example 2

In order to solve the same technical problem, the invention also provides a door lock, which comprises the latch bolt structure.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

a gap is arranged between the latch bolt 30 and the wall of the mounting hole 11, the latch bolt 30 can be accommodated in the mounting hole 11 and can be completely drawn out from the mounting hole 11, that is, the latch bolt 30 penetrates out of the mounting hole 11 when the guide device 20 moves towards the mounting hole 11 and is far away from the mounting hole 11, so that a lock installing person can maintain or change direction of the latch bolt 30, and the existing limit bump is omitted from the latch bolt 30, so that the noise generated by the collision between the limit bump and the lock body 10 is avoided when the latch bolt 30 is reset.

The above description is only an embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes performed by the present specification and drawings, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
