1. A latch bolt reversing structure is characterized by comprising a latch bolt, a connecting rod, a guide device and a lock body;

one end of the connecting rod is connected to the latch bolt, the other end of the connecting rod is slidably connected to the guide device, and the connecting rod is rotatably connected to the guide device around the axis of the connecting rod; the lock body is provided with a groove which is parallel to the connecting rod, the guide device is provided with a sliding block, and the sliding block is slidably connected with the groove; and a locking mechanism for preventing the guide device and the lock body from sliding relatively is arranged between the guide device and the lock body.

2. The latch bolt reversing structure according to claim 1, wherein the locking mechanism comprises a locking member, and a slide groove and a limiting hole which are provided in the lock body;

the limiting hole is positioned at one end of the sliding chute, and the sliding chute penetrates through the inner side wall of the limiting hole;

the locking part comprises a connecting piece and a locking piece which are connected, the connecting piece is movably connected with the guide device, and the locking piece is embedded in the limiting hole.

7. The latch bolt reversing structure according to claim 6, wherein the mounting block is U-shaped in cross section, and the guide means and the connecting rod are located in the mounting block.

8. The latch bolt reversing structure according to claim 7, wherein the mounting seat is provided with a relief hole located on an axis of the connecting rod.

9. The latch bolt reversing structure according to claim 1, wherein the number of the sliding blocks and the number of the grooves are two, one sliding block is correspondingly connected with one groove, and the two sliding blocks are respectively positioned at two sides of the guide device.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of door locks, in particular to a latch bolt reversing structure and a door lock.

Background

With the improvement of the usability, safety and reliability of the intelligent door lock, more and more consumers begin to choose to install and use the intelligent door lock. Because the original door of the consumer opens the door the form and differs, some door is the outward opening door, some door is the inward opening door, consequently needs intelligent lock to have the function that the oblique tongue commutates to supply the dress lock personnel to carry out the switching-over adjustment to the oblique tongue of intelligent lock according to the door of consumer. The oblique tongue of current intelligent lock need be unpack the lock body apart when the switching-over to expose the inner structure of lock body, supply the dress lock personnel to dismantle and the switching-over to the oblique tongue, this structure not only is difficult to carry out the oblique tongue switching-over, has still increased the risk that the lock body damaged because of the inner structure of lock body exposes easily.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a latch bolt reversing structure and a door lock, so as to solve the problems that the latch bolt reversing operation is complicated and the risk of lock body damage is increased due to the fact that a lock body needs to be disassembled for latch bolt reversing of the existing intelligent door lock.

The purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

a latch bolt reversing structure comprises a latch bolt, a connecting rod, a guide device and a lock body;

one end of the connecting rod is connected to the latch bolt, the other end of the connecting rod is slidably connected to the guide device, and the connecting rod is rotatably connected to the guide device around the axis of the connecting rod; the lock body is provided with a groove which is parallel to the connecting rod, the guide device is provided with a sliding block, and the sliding block is slidably connected with the groove; and a locking mechanism for preventing the guide device and the lock body from sliding relatively is arranged between the guide device and the lock body.

In some optional embodiments, the locking mechanism comprises a locking component, a sliding groove and a limiting hole which are arranged on the lock body;

the limiting hole is positioned at one end of the sliding chute, and the sliding chute penetrates through the inner side wall of the limiting hole;

the locking part comprises a connecting piece and a locking piece which are connected, the connecting piece is movably connected with the guide device, and the locking piece is embedded in the limiting hole.

In some optional embodiments, the guiding device comprises a first guiding member and a second guiding member which are perpendicular and connected, the connecting member is movably connected to the first guiding member, and the connecting rod is slidably connected to the second guiding member.

In some optional embodiments, a screw hole is formed on the first guide member, and an external thread is formed on the connecting member, wherein the external thread is connected with the screw hole in a matching manner.

In some optional embodiments, the device further comprises an elastic member, and two ends of the elastic member are respectively connected to the latch tongue and the guide device.

In some alternative embodiments, the lock body includes a seat body and a mounting seat that are detachably connected, the locking mechanism is disposed between the guiding device and the seat body, and the groove is disposed in the mounting seat.

In some alternative embodiments, the mounting base is U-shaped in cross-section, and the guide means and the connecting rod are located within the mounting base.

In some optional embodiments, the mounting seat is provided with a yielding hole positioned on the axis of the connecting rod.

In some optional embodiments, the number of the sliding blocks and the number of the grooves are two, one sliding block is correspondingly connected to one groove, and the two sliding blocks are respectively located on two sides of the guide device.

In order to solve the same technical problem, the invention also provides a door lock which comprises the latch bolt reversing structure.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the guide device is connected to the lock body in a sliding mode through the sliding block and the groove, the guide device slides relative to the lock body so that the oblique tongue extends out of the lock body, and the connecting rod is connected to the guide device in a rotating mode around the axis of the connecting rod.

Detailed Description

To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

Example 1

Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the latch bolt reversing structure of the present invention is schematically shown, including a latch bolt 30, a connecting rod 40, a guide 20, and a lock body 10. The lock body 10 is provided with a mounting hole 11, and the latch 30 can be retracted into the mounting hole 11 or extended out of the mounting hole 11.

The connecting rod 40 is cylindrical, one end of the connecting rod 40 is connected to the latch bolt 30, the other end of the connecting rod 40 is slidably connected to the guide 20, and the latch bolt 30 can move toward or away from the guide 20 along the axial direction of the connecting rod 40 through the connection and guidance of the connecting rod 40. Meanwhile, the connecting rod 40 is rotatably connected to the guide device 20 around the axis thereof, the latch bolt 30 is rotated by applying force, and the latch bolt 30 drives the connecting rod 40 to rotate relative to the guide device 20, so that the direction change of the latch bolt 30 can be realized, and the door can be adapted to the inward opening door or the outward opening door in different consumer homes.

The lock body 10 is provided with a groove 14 arranged in parallel with the connecting rod 40, the guide device 20 is provided with a slide block 23, the slide block 23 is slidably connected with the groove 14, so that the guide device 20 can slide relative to the lock body 10 along the groove 14, when the guide device 20 can freely slide relative to the lock body 10, force is applied to draw the oblique tongue 30 out of the lock body 10 along the axial direction of the connecting rod 40, the oblique tongue 30 completely extends out of the mounting hole 11 of the lock body 10, and a lock assembling person can change the direction of the oblique tongue 30. The structure can be used without disassembling the lock body 10, when a locking person applies force to draw the oblique tongue 30 out of the mounting hole 11 of the lock body 10, the guide device 20 can slide relative to the lock body 10 through the sliding block 23 and the groove 14, after the oblique tongue 30 is completely drawn out of the mounting hole 11, the locking person applies force to rotate the oblique tongue 30 to change the direction, then the oblique tongue 30 is pushed into the mounting hole 11, the change of the oblique tongue 30 can be completed, and the change of the oblique tongue 30 is very convenient.

In order to prevent the latch bolt 30 from being accidentally separated from the mounting hole 11 when the consumer normally uses the door lock, a locking mechanism for preventing the guide device 20 and the lock body 10 from sliding relatively is arranged between the guide device 20 and the lock body 10, when a lock installer reverses the latch bolt 30, the locking mechanism is unlocked to allow the guide device 20 and the lock body 10 to slide relatively, and when the lock installer finishes reversing the latch bolt 30, the locking mechanism is locked to prevent the guide device 20 and the lock body 10 from sliding relatively.

Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 7, the locking mechanism includes a locking member 50, and a sliding slot 12 and a limiting hole 13 which are disposed on the lock body 10, the sliding slot 12 is a linear slot, the limiting hole 13 is located at one end of the sliding slot 12, and the sliding slot 12 penetrates through an inner side wall of the limiting hole 13, wherein a diameter of the limiting hole 13 is greater than a width of the sliding slot 12. The locking part 50 comprises a connecting piece 51 and a locking piece 52 which are connected, one end of the connecting piece 51 is connected to the locking piece 52, the other end of the connecting piece 51 penetrates through the limiting hole 13 and is movably connected to the guide device 20, the connecting piece 51 moves relative to the guide device 20 to enable the locking piece 52 to move close to or far away from the guide device 20, the locking piece 52 is embedded in the limiting hole 13, at the moment, the locking piece 52 cannot directly move from the limiting hole 13 into the sliding groove 12 to lock the guide device 20 and the lock body 10, when an external force presses the oblique tongue 30, the oblique tongue 30 is close to the guide device 20 under the connection and guiding of the connecting rod 40, namely, the oblique tongue 30 is contracted into the mounting hole 11; when the oblique tongue 30 needs to be drawn out of the mounting hole 11 for reversing, the connecting member 51 is driven to move relative to the guide device 20 by applying force to force the locking member 52 to exit from the limiting hole 13, the connecting member 51 can directly move into the sliding groove 12 from the limiting hole 13 and move in the sliding groove 12, the guide device 20 can slide relative to the lock body 10, and the oblique tongue 30 is drawn out of the mounting hole 11 by applying force to reverse.

Further, the locking member 50 may be preferably a screw, wherein the connecting member 51 is a threaded section of the screw, and the locking member 52 is a head of the screw. Correspondingly, the limiting hole 13 is a circular hole, and the shape of the locking piece 52 is matched with the shape of the limiting hole 13. The guide device 20 includes a first guide 21 and a second guide 22 which are perpendicular to each other and connected to each other, the first guide 21 and the second guide 22 are both plate-shaped, a connecting member 51 is movably connected to the first guide 21, and a connecting rod 40 is slidably connected to the second guide 22. The first guide member 21 is provided with a screw hole 211, the connecting member 51 is provided with an external thread, and the external thread is connected to the screw hole 211 in a matching manner.

The reversing structure of the latch bolt 30 of the invention also comprises an elastic element 60, two ends of the elastic element 60 are respectively connected with the latch bolt 30 and the guide device 20, and the latch bolt 30 always has the tendency of moving away from the guide device 20 under the elastic force of the elastic element 60.

Referring to fig. 6, the lock body 10 includes a seat body 15 and a mounting seat 16 detachably connected to each other, a mounting hole 11 is formed in the seat body 15, and the locking mechanism is disposed between the guiding device 20 and the seat body 15, wherein the sliding slot 12 and the limiting hole 13 are both formed in the seat body 15, and the groove 14 is formed in the mounting seat 16.

To receive, protect and mount the guide 20, the mount 16 is U-shaped in cross-section, with the guide 20 and the connecting rod 40 being located within the mount 16. The mounting base 16 is provided with a yielding hole 161 located on the axis of the connecting rod 40, and when the latch 30 moves close to the guide device 20, the connecting rod 40 can pass through the yielding hole 161, so that the mounting base 16 is prevented from interfering with the connecting rod 40.

The number of the sliding blocks 23 and the number of the grooves 14 are two, one sliding block 23 is correspondingly connected to one groove 14, and the two sliding blocks 23 are respectively positioned at two sides of the guide device 20 to keep the balance of the guide device 20 when the guide device 20 slides relative to the seat body 15.

Example 2

In order to solve the same technical problem, the invention also provides a door lock, which comprises the reversing structure of the latch bolt 30.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

the guiding device 20 is slidably connected to the lock body 10 through the sliding block 23 and the groove 14, the guiding device 20 slides relative to the lock body 10 to enable the oblique tongue 30 to extend out of the lock body 10, and the connecting rod 40 is rotatably connected to the guiding device 20 around the axis thereof, so that the oblique tongue 30 can be reversed by applying force to rotate the oblique tongue 30 and driving the connecting rod 40 to rotate, the lock body 10 does not need to be disassembled, the guiding device 20 and the lock body 10 are prevented from sliding relative to each other through the locking mechanism after the oblique tongue 30 is reversed, and the oblique tongue 30 is prevented from accidentally extending out of the lock body 10 when the door lock is normally used.
