1. A slide fastener, comprising:

two guide belts; a guide structure is arranged on the guide belt;

the storage box is fixed at the head end of the guide belt; the storage box is internally provided with a containing cavity and an opening communicated with the containing cavity;

a brace receivable in the receiving cavity; the brace is provided with a movable end and a fixed end, and the fixed end is limited in the accommodating cavity;

the pull head is connected with the movable end of the pull strip; the pull head can drive the pull strip to extend out of the opening and move along the guide structure.

2. The zipper of claim 1, wherein the guide strip comprises:

the mesh belt is used for being connected with an article to be connected;

a first guide strip fixed to an inner side edge of the webbing; the inner side of the first guide strip is provided with a guide groove extending along the length direction of the first guide strip; the openings of the guide grooves in the two first guide strips are oppositely arranged; the pull strip can be accommodated in the guide groove and slides along the guide groove.

3. The slide fastener according to claim 2, wherein the opening width of the guide groove is smaller than the groove bottom width of the guide groove;

the brace includes: the main body strip and the second guide strips are arranged on two sides of the main body strip; the thickness of the second guide strip is greater than that of the main body strip; the second guide strip can be accommodated in the guide groove, and the width of the second guide strip is larger than the opening width of the guide groove.

6. The zipper of claim 1, further comprising an elastic member disposed in the receiving case and connected to the fixed end of the pull string; the elastic potential energy of the elastic member increases as the length of the stay extending out of the storage box increases.

7. The zipper of claim 6, wherein the elastic member is: the metal elastic sheet is wound into a spiral shape, the end part of the inner ring of the metal elastic sheet is fixed in the containing box, and the end part of the outer ring is connected with the fixed end of the brace.

8. The slide fastener of claim 7, wherein the pull strip is spirally wound around the outside of the metal shell fragment when the pull strip is received in the receiving box.

9. The zipper of claim 1, wherein the pull head comprises:

a slider body; the bottom surface of the pull head main body is a plane;

the pull head bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the pull head main body in parallel, and a gap capable of accommodating the pull strip is reserved between the pull head bottom plate and the bottom surface of the pull head main body;

Technical Field

The application relates to a zipper structure technology, in particular to a zipper and an article using the zipper.

Background

The conventional slide fastener is a coupling member which allows both side fabrics coupled to the fastener elements to be coupled or decoupled by engaging and decoupling the fastener elements with each other in a continuous arrangement, and is widely used for articles such as clothes, bags, tents, and the like. The zipper teeth are meshed and separated by depending on the internal structure of the pull head, the structural sizes of the zipper teeth and the pull head need to have higher precision to improve the smoothness and no blockage of the zipper in the process of combining and separating, so that very high requirements are provided for production processes and production equipment, and the investment cost of the equipment and personnel is higher. In addition, the conventional zipper teeth are very easy to clamp other surrounding articles in the process of meshing, and when the article is close to the zipper teeth, the article is clamped into the slider and is tightly gripped by the zipper teeth and is not easy to take out, so that the article or the zipper is damaged.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve one of the technical defects, the embodiment of the application provides a zipper and an article using the zipper.

According to a first aspect of embodiments of the present application, there is provided a slide fastener including:

two guide belts; a guide structure is arranged on the guide belt;

the storage box is fixed at the head end of the guide belt; the storage box is internally provided with a containing cavity and an opening communicated with the containing cavity;

a brace receivable in the receiving cavity; the brace is provided with a movable end and a fixed end, and the fixed end is limited in the accommodating cavity;

the pull head is connected with the movable end of the pull strip; the pull head can drive the pull strip to extend out of the opening and move along the guide structure.

According to a second aspect of embodiments of the present application, there is provided a zipper-applied article including: a zipper as described above.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, two guide belts with guide structures are adopted, the head ends of the guide belts are fixedly provided with a storage box, a containing cavity is formed in the storage box, and the storage box is also provided with an opening communicated with the containing cavity; the brace can be accommodated in the accommodating cavity, the brace is provided with a movable end and a fixed end, and the fixed end is limited in the accommodating cavity; the pull head is connected with the movable end of the pull strip and can drive the pull strip to extend out of the opening and move along the guide structure. Compare with the zip fastener of traditional chain tooth structure, the technical scheme that this embodiment provided adopts brace and guidance tape complex mode, is the cooperation of level and smooth surface between brace and the guidance tape, and article get into the condition that the pull head was cliied by the chain tooth in the traditional scheme can not appear, has solved traditional chain tooth and has easily pressed from both sides the problem of other article on every side, has avoided the article to damage, has also improved the life of zip fastener.

Detailed Description

In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more apparent, the following further detailed description of the exemplary embodiments of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings makes it clear that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and are not exhaustive of all embodiments. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict.

Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a slide fastener provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a slide fastener including: the zipper comprises a guide belt 1, a storage box 2, a pull strip 3 and a pull head 4. Wherein, two guidance tape 1's the same structure, the symmetry sets up, is used for linking to each other with treating the article of connecting respectively. The guide belt 1 is provided with a guide structure, and the guide structure extends along the length direction of the guide belt 1. One end of the guide belt 1 in the longitudinal direction is referred to as a head end and the other end is referred to as a tail end.

Receiver 2 is fixed at the head end of guidance tape 1, is equipped with in receiver 2 and holds the cavity. One side of the storage box 2 facing the tail end of the guide belt 1 is provided with an opening communicated with the storage cavity. The brace 3 may be received in the receiving cavity. The brace 3 is a strip-shaped structure, one end along the length direction is called a fixed end, and the other end is called a movable end. The fixed end of the stay 3 is confined in the receiving cavity, namely: the fixed end can not be separated from the opening, and the realization mode can be as follows: the fixed end is fixed in the accommodating cavity, or the size of the fixed end is larger than that of the opening. The rest of the brace 3, except for the fixed end, may either protrude from the opening or be retracted from the opening into the receiving cavity.

The pull head 4 is connected with the movable end of the pull strip 3, and the pull head 4 can drive the pull strip 3 to extend out of the opening and move along the guide structure. For example: the pull head 4 drives the pull strip 3 to move forwards along the guide structure to the tail end of the guide belt 1 or move backwards to the opening.

The guide structure provided on the guide belt 1 may have various forms: for example: the guide structure can be a slide rail, a sliding groove or other realizable structures. The embodiment provides a specific implementation manner:

fig. 2 is a schematic structural view of a guide band in a slide fastener according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a pull strip and a guide band in a slide fastener according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the guide belt 1 specifically includes: a webbing 11 and a first guide strip 12. Wherein, the quantity of meshbelt 11 is two, for rectangular form, and a side of meshbelt 11 is connected to on treating the connection article, and two meshbelts 11 can be the symmetry setting. The side of the webbing 11 facing the article to be attached is referred to as the outer side and the side facing away from the article to be attached is referred to as the inner side.

The number of the first guide strips 12 is two, each connected to the inner side edge of one webbing 11. The first guide strips 12 are long strips, and the two first guide strips 12 are symmetrically arranged. A side of the first guide strip 12 facing away from the webbing 11 is referred to as an inner side, and the inner side of the first guide strip 12 is provided with a guide groove 13 extending in a length direction of the first guide strip 12. The openings of the guide grooves 13 in the two first guide bars 12 are opposite, and the two side edges of the brace 3 can be accommodated in the guide grooves 13 and can slide along the guide grooves 13. In the moving process of the brace 3, the brace 3 and the guide groove 13 are mutually limited, so that when the brace 3 moves to the tail end of the guide belt 1, the two guide strips 1 are combined together, namely the zipper is closed; when the pulling strip 3 moves to the head end of the guide strip 1, the two guide strips 1 are separated, which corresponds to the zipper being opened.

Further, the opening width of the guide groove 13 is smaller than the groove bottom width of the guide groove 13, and the guide groove 13 may be similar to a T-shaped groove, a C-shaped groove or a dovetail groove. The brace 3 includes: a body strip 31 and a second guide strip 32. The main body strip 31 and the second guide strip 32 are both strip-shaped structures, the second guide strip 32 is arranged on two sides of the main body strip 31, and the thickness of the second guide strip 32 is larger than that of the main body strip 31. The second guide strip 32 can be accommodated in the guide groove 13, and the width of the second guide strip 32 is greater than the opening width of the guide groove 13, so that the second guide strip 32 cannot be removed from the guide groove 13.

On the basis of the technical scheme, a locking structure can be arranged at the tail end of the guide belt 1, and when the movable end of the brace 3 moves to the tail end position of the guide belt 1, the brace 3 is fixed at the position through the locking structure. The locking structure can have multiple realization modes, and the embodiment provides a specific mode: fig. 4 is an internal plan view of a storage box in a zipper provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, a locking structure is provided in the guide groove 13, and the locking structure is located at an end away from the storage case 2 and is used for locking the pull strip 3 when the pull strip 3 is moved to a position where the locking structure is located.

The locking structure may be embodied as a locking protrusion 14 provided on the inner wall of the guide groove 13, the locking protrusion 14 extending in a direction perpendicular to the surface of the bar 3. Correspondingly, a locking groove 33 is formed on the second guide strip 32, and the locking protrusion 14 can be inserted into the locking groove 33 to limit the movement of the brace 3. The application process comprises the following steps: the pulling strip 3 is moved towards the end of the guide strip 1, and when the locking projection 14 is inserted into the locking groove 33, the pulling strip 3 can be locked in the position. When the pull strip 3 moves reversely, the pull head 4 is pulled forcefully towards the head end direction of the guide belt 1, so that the pull strip 3 breaks through the limitation of the locking protrusion 14, the locking protrusion 14 is disengaged from the locking groove 33, and the pull strip 3 can move freely.

Specifically, the end of the locking protrusion 14 is a curved surface, and the inner wall of the locking groove 33 is a curved surface. In the process of combining the zippers, the locking protrusions 14 slide into the locking grooves 33 along the inner walls of the locking grooves 33 to realize locking; during the opening of the slide fastener, the locking projection 14 is escaped from the locking groove 33 along the inner wall of the locking groove 33 to release the restriction of the pull string 3 to be freely movable.

Alternatively, the locking protrusion may be provided on the brace 3, and the locking groove or the locking hole may be provided on the side wall of the guide groove, or the brace 3 may be locked.

The locking projection 14 may be provided at an end of the guide groove 13 remote from the storage case 2, or may be provided at a middle portion of the guide groove 13. Alternatively, a plurality of locking projections 14 are provided at intervals along the length direction of the guide groove 13 so that the bar 3 can be parked at different positions.

For the recovery mode of the brace 3, the embodiment further provides an implementation mode:

fig. 5 is an internal perspective view of the storage box in the zipper according to the embodiment of the present application, and fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of the storage box in the zipper according to the embodiment of the present application in cooperation with the guide belt. As shown in fig. 4 to 6, an elastic member 5 is provided in the housing case 2, and the elastic member 5 is connected to the fixed end of the stay 3. When the pull strip 3 extends out of the storage box under the action of external force, the elastic potential energy of the elastic part 5 is increased; when the external force of brace 3 disappeared, brace 3 is retrieved to receiver 2 in automatically under the effect of elastic potential energy. The elastic potential energy of the elastic member 5 increases as the length of the stay 3 extending out of the housing case 2 increases.

Specifically, the elastic member 5 is: the spiral metal elastic sheet is wound, the end part of the inner ring of the metal elastic sheet is fixed in the storage box 2, and the end part of the outer ring is connected with the fixed end of the brace 3. A reel 6 is fixed to the middle of the housing case 2, the inner ring end of the metal spring piece is fixed to the reel 6, and the metal spring is wound around the reel 6. When the pull strip 3 extends out of the storage box 2, the metal spring is tightened, and elastic potential energy is accumulated. The stay 3 is retracted into the housing case 2 and is spirally wound around the outer side of the metal spring.

The fixed mode of receiver 2 and guidance tape 1 can have the multiple, and this embodiment provides a concrete mode: as shown in fig. 6, fixing teeth 21 are arranged at the opening in a staggered manner, and the fixing teeth 21 can be meshed with the guide belt 1, so that the storage box 2 is fixedly connected with the guide belt 1.

Receiver 2 can be formed by two semi-shell connections of symmetry, and receiver 2's shape can set up to regular shape such as cylindric, cuboid, also can set up to shape such as snail shell, little house, gift box, improves the vision aesthetic property.

The structure of the pull head 4 has the function of being fixed with the pull strip 3 and driving the pull strip 3 to move. The embodiment provides a specific way: fig. 7 is a schematic structural view of a slider in a slide fastener according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1, 3, 4, and 7, the slider 4 includes: a slider body 41, a slider bottom plate 42, and a slider fixing piece 43. The shape of the slider body 41 can be various, and the drawing of the embodiment is illustrated as corresponding to the storage box 2 in the shape of a snail shell, the slider body 41 is provided with a structure similar to a cuboid, and the top of the slider body is provided with two structures similar to a snail antenna.

The bottom surface of the slider body 41 is a plane, the slider bottom plate 42 is arranged at the bottom of the slider body 41 in parallel, and a gap capable of accommodating the pull strip 3 is reserved between the bottom surface of the slider body 41 and the bottom surface. The slider fixing piece 43 is vertically arranged between the slider body 41 and the slider bottom plate 42, one end of the slider fixing piece 43 is fixed to the slider body 41 or the slider bottom plate 42, and the movable end of the pull strip 3 is provided with a through hole for the slider fixing piece 43 to pass through.

A specific implementation manner is as follows: the front end of the slider bottom plate 42 is connected to the front end of the slider body 41 by a vertical connecting plate, and one end of the slider fixing member 43 is fixed to the slider bottom plate 42. In the assembling process, the movable end of the pull strip 3 is firstly placed at the bottom of the pull head main body 41, then the pull head bottom plate 42 is bent, and the pull head fixing piece 43 passes through the through hole on the pull strip 3.

Alternatively, a slider fastener 43 may be provided on an upper surface of an end portion of the body tape 31, and the slider fastener 43 may be fixed to the slider body 41 by passing through holes in the slider bottom plate 42 upward in this order.

The embodiment also provides an article using the zipper, and the zipper provided by any content is adopted. The article provided by the embodiment has the same technical effects as the zipper. The articles can be bedding such as clothes, bags, tents, quilt cover pillowslip, daily necessities such as finishing bags, and interior articles such as automobile seat covers.

For example: the article is a bag having at least one opening, the portions on both sides of the opening serve as article bodies, and the opposite sides of the body on both sides serve as connecting portions for connecting with the guide tape 1 in the slide fastener. The guide belt 1 is fixed with the body along the direction parallel to the side edge of the body, and the pull strip 3 is driven by the pull head to move along the guide belt, so that the body on two sides can be combined or separated.

The articles provided in the present embodiment are not limited to the clothing and the bag, and may be bed articles such as a covered pillow case, daily necessities such as a storage bag, and interior articles such as a car seat cover.
