the shell comprises an upper cover and a bottom shell, and the upper cover is movably connected with the bottom shell;

the pump body structure is arranged in the shell and comprises a material supporting disc, a material body container and a pump core pressing device; the material supporting disc is positioned on the material body container, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the material supporting disc so as to communicate the upper surface of the material supporting disc with the interior of the material body container; a material body is stored in the material body container; one end of the pressing pump core device is in contact with the material body container, and the other end of the pressing pump core device penetrates through the shell.

2. The cosmetic compact of claim 1, wherein: the lens is attached to the inner surface of the upper cover.

The cosmetic compact of claim 5, wherein: the material container further comprises a pumping pressure spring, the pumping pressure spring is located below the tray fixing seat, one end of the pumping pressure spring is connected with the tray fixing seat, and the other end of the pumping pressure spring is connected with the outer wall of the pump core transfer space.

8. The cosmetic compact of claim 5, wherein: the pump core pressing device comprises:

the spring seat is positioned on one side of the lower container;

A cosmetic container of the present cosmetic packaging box, which can replace an inner container, a cosmetic container including a replaceable inner container, comprising: an inner container storing contents; a container body accommodating the inner container; a discharge means for discharging the content contained in the inner container; a dispensing portion that dispenses the content discharged by the discharge means; and an upper cap sealing the container body, wherein an opening portion is formed at one side of the container body, the inner container is inserted into the container body through the opening portion, and the inner container is separated from the container body through the opening portion.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a cosmetic powder box which is used for solving the problems in the prior art.

The present invention provides a cosmetic powder box, comprising:

the shell comprises an upper cover and a bottom shell, and the upper cover is movably connected with the bottom shell;

the pump body structure is arranged in the shell and comprises a material supporting disc, a material body container and a pump core pressing device; the material supporting disc is positioned on the material body container, and a plurality of through holes are formed in the material supporting disc so as to communicate the upper surface of the material supporting disc with the interior of the material body container; a material body is stored in the material body container; one end of the pressing pump core device is in contact with the material body container, and the other end of the pressing pump core device penetrates through the shell.

Optionally, the lens is attached to the inner surface of the upper cover.

Optionally, the upper cover is movably connected with the bottom shell through a hollow nail.

Optionally, the material holding tray is detachably connected with the pump core pressing device.

Optionally, the tray fixing seat is positioned below the material supporting disc and fixedly connected with the bottom of the material supporting disc, and a sealing gap is formed between the tray fixing seat and the bottom of the material supporting disc; the material body container comprising:

the lower container is positioned below the tray fixing seat;

the upper container body is positioned at the periphery of the tray fixing seat and buckled on the lower container body, so that a material body accommodating cavity is formed by the lower container body together;

the bottom of the pump core transfer space is communicated with the material body accommodating cavity;

In the present cosmetic packaging box, a cosmetic container capable of replacing an inner container, comprises: an inner container storing contents; a container body accommodating the inner container; a discharge means for discharging the content contained in the inner container; a dispensing portion that dispenses the content discharged by the discharge means; and an upper cap sealing the container body, wherein an opening portion is formed at one side of the container body, the inner container is inserted into the container body through the opening portion, and the inner container is separated from the container body through the opening portion.

The existing cosmetic container with replaceable inner container has the following problems: 1, there is a small amount of primary pumping. 2, the material body is easy to leak in the conveying process. And 3, the residual part of the material body is higher and is more wasted. And 4, the material body is easy to be directly exposed to outside pollution when being replaced. 5, the inner disc and the pump body are separated when being replaced, and the disc surface after replacement is an original disc which is used and polluted.

Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the present embodiment provides a cosmetic powder box, including: a housing (not shown), the housing comprising an upper cover 7 and a bottom case 1, the upper cover 7 being movably connected with the bottom case 1; a pump body structure (not shown) disposed in the housing, the pump body structure including a material tray 4, a material container (not shown), and a pump core pressing device (not shown); the material supporting disc 4 is positioned on the material container, and a plurality of through holes (not shown) are formed in the material supporting disc 4 so as to communicate the upper surface of the material supporting disc 4 with the interior of the material container; a material body is stored in the material body container; one end of the pressing pump core device is in contact with the material body container, and the other end of the pressing pump core device penetrates through the shell.

According to the invention, the cosmetic powder box is replaced by the side-pressing automatic discharging device, and the pressing pump core device is arranged, so that the automatic discharging can be realized by pressing, and the one-time pumping output is larger; the material supporting disc 4, the material body container and the pressing pump core device are integrated into a pump body structure, so that the material body is not exposed during replacement, and leakage and pollution of the material body can be effectively prevented; and simultaneously, the utilization rate of the residual material body can be improved.

In one example, the cosmetic compact further comprises a lens 5, the lens 5 being affixed to an inner surface of the cover 7.

Specifically, the upper cover 7 and the bottom case 1 may be connected in any connection manner that enables the upper cover 7 and the case 1 to still perform a flip connection after being connected; more specifically, in the present embodiment, the upper cover 7 and the housing 1 may be movably connected through, but not limited to, a hollow nail.

As an example, the material tray 4 may be detachably connected to the pressing pump core device, and specifically, the material tray 4 may be plugged into the pressing pump core device. The connecting mode can be directly pulled out for replacement after the material supporting disc 4 is used, so that the material supporting disc 4 can be conveniently replaced at any time, and the pollution caused by the material body due to the continuous use of the used material supporting disc is avoided.

Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the cosmetic powder box further includes a tray fixing base 8, the tray fixing base 8 is located below the tray 4 and is fixedly connected to the bottom of the tray 4, and a sealing gap (not shown) is formed between the tray fixing base 8 and the bottom of the tray 4; the material body container comprising: the lower container 14, the said lower container 14 locates below the said tray permanent seat 8; the upper container 13 is positioned at the periphery of the tray fixing seat 8 and buckled on the lower container 14, so that a container accommodating cavity (not shown) is formed by the lower container 14; a pump core transfer space (not shown), wherein the bottom of the pump core transfer space is communicated with the material body accommodating cavity; the pump plug 11 is positioned in the pump core transfer space, and is positioned at the communication position of the pump core transfer space and the material containing cavity; one end of the upper discharging pipe 9 is communicated with the pump core transfer space, and the other end of the upper discharging pipe 9 is communicated with the sealing gap; and the inner plug 10 is positioned at the communication position of the upper discharge pipe 9 and the transfer space of the pump core.

It should be noted that, when the pump plug 11 is opened, the bottom of the transfer space of the pump core can be communicated with the material body accommodating cavity; when the inner plug 10 is opened, one end of the upper discharge pipe 9 can be communicated with the pump core transfer space.

Specifically, the pump core transfer space may be located below the tray fixing seat 8; the upper tapping pipe 9 can be located in the pallet holder 8.

As an example, the container further includes a pumping spring 15, the pumping spring 15 is located below the tray fixing seat 8, one end of the pumping spring 15 is connected to the tray fixing seat 8, and the other end is connected to an outer wall of the pump core transfer space.

By way of example, with continued reference to fig. 3, the compression pump cartridge assembly includes: the spring seat 2 is positioned on one side of the lower container 14; one end of the side pressing connecting rod 3 is connected with the lower containing body 14, and the other end of the side pressing connecting rod 3 penetrates through the shell; and one end of the lateral pressure spring 16 is connected with the spring seat 2, and the other end of the lateral pressure spring 16 is connected with one end of the lateral pressing connecting rod 3 far away from the lower containing body 14.

Specifically, the end surface of the side pressing link 3 away from the lower container 14 may be flush with the outer surface of the housing.

As an example, the cosmetic compact further includes a safety catch (not shown) on the upper cover 7, and the side pressing link 3 is caught by the safety catch after the upper cover 7 is fastened to the bottom case 1. Specifically, after the upper cover 7 is fastened with the bottom case 1, the safety catch can be inserted into a movement gap of the side pressing connecting rod 3 to prevent the side pressing connecting rod 3 from moving under external force, so that the cosmetic powder box is ensured not to pump a material body even if external force is received, and the material body can be effectively protected in the material body container.

Specifically, the material body container further comprises a pressure relief plug 6, and the pressure relief plug 6 is located in the material body accommodating cavity and located at the upper part of the upper accommodating body 13.

The cosmetic powder box of the invention adopts a pressing pumping-out mode, the pump core is placed in a non-horizontal mode, and the side pressing connecting rod 3 is converted into a non-horizontal lifting movement to pump out the material body. The pump body structure is a whole, and the using function is realized.

The working principle of the cosmetic powder box of the invention is as follows: the upper cover 7 is opened, the lens 5 is fixed on the upper cover 7 and can be conveniently used, the material supporting disc 4 is exposed out of the external space, the side pressing connecting rod 3 can be pressed by a single hand, the connecting part of the side pressing connecting rod 3 and the lower containing body 14 applies a transverse force to the slope of the lower containing body 14 through the slope, and as shown in fig. 6, the transverse force is converted into a target movement direction, so that the purpose of pumping and discharging materials is realized. After the lower container 14 starts to move after being pressed, the material body enters the pump core transfer space through the pump plug 11, due to the principle of a one-way valve, the pump plug 11 can ensure that the material body does not flow back in a large amount, the material body continues to push the inner plug 10 to open by hand, the material body flows to the sealing gap on the tray fixing seat 8 through the upper discharge pipe 9 again, and then flows out of the through hole in the middle of the tray 4 and is arranged on the tray surface of the tray 4, so that the use of a user is facilitated. When the material body is used, the replacement can be realized by replacing the pump body structure; the material tray 4, the material container and the pressing pump core device are replaced integrally, so that the material and the material tray 4 are prevented from being polluted after replacement, and the material tray is used as a new material.
