The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetic packaging, in particular to an environment-friendly pressing bottle.

Background

Skin is an important component of human body, and can prevent the invasion of external physical and chemical factors, modern women or men widely use cosmetics and skin care products to protect and beautify skin, and various creams and lotions are commonly used.

With the development of society, the emulsions are more commonly appeared in the lives of the public. The application of the emulsion can ensure that the skin of a consumer is shinier, can effectively moisten and protect the skin, is particularly one of necessary beauty cosmetics for women, and can show the delicacy of women.

The prior art generally fills the emulsion into a bottle, and the emulsion is pressed and extruded when in use. However, the prior art bottles usually use independent metal springs as return springs, and a plurality of fixed mounting structures are correspondingly added, so that the prior art bottles have the disadvantages of large volume, small effective capacity, complex structure, troublesome and time-consuming manufacture, high cost and difficult recycling due to non-uniform materials.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of a separate return spring, complex structure, incomplete and convenient recovery of waste, large ratio of the shape to the effective volume and higher manufacturing cost of a pressing bottle for packaging emulsion cosmetics in the prior art, and provide an environment-friendly pressing bottle which simplifies the structure, increases the occupied amount of the effective space, saves materials, optimizes the structural parameters of a corrugated pipe serving as a key functional element and can uniformly and conveniently recover and regenerate the filled cosmetics.

The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

Preferably, the longitudinal section of the corrugated pipe spring is a pseudo-trapezoidal wave structure with circular arc-shaped wave crests and wave troughs, the wall thickness C of the corrugated pipe is 0.2-0.40 mm, the wave crest angle A of the pseudo-trapezoidal wave structure is 53-57 degrees, and the wave trough angle B of the pseudo-trapezoidal wave structure is 27-32 degrees.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the invention combines the bottle body of the inner bottle and the corrugated pipe into a whole, the corrugated pipe is a part of the bottle body and can contain cosmetics, and also can be used as a reset spring of the device, so that the device has two purposes, the structure is greatly simplified, the effective capacity is enlarged, the material is saved, the environmental protection purpose that the device can be uniformly recycled when the content is used up is provided, and the device is particularly suitable for packaging emulsion cosmetics.

2. The corrugated pipe structure as a key functional element is subjected to parameter optimization to properly process the mutual coordination relationship of connection, pressing power and structural strength;

3. because the bottle body of the inner bottle and the corrugated pipe are combined into a whole, the manufacturing and assembling process of the device is simplified, the time can be saved, and the cost can be reduced;

4. all parts of the device are made of PP materials uniformly, so that pollution caused by other materials in mixed application is prevented, the PP materials are provided according to food sanitation grade, and the sanitation requirement is guaranteed;

5. the metal spring and other metal parts are avoided, and the possible pollution of metal materials is avoided;

6. the unified whole waste recovery device need not to disassemble the letter sorting part, accords with the environmental protection requirement.

The embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings: the present embodiment is implemented on the premise of the technical solution of the present invention, and a detailed implementation manner and a specific operation process are given, but the protection scope of the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments.

The upper end of the inner bottle 1 is necked down to form a joint 3 structure, a through hole is arranged in the middle of the joint 3, an extruding nozzle 4 is clamped in the through hole, the outer side surface of the middle part of the extruding nozzle 4 is provided with a step matched and limited with the end surface of the joint, and the outer side surface of the lower end part of the extruding nozzle is provided with an annular flange clamped with the corresponding position of the inner surface of the joint 3, see figure 3.

The outer surface of the joint 3 is provided with external threads, and a cover 5 is provided with internal threads and is connected with the external threads of the joint 3; the inner bottle 1 is tightly sleeved in the outer bottle 6 serving as an outer sheath, the wall thickness of the outer bottle is larger than that of the inner bottle, certain rigidity is guaranteed by the wall thickness of the outer bottle to prevent the inner bottle from being extruded by lateral external force to deform, a convex shoulder 7 is arranged on the outer side face of the upper end of the inner bottle 1, and the convex shoulder 7 is in snap fit with an annular upper groove arranged on the inner side face of the upper end of the outer bottle 6; the lower end of the corrugated pipe spring 2 presses the pressing cover 8, the pressing cover 8 is in sliding fit with the outer bottle 6, and the lower end of the corrugated pipe spring 2 is of a flat bottom structure and is convenient to contact with the pressing cover 8.

The closure 5 is composed of an outer cap 9 and an inner cap 10 which fits fixedly therein, see fig. 4, 5. The internal thread is arranged in the middle of the inner cover 10; the outer side surface of the front end of the inner cover 10 is provided with an annular rib 11, and the inner side of the front end of the outer cover 9 is provided with an annular groove 12 which is connected with the annular rib 11 in a buckling manner so as to lock the inner cover 10 and the outer cover 9 in the axial direction; six fins 13 are uniformly distributed at the rear end of the inner cover 10, the fins 13 have certain elasticity, a separation groove 14 is formed between every two adjacent fins 13, six axial ribs 15 are correspondingly distributed at the rear end of the outer cover 9, the ribs 15 are inserted into the separation groove 14, and the ribs clamp the inner cover 10 and the outer cover 9 to be fixed in the circumferential direction.

The section of the pressing cover 8 is of a U-shaped structure, and a convex rib 16 is arranged on the inner side surface of the U-shaped structure and matched with an annular lower groove 17 arranged on the outer side surface of the lower end of the bellows spring 2. The lower end of the annular lower groove 17 of the bellows spring 2 is provided with a groove shoulder 19, the groove shoulder 19 is used as a ridge to block the easy passing of the convex rib 16 of the pressing cover 8, the convex rib 16 of the pressing cover 8 and the groove shoulder 19 are in interference fit, and the interference magnitude is 0.25-0.30 mm. The rib 16 of the press cap 8 must be pushed or retracted past the groove shoulder 19 with a suitable pressing force. The rib 16 is connected with the inner bottle 1 through the groove shoulder 19 and can be in clearance sliding fit with the annular lower groove 17. The extrusion force is optimally designed to be 45N, the extrusion force is not suitable to be too large or too small, parts are damaged if the extrusion force is too large, and matched parts are easy to fall off if the extrusion force is too small. See fig. 2, 6.

An arc notch 18 which is convenient for the operation of pressing the cover 8 is arranged at one position at the lower end edge of the outer bottle 6.

The longitudinal section of the corrugated pipe spring 2 is of a pseudo-trapezoidal wave structure with arc-shaped wave crests and wave troughs, the wall thickness C of the corrugated pipe is 0.20-0.40 mm, and the optimal value is 0.30 mm; the wave peak angle A of the quasi-trapezoidal wave structure is 53-57 degrees, and the optimal selection is 54.7 degrees; the wave trough angle B of the quasi-trapezoidal wave structure is 27-32 degrees, and the optimal selection is 29.7 degrees. The invention just deals with the mutual coordination relation of the relative connection, the pressing power, the resilience force and the structural strength by optimizing the structural parameters of the corrugated pipe as a key functional element; see fig. 7.

The wall thickness C of the corrugated pipe is not too thick or too thin, the too thin results in soft pressing and insufficient resilience and fatigue resistance, and the too thick results in hard pressing feeling, too large resistance and uncomfortable hand feeling.

Enough clearance is reserved between the outer diameter of the corrugated pipe spring 2 and the inner diameter of the outer bottle 6, the size of the clearance is larger than the size increased by pressing deformation of the corrugated pipe spring 2, and obstruction caused by the increase of the outer diameter of the corrugated pipe spring 2 when the corrugated pipe spring 2 is pressed is avoided.

All elements of the device are made of the same type of nontoxic engineering plastic PP. PP material is polypropylene, food-grade nontoxic engineering plastics. Because all the materials are made of the same kind, the contents can be uniformly recycled after being used up, and the contents do not need to be disassembled for classification, thereby meeting the requirement of environmental protection.

Example 2: the rear end face of the pressing cover is provided with a spherical pit, and the pit is arranged to enable the pressing operation to be more flexible. The rest of the structure is the same as that of example 1.
