When the anesthesia monitoring device is used, S1, firstly, the rotating rod 17 is pushed to drive the lantern ring 15 to rotate, the push block 16 is separated from extrusion of the elastic pad A14, then the elastic pad A14 rebounds to draw back the hydraulic oil 19, the piston 12 slides towards the cylinder 11 after losing the push of the hydraulic oil 19, so that the push rod 13 slides towards the direction away from the rotating plate 5, the rotating plate 5 rotates downwards by taking the rotating shaft hinge as the axial direction after losing the support of the push rod 13, so that the reflecting mirror 10 is separated from corresponding to the instrument desk 4, the anesthesia monitoring device is placed on the instrument desk 4, after anesthesia operation is carried out, when the position of a medical worker needs to be adjusted, the lantern ring 15 is rotated to enable the push block 16 to extrude the elastic pad A14, the elastic pad A14 injects the hydraulic oil 19 in the elastic pad A14 into the cylinder 11 again through the through hole 18, the push rod 13 pushes the rotating plate 5 to rotate to lift the reflecting mirror 10, and then the medical worker can reflect images on the anesthesia monitoring device on the instrument desk 4 by using the reflecting mirror 10 after adjusting the angle thereof, therefore, medical staff can watch images on the anesthesia monitor at different positions.

S2, when the pushing block 16 generates a squeezing effect on the elastic pad A14, a part of hydraulic oil 19 in the elastic pad A14 is injected into the elastic pad B21 through the through hole 18, the elastic pad B21 expands along with the injection of the hydraulic oil 19 and contacts with the ground, the pressure generated by the expansion of the elastic pad B21 extrudes the ground, and the friction force between the base 1 and the ground is increased.

S3, the corrugated expansion cylinder 29 is pressed and stretched to generate an airflow through the connection pipe 28, and the fan plate 27 is pushed by the airflow to the slider 7 to rotate the connection shaft 8, so that the angle of the reflector 10 can be adjusted by the corrugated expansion cylinder 29 when the reflector 10 is far away from the reflector.

S4, after airflow discharged by the pressing corrugated expansion cylinder 29 is injected into the slider 7 through the connecting pipe 28, the airflow is injected into the pad B31 through the air pipe and finally discharged through the air hole 32, and the display surfaces of the reflector 10 and the anesthesia monitor are cleaned simultaneously by airflow flowing, so that the cleaning efficiency is improved.
