Background

In daily production and life, some accidental injuries or sudden diseases are often encountered, and if the rescue is not timely or improper, hidden dangers are easily buried for the body health of a patient. If the patient can take some appropriate emergency measures in time to help the patient to relieve the state of illness by knowing the general knowledge of emergency treatment, precious time can be won for the medical staff to save the life health of the patient. However, many drugs and tools require professional knowledge for use, and for example, users do not have professional rescue knowledge and skills, so that the injury of patients cannot be relieved or even aggravated due to improper rescue treatment, the subsequent treatment effect and the survival quality are affected, and even new injuries or even life-threatening problems are caused.

Although some first-aid kits may be equipped with corresponding instruction manuals, the contents are often too many, and if unskilled, non-professional personnel need to consult the instruction manuals temporarily, so that the treatment time is delayed, and serious consequences are caused. Therefore, it is an urgent need to solve the above technical problems by providing an intelligent first-aid kit and a management system.

Detailed Description

The technical solution of the present invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present application is not limited thereby.

As shown in fig. 1, the intelligent first-aid kit management system of the present invention includes an intelligent first-aid kit, a server, and a client. And opening the intelligent first-aid kit, and inquiring and selecting the corresponding category to start rescue according to the clinical symptoms of the patient.

If the intelligent first-aid kit locally stores the rescue guidance required currently, corresponding voice and video prompts are played to provide clear emergency steps and method guidance for the user, and the user operates according to the content of the prompts and utilizes medicines and tools to carry out appropriate treatment.

If the intelligent first-aid kit does not have the rescue guidance required currently locally, the intelligent first-aid kit is connected to a first-aid center/hospital and the like of a client through a communication unit of the intelligent first-aid kit and a server to obtain the on-line video rescue guidance of professionals, and a user performs appropriate treatment by using medicines and tools according to the on-line guidance of the professionals. Therefore, the time is saved, the scientific and reasonable rescue effect is obtained, and a good premise is obtained for the subsequent rescue of the patient.

The server is responsible for receiving and sending the data of the intelligent first-aid kit, storing the current equipment state information of the intelligent first-aid kit and connecting the communication between the first-aid kit and the client.

The server cloud platform is set to be in wireless connection with the first-aid kit, corresponding medical events and/or alarm messages are created, received, modified and sent to the client, current equipment state information, GPS position information, alarm information and the like of the first-aid kit are displayed, equipment information of the first-aid kit, article information in the first-aid kit, use information of the first-aid kit, clinical information of patients and the like are stored, and background supervision is achieved.

And the client is used for the doctor to perform medical diagnosis processing on the medical events and/or the alarm messages.

The client comprises a personal client, a doctor client and a customer service client. The personal client is a patient relative client for the patient relative to know medical time and/or alarm information; the doctor client is used for carrying out medical diagnosis processing on the medical events and/or the alarm messages by the doctor; and the customer service client is used for customer service to process the medical events and/or the alarm messages, and the process comprises but is not limited to medical event type judgment, online communication, field processing, medical event forwarding to a doctor client and the like.

As shown in fig. 2, the intelligent first-aid kit comprises a control unit, a storage unit, a multimedia unit, a communication unit and a power supply.

The control unit is connected with the storage unit, the multimedia unit and the communication unit and plays a role of central control. The storage unit is used for storing commonly used first-aid videos and audios and local information of the first-aid kit. The multimedia unit comprises a touch screen, a loudspeaker, a microphone and a camera, and is used for playing local first-aid videos and audios, acquiring professional on-line rescue guidance and realizing human-computer interaction. The communication unit comprises a wireless ad hoc network module based on WiFi and a wireless ad hoc network module based on a 4G network, and is used for receiving and transmitting information with the server and the client.

The power supply is respectively connected with the control unit, the storage unit, the multimedia unit and the communication unit. The first-aid kit power supply is realized by arranging a storage battery and a charging unit, and the storage battery is directly or indirectly connected with each functional device respectively and used for supplying power. The charging unit is used for charging the storage battery, and comprises wired charging or wireless charging.

When a certain first-aid article is taken out, comparing the gravity value and the position information of the first-aid article with the gravity value and the position information of the first-aid article which are stored in advance; when the comparison information is consistent, the first-aid article to be taken out is determined to be the specific first-aid article.

When the first-aid article is put back, the first-aid kit measures a new gravity value, updates the gravity value of the first-aid article, and sends out warning information when the gravity value of the first-aid article is lower than a set threshold value.

The first-aid kit is also provided with a positioning unit, and the current position information of the first-aid kit is acquired through GPS positioning.

The first-aid kit is also provided with an automatic illumination unit, ambient brightness detection is carried out through a photosensitive component, and when the ambient brightness is lower than a preset value (light is poor or at night), an illumination device in the first-aid kit is automatically turned on and adjusted, so that sufficient light is ensured, and the rescue effect is ensured; when the ambient brightness is higher than the preset value, the lighting device in the first-aid kit is not started; when the first-aid kit is closed, the lighting device is automatically turned off, so that the lighting equipment is automatically turned on and off.

The first-aid kit is further provided with a recording device, including but not limited to a scanner, a camera and the like, for reading and recording information such as names, effective dates and the like on the outer packages of the first-aid articles in the kit.

Compared with the prior art, the intelligent first-aid kit has the advantages that a user can contact with an emergency center/hospital and the like to obtain professional on-line rescue guidance; the user can select the rescue category according to the clinical symptoms of the patient, and carry out reasonable on-site rescue according to the video and voice guidance provided by the first-aid kit, so that the time is saved, the scientific and reasonable rescue effect is obtained, and a good premise is obtained for the subsequent rescue of the patient; can be used in various public places such as families, schools, office places and the like and other occasions lacking professional medical emergency personnel.
