6. The wet oral cleaning wipe with tooth whitening effect according to claim 4, wherein the whitening material comprises the following components in a mass ratio of 15-20: 0.5-2: urea peroxide, potassium nitrate and EDTA in an amount of 0.05-0.1.

s1, mixing the components in a mass ratio of 1: 0.8-2, mixing the whitening microcapsules and the abrasive, adding the mixture into a polyethylene glycol solution, uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution, taking a non-woven fabric as a wet tissue substrate, and coating the mixed solution on the non-woven fabric to obtain a load substrate;

s2, sequentially adding water, polyethylene glycol, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, sodium phytate, a buffering agent, a film forming agent and sodium monofluorophosphate, and uniformly stirring to obtain the whitening cleaning solution;

and S3, folding the load matrix, soaking the load matrix in the whitening cleaning solution, and then cutting and packaging to obtain the oral cleaning wet tissue.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of wet tissues, in particular to an oral cleaning wet tissue with a tooth whitening effect and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Teeth are an important factor affecting the image of people, and clean and whitened teeth are often required to be maintained in social occasions; the existing common oral cavity cleaning modes comprise tooth washing and mouth rinsing, but the tooth washing needs tools such as a toothbrush, toothpaste and the like, is inconvenient to carry, needs a large amount of water for cleaning, and is very troublesome; gargling is convenient to clean, but the gargling water can only cover up halitosis caused by decomposing food residues by bacteria or yeasts generally, and has no obvious effect on whitening teeth.

It is not common on the market for wet wipes specifically targeted for whitening teeth; only part of oral cleaning cotton exists in the market, is generally used for oral care of babies, is suitable for the period that the infants do not grow out of teeth and the period that the infants just expose the teeth, and the deciduous teeth are young and tender at the moment, but because the infants are sensitive, no stimulating component can be added into the oral cleaning cotton, the oral cleaning cotton only has the cleaning effect. Therefore, there is a need to develop a wet tissue for oral cleaning having an effect of whitening teeth to meet people's needs.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, one of the purposes of the invention is to provide an oral cleaning wet tissue with the tooth whitening effect, which can clean the oral cavity and whiten the teeth, has long action time and is convenient to use.

The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the oral cleaning wet tissue with the tooth whitening effect, which is simple and easy to control and can be applied to large-scale production.

One of the purposes of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

the whitening cleaning solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5-0.7 part of sodium monofluorophosphate, 30-40 parts of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, 1-3 parts of sodium phytate, 10-20 parts of a buffering agent, 10-20 parts of a film forming agent, 5-10 parts of polyethylene glycol and 50-70 parts of water.

Further, the grinding material comprises calcium carbonate and pearl oyster powder in a mass ratio of 1: 2-4. The calcium carbonate and the pearl oyster powder have strong tooth cleaning power and play a role of calcium supplement, so that the tooth stain is effectively removed, and the damage to the teeth is reduced.

Furthermore, the particle size of the calcium carbonate is 1-5 μm, and the particle size of the pearl oyster powder is 0.1-2 μm.

Furthermore, the whitening microcapsule is formed by coating a whitening material with a high-molecular polymer shell material by utilizing a microcapsule treatment technology.

Further, the high molecular polymer is any one of carrageenan, silicic acid gel and polyacrylamide.

Further, the whitening material comprises the following components in a mass ratio of 15-20: 0.5-2: urea peroxide, potassium nitrate and EDTA in an amount of 0.05-0.1. The carbamide peroxide has strong oxidizing property, wherein small molecules penetrate through enamel and dentin to permeate all parts of teeth, move among small columns of the enamel, oxidize, decompose and remove discolored pigment molecules of the teeth, the whitening effect is realized, potassium nitrate is added to serve as a protective agent to reduce the permeability of the dentin and prevent the sensitivity of the teeth, EDTA is added to relieve the decomposition speed of the carbamide peroxide, and the whitening action time is prolonged.

Further, the buffer is sodium tripolyphosphate and/or sodium hexametaphosphate.

Further, the film forming agent is any one of shellac, paraffin and epoxy acrylate resin. The coating can reduce the adhesion of food pigment to teeth and protect teeth.

The second purpose of the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme:

s1, mixing the components in a mass ratio of 1: 0.8-2, mixing the whitening microcapsules and the abrasive, adding the mixture into a polyethylene glycol solution, uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution, taking a non-woven fabric as a wet tissue substrate, and coating the mixed solution on the non-woven fabric to obtain a load substrate;

s2, sequentially adding water, polyethylene glycol, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, sodium phytate, a buffering agent, a film forming agent and sodium monofluorophosphate, and uniformly stirring to obtain the whitening cleaning solution;

and S3, folding the load matrix, soaking the load matrix in the whitening cleaning solution, and then cutting and packaging to obtain the oral cleaning wet tissue.

Further, in step S1, the mass ratio of the composition of whitening microcapsules and abrasive to the polyvinyl alcohol solution is 1: 60-90, and the stirring speed is 20r/min-80 r/min; in step S2, the stirring speed is 100r/min-250 r/min.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

according to the oral cleaning wet tissue with the tooth whitening effect, the whitening microcapsules and the abrasive are loaded on the surface of the wet tissue substrate, the abrasive on the wet tissue substrate can improve the cleaning effect of the wiped teeth, and meanwhile, the abrasive can penetrate the whitening microcapsules and realize accurate release of whitening components, so that tooth stains and pigments are oxidatively decomposed, and the teeth are whitened. The sodium phytate has strong chelating effect with metal ions, and has color protecting and whitening effects. Dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate is a weakly alkaline monomer, can control the pH value in the oral cavity, prevent the acid erosion of enamel, and can neutralize whitening ingredients in the whitening microcapsules. The sodium monofluorophosphate is used as an anticariogenic agent, a tooth desensitizer and a bactericide, and can improve the tooth whitening effect of the oral cleaning wet tissue.

According to the preparation method of the oral cleaning wet tissue with the tooth whitening effect, the whitening microcapsules are matched with the polyethylene glycol solution, the polyethylene glycol solution can improve the dispersibility of the polyethylene glycol solution, the whitening microcapsules are bonded on the wet tissue substrate, the stability of the product is improved, the preparation process is simple and easy to control, and the preparation method can be applied to large-scale production.

Detailed Description

The present invention is further described below with reference to specific embodiments, and it should be noted that, without conflict, any combination between the embodiments or technical features described below may form a new embodiment. The following are specific examples of the present invention, and raw materials, equipments and the like used in the following examples can be obtained by purchasing them unless otherwise specified.

Example 1

An oral cleaning wet tissue with the tooth whitening effect comprises a whitening cleaning solution and a wet tissue matrix for adsorbing the whitening cleaning solution, wherein whitening microcapsules and abrasive materials are loaded on the surface of the wet tissue matrix;

the whitening cleaning solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5 part of sodium monofluorophosphate, 30 parts of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, 1 part of sodium phytate, 10 parts of a buffering agent, 10 parts of a film forming agent, 5 parts of polyethylene glycol and 50 parts of water.

The grinding material comprises calcium carbonate and pearl oyster powder in a mass ratio of 1: 2; the particle size of the calcium carbonate is 1 mu m, and the particle size of the pearl oyster powder is 0.1 mu m.

The whitening microcapsule is formed by coating a whitening material with a high-molecular polymer shell material by utilizing a microcapsule treatment technology. The high molecular polymer is carrageenan. The microcapsule treatment technology is preferably extrusion method or orifice method, and the mass ratio of the core wall is 1: 4.

The whitening material comprises the following components in a mass ratio of 15: 0.5: urea peroxide, potassium nitrate and EDTA 0.05.

The buffer is sodium tripolyphosphate.

The film forming agent is shellac.

A preparation method of an oral cleaning wet tissue with the tooth whitening effect comprises the following preparation steps:

s1, mixing the components in a mass ratio of 1: 0.8-2, mixing the whitening microcapsules and the abrasive, adding the mixture into a polyethylene glycol solution, uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution, taking a non-woven fabric as a wet tissue substrate, and coating the mixed solution on the non-woven fabric to obtain a load substrate; the mass ratio of the composition of the whitening microcapsules and the abrasive to the polyvinyl alcohol solution is 1: 60, stirring at the rotating speed of 20 r/min;

s2, sequentially adding water, polyethylene glycol, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, sodium phytate, a buffering agent, a film forming agent and sodium monofluorophosphate, and uniformly stirring to obtain the whitening cleaning solution; the stirring speed is 100 r/min;

and S3, folding the load matrix, soaking the load matrix in the whitening cleaning solution, and then cutting and packaging to obtain the oral cleaning wet tissue.

Example 2

An oral cleaning wet tissue with the tooth whitening effect comprises a whitening cleaning solution and a wet tissue matrix for adsorbing the whitening cleaning solution, wherein whitening microcapsules and abrasive materials are loaded on the surface of the wet tissue matrix;

the whitening cleaning solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.7 part of sodium monofluorophosphate, 40 parts of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, 3 parts of sodium phytate, 20 parts of a buffering agent, 20 parts of a film forming agent, 10 parts of polyethylene glycol and 70 parts of water.

The grinding material comprises calcium carbonate and pearl oyster powder in a mass ratio of 1: 4; the particle size of the calcium carbonate is 5 mu m, and the particle size of the pearl oyster powder is 2 mu m.

The whitening microcapsule is formed by coating a whitening material with a high-molecular polymer shell material by utilizing a microcapsule treatment technology.

The high molecular polymer is any one of carrageenan, silicic acid gel and polyacrylamide.

The whitening material comprises the following components in a mass ratio of 20: 2: urea peroxide, potassium nitrate and EDTA 0.1.

The buffer is sodium hexametaphosphate.

The film forming agent is paraffin.

A preparation method of an oral cleaning wet tissue with the tooth whitening effect comprises the following preparation steps:

s1, mixing the components in a mass ratio of 1:2, mixing the whitening microcapsules and the abrasive, adding the mixture into the polyethylene glycol solution, uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution, and coating the mixed solution on the non-woven fabric to obtain a load matrix by using the non-woven fabric as a wet tissue matrix; the mass ratio of the composition of the whitening microcapsules and the abrasive to the polyvinyl alcohol solution is 1: 90, the stirring speed is 80 r/min;

s2, sequentially adding water, polyethylene glycol, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, sodium phytate, a buffering agent, a film forming agent and sodium monofluorophosphate, and uniformly stirring to obtain the whitening cleaning solution; the stirring speed is 250 r/min;

and S3, folding the load matrix, soaking the load matrix in the whitening cleaning solution, and then cutting and packaging to obtain the oral cleaning wet tissue.

Example 3

An oral cleaning wet tissue with the tooth whitening effect comprises a whitening cleaning solution and a wet tissue matrix for adsorbing the whitening cleaning solution, wherein whitening microcapsules and abrasive materials are loaded on the surface of the wet tissue matrix;

the whitening cleaning solution comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.6 part of sodium monofluorophosphate, 35 parts of dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, 2 parts of sodium phytate, 15 parts of a buffering agent, 15 parts of a film forming agent, 7 parts of polyethylene glycol and 60 parts of water.

The grinding material comprises calcium carbonate and pearl oyster powder in a mass ratio of 1: 3; the particle size of the calcium carbonate is 3 mu m, and the particle size of the pearl oyster powder is 1 mu m.

The whitening microcapsule is formed by coating a whitening material with a high-molecular polymer shell material by utilizing a microcapsule treatment technology.

The high molecular polymer is any one of carrageenan, silicic acid gel and polyacrylamide.

The whitening material comprises the following components in a mass ratio of 18: 1: urea peroxide, potassium nitrate and EDTA 0.07.

The buffer is sodium tripolyphosphate and sodium hexametaphosphate.

The film forming agent is epoxy acrylate resin.

A preparation method of an oral cleaning wet tissue with the tooth whitening effect comprises the following preparation steps:

s1, mixing the components in a mass ratio of 1: 1.2, mixing the whitening microcapsules and the abrasive, adding the mixture into a polyethylene glycol solution, uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution, and coating the mixed solution on the non-woven fabric to obtain a load matrix by using the non-woven fabric as a wet tissue matrix; the mass ratio of the composition of the whitening microcapsules and the abrasive to the polyvinyl alcohol solution is 1: 75, the stirring speed is 40 r/min;

s2, sequentially adding water, polyethylene glycol, dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, sodium phytate, a buffering agent, a film forming agent and sodium monofluorophosphate, and uniformly stirring to obtain the whitening cleaning solution; the stirring speed is 150 r/min;

and S3, folding the load matrix, soaking the load matrix in the whitening cleaning solution, and then cutting and packaging to obtain the oral cleaning wet tissue.

the oral cleaning wet tissues of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were subjected to whitening test by the following methods:

taking Hydroxyapatite (HAP) blocks as experimental bodies, wiping the experimental bodies by the oral cleaning wet tissue for 30s respectively, standing for 1min, then soaking in water for 1min, drying, and measuring the black-white color difference value delta L of the experimental bodies by a color difference meter, wherein the results are shown in Table 1.

As can be seen from the test results of table 1, the wet oral cleaning wipes according to the present invention have a significant effect of whitening teeth. Referring to comparative examples 1 to 3 and example 3, whitening microcapsules, sodium monofluorophosphate and sodium phytate are important factors affecting the tooth whitening effect, and the tooth whitening effect is obviously improved under the synergistic effect of the whitening microcapsules, the sodium monofluorophosphate and the sodium phytate.
