The above arrangement causes the weight of the slide rod 25 to be carried on the fixed ring 26. The bottom of the anti-falling cage 41 is hinged with a door plate 42. And the anti-drop cage 41 is provided with a switch device 43 for closing the bottom of the anti-drop cage 41 by the door plate 42. The sliding rod 25 abutting against the support rod 301 moves up by the support rod 301. The arrangement of the fixing ring 26 restricts the position of the slide lever 25, ensuring that the slide lever 25 moves in the vertical direction. The position of the fixing ring 26 is fixed by the second rope 27, and the weight of the slide lever 25 is borne on the fixing ring 26. The switching device 43 comprises a blocking base 431 articulated to the retaining cage 41. The fastening hole 432 is formed on the fastening seat 431, and the fastening hook 433 is disposed on the door panel 42 corresponding to the fastening hole 432. A torsion spring 434 is arranged at the hinge joint of the door plate 42 and the anti-falling cage 41. When the door 42 rotates to the position where the hook 433 is engaged with the engaging hole 432, the torsion spring 434 has a restoring force for driving the door 42 to rotate toward the bottom of the anti-slip cage 41.

The fixing lever 2 is provided with a top plate 435. The top of the top plate 435 corresponds to the side of the holder 431. When the anti-falling cage 41 moves downwards, the top plate 435 pushes one side of the clamping seat 431, so that the clamping seat 431 rotates. When the card holder 431 rotates, the clamping relationship between the hooks 433 and the card holes 432 is broken, so that the hooks 433 are separated from the card holes 432. When the hook 433 is disengaged from the hook hole 432, the door 42 on the anti-slip cage 41 rotates to close the bottom of the anti-slip cage 41 under the restoring force of the torsion spring 434, so as to prevent the hooked fish from escaping.
