Technical Field

The invention relates to a floor board, in particular to a structure of a floor board lock catch for connecting adjacent floor boards and a processing and using method.

background

In order to connect the wood floors into an integral plane, basically all the wood floors adopt a lock catch structure, the mutual connection between the wood floors is achieved by mutually overlapping or inserting the lock catches manufactured on the side surfaces of the wood floors, and the lock catches are various in forms, for example, patent CN201546414U discloses a lock catch suitable for solid wood floors and solid wood composite floors, which comprises a floor, wherein one side of the floor is provided with a tenon, and the other side of the floor is provided with a groove, the front end of the tenon of the floor is provided with a trapezoidal lock and a trapezoidal buckling edge arranged on the inner side, the upper side of the tenon of the floor is provided with an upward straight buckling edge, and the groove is also designed with a trapezoidal lock at the front end, a trapezoidal buckling edge on; the lock and the buckling edge of the tenon are designed in a double-trapezoid shape, the corresponding groove lock and the buckling edge are also designed in a double-trapezoid shape, and the straight buckling edge of the tenon is tightly combined with the straight edge of the groove; the tenon length of the tenon is 4.0-5.0 mm. The patent CN205502485U discloses a lock catch connecting structure of an indoor floor, which includes a floor and a lock catch inserting plate connected with the floor, wherein the edge of the floor is provided with a catching groove, the lock catch inserting plate is provided with an upper cover plate and two insertion type clamping parts extending downwards from the upper cover plate, and the two insertion type clamping parts are respectively matched with the single-side catching grooves of two adjacent floors; the buckling groove is provided with a conical groove bottom, the lower end of the inserting type clamping part is provided with a conical pointed end, and the groove bottom is matched with the pointed end; the upper end surface of the upper cover plate is flush with the upper end surface of the floor. In order to prevent the locking plate from running out upwards during use, a dovetail structure with a small top and a large bottom is adopted, as shown in the locking plate 2 in figures 1-4. These above constructions, including all the known splicing floorings, present the drawback that when in the already laid floorings, one or more of them are damaged or contaminated, and need to be replaced, the floor concerned and the following one must be completely disassembled and re-laid after replacement, and the middle one or more of them cannot be taken out separately for replacement, which is very difficult for the user and involves the displacement of the furniture placed on the floor, which is very troublesome. If the damaged floor can be taken out and replaced independently without affecting the integrity of the connection between the floor and the floor, the problem that people are eagerly to solve but not realize is solved, and great convenience is brought to users and subsequent maintenance.
