Technical Field

The invention belongs to hardware fittings used on a tension tower of a power transmission line.

Background

In the tension tower of the power transmission line, in order to transfer force smoothly, parts connected with the wire hardware fittings on the tower body need to be changed and processed independently according to different degrees of the rotation angle of the iron tower; to transmit electric energy, the wires need to be individually provided with jumper strings.

Wire hanging point on the iron tower can not be electrified under traditional condition, therefore wire pulling force and electric energy transmission need pass through two different routes: the front and rear side wires of the power transmission tower need to be disconnected and are connected with a wire hanging plate on the iron tower through a longer insulator string to bear the tension of the wires; the front and rear side wires are communicated through a conductive jumper wire to transmit electric energy. In addition, the traditional wire hanging plate needs to be provided with an inclination angle in a horizontal plane and a vertical plane.

(1) Because the suspension inclination angles of the tension string of the front and rear side wires of the power transmission tower are different, in order to ensure smooth force transmission, the hanging plate of the tower body of each corner tower is provided with different hanging plate inclination angles according to the actual inclination angle of the tension string of the wire in the vertical plane.

(2) In the range of 0-60 degrees of rotation angle, the hanging plate with various rotation angles needs to be arranged in the horizontal plane to meet the requirements of the rotation angle. Therefore, various hanging plates need to be prepared in the actual engineering, the cost is high, and the operation is not facilitated.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a self-adjusting straight-through type strain fitting which can flexibly adjust the angle.

The technical means adopted by the invention are as follows.

A self-adjusting straight-through type strain fitting comprises a support part and a straight-through type extending arm fixed on the support part, wherein two ends of the straight-through type extending arm are respectively connected with a self-adjusting type lead clamp in a spherical hinge mode, and a power transmission lead is connected to the self-adjusting type lead clamp.

The two ends of the extending arm are both ball heads, and one end of the self-adjusting wire clamp is a ball shell wrapping the ball heads.

The other end of the self-adjusting lead clamp is a lead fixing part connected with the lead in a clamping manner, the spherical shell is connected with the lead fixing part through a connecting rod, and the transmission lead is fixed on the lead fixing part.

The wire fixing part is umbrella-shaped, the top end of the wire fixing part is connected with the connecting rod, the bottom end of the wire fixing part is provided with spacing blocks at intervals along the circumference of the bottom, and a wire penetrates through a wire connecting hole preset in the spacing blocks to be fixed.

The two ends of the extending arm incline or bend towards the direction or the opposite direction of the bracket part, and the axial direction of the extending arm forms an included angle alpha with the vertical plane.

In a 0-60 degree angle tower, the value of alpha is +/-15 degrees.

The self-adjusting wire clamp rotates through a spherical hinge within a rotation angle range of 0-60 degrees.

The outer surface of the support part adopts a curved surface, and the joint of the straight-through type extending arm and the curved surface of the support part is a fillet.

The support part and the straight-through type extending arm are arranged in a hollow mode.

The spherical shell and the lead fixing part are arranged in a hollow manner.

The beneficial effects produced by the invention are as follows.

1. The tension-resistant hardware fitting is used for the composite cross arm, the tension-resistant tower can be connected with a lead by adopting the same connecting component and hardware fitting within the rotation angle range of 0-60 degrees in a conductive self-adaptive rotation angle mode, the complex hardware fitting in the traditional cross arm such as an insulator string and a jumper wire can be omitted, the connection design of the lead and the tension-resistant tower can be greatly simplified, the cost is reduced, and the processing and mounting efficiency is improved.

2. By adopting the self-adjusting straight-through type strain fitting, the fitting which is pulled by the lead on the power transmission tower can be electrified, the pulling force of the lead and the electric energy are transmitted through the same path, and an insulator string-jumper wire system for transmitting the electric energy is omitted.

3. The connecting part of the wire hardware fitting and the power transmission tower is provided with the spherical hinge, so that the wire hardware fitting can automatically adapt to the vertical and horizontal planes within the range of 0-60 degrees according to the wire sag and the rotation angle degree of the power transmission tower, and a plurality of sets of connecting pieces do not need to be processed. The arrangement of the spherical hinge and the arrangement of the angle of the rod connected with the spherical hinge on the power transmission tower ensure that one set of device can meet the requirement of the power transmission tower at a 0-60-degree corner.

Detailed Description

The invention protects a self-adjusting straight-through type strain insulator hardware fitting which is used for a composite cross arm of a strain insulator tower.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a tension-resistant fitting 1 is connected to an end of the composite cross arm, the tension-resistant fitting 1 includes a bracket 2 and a through-type extending arm 3 fixed to the bracket 2, and two ends of the through-type extending arm 3 are connected to a self-adjusting wire clamp 5 in a ball-and-socket manner. The plane of the axis of the straight-through cantilever 3 is parallel to the horizontal plane.

As shown in fig. 1, the self-adjusting wire clamp 5 is rotated by a spherical hinge to adjust the angle, and the range of the rotation angle of the self-adjusting wire clamp 5 is 0 to 60 °. The angle β shown in fig. 1 is the angle in the horizontal plane formed by the axis of the self-adjusting wire clamp 5 and the vertical plane. The rotation angle range is not limited to the horizontal plane, but is adaptively rotated in the vertical and horizontal planes according to the arc sag of the wire and the rotation angle degree of the transmission tower.

Referring to fig. 3A and 3B, the middle of the outrigger 3 is disposed on the bracket 2, two ends of the outrigger 3 are both ball heads 4, and the two ball heads of the outrigger incline or bend in the direction of the bracket 2 or in the opposite direction, and when the hardware is located outside the corner, the two ball heads of the outrigger 3 should incline or bend in the direction of the bracket 2; when the fitting is located inside the corner, the two ball ends of the extending arm 3 should be inclined or bent in the opposite direction of the bracket 2. The axial direction of the extending arm 3 forms an included angle alpha with a vertical plane, and the value of the alpha is plus or minus 15 degrees as the best value for the rotating angle tower of 0 to 60 degrees.

The surface of support portion 2 adopts the curved surface, and the junction of straight-through type outrigger 3 and support portion curved surface is the fillet, and in addition, other outward flange of gold utensil also all is the fillet, can reduce the corona influence. The support part 2 and the straight-through type extending arm 3 are arranged in a hollow mode, and the dead weight of the hardware fitting is reduced.

As shown in fig. 4A and 4B, one end of the self-adjusting wire clamp 5 is a spherical shell 6 wrapping the ball head 4. The other end of the self-adjusting wire clamp 5 is a wire fixing part which is used for being connected with a wire in a clamping manner, as shown in the figure, the spherical shell 6 is connected with the wire fixing part through a hollow connecting rod, the wire fixing part 8 is umbrella-shaped, the top end of the wire fixing part is connected and fixed with the connecting rod 7, the bottom end of the wire fixing part is provided with spacing blocks 9 at intervals along the circumference of the bottom, and the wire penetrates through wire connecting holes 91 preset in the spacing blocks 9 and is fixed. As shown in fig. 4A, the spherical shell 6 and the wire fixing portion 8 can be hollowed out to reduce the weight of the clamp.

In addition to the illustrated connection and fixation of the wire to the wire connection portion 8, the wire can be fixed and connected to the end of the self-adjusting wire clamp 5 by other methods, which can be realized by those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail.
