nowadays, when the armature of the inner rotor motor is produced in large quantities, the armature is usually wound by using winding equipment with mature technology, the winding equipment is expensive and large in size, but in the new product development stage, especially for the inner rotor motor, because the size and the specification of the newly designed inner rotor motor are not determined, the specification of the armature core in the inner rotor motor is not determined, and therefore, the large equipment fund is required to be invested in the early stage of product development. Under the condition of not putting into equipment, part of products can be manually wound in the early development stage, but due to the problems of more wire diameters, more turns and the like of the products, a new product needs longer time for verifying a sample, so that the development period is influenced or a project fails.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the defects in the prior art, the invention provides simple inner rotor motor winding equipment which is suitable for winding an inner rotor during new product sample verification.

The technical scheme includes that the simple inner rotor motor winding equipment comprises a winding rod, a motor rotating device and a winding device, wherein the motor rotating device and the winding device are oppositely arranged, the winding device comprises a reciprocating motion assembly capable of enabling the winding rod to realize horizontal linear motion and a vertical motion assembly capable of enabling the winding rod to realize vertical motion, and the motor rotating device and the winding device are controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller).
