The on-board circulation tank inlet line system includes: a small flow inlet stop valve and a vehicle-mounted circulating water tank inlet pipeline; one end of the vehicle-mounted circulating water tank inlet pipeline is connected to the inlet end of the vehicle-mounted circulating water tank, and the other end of the vehicle-mounted circulating water tank inlet pipeline is connected to the mobile pump inlet pipeline system;

the small-flow inlet stop valve is arranged on an inlet pipeline of the vehicle-mounted circulating water tank.

And the other end of the inlet pipeline of the vehicle-mounted circulating water tank is connected between a full-flow inlet stop valve of the mobile pump inlet pipeline system and the inlet end of the mobile pump.

The other end of the outlet pipeline of the vehicle-mounted circulating water tank is connected between an outlet exhaust valve 5 and a full-flow outlet regulating valve 7 of a mobile pump outlet pipeline system.

The on-board circulation tank inlet line system includes: a small flow inlet stop valve 13 and a vehicle-mounted circulating water tank inlet pipeline; one end of the vehicle-mounted circulating water tank inlet pipeline is connected to the inlet end of the vehicle-mounted circulating water tank, and the other end of the vehicle-mounted circulating water tank inlet pipeline is connected to the mobile pump inlet pipeline system;

the small flow inlet shutoff valve 13 is disposed on the vehicle-mounted circulation tank inlet line.

The other end of the inlet pipeline of the vehicle-mounted circulating water tank is connected between a full-flow inlet stop valve 3 of the mobile pump inlet pipeline system and the inlet end of the mobile pump.

The mobile pump 4 adopts a diesel engine as a driving device and has the function of adjusting the rotating speed of the diesel engine set through frequency conversion; the top end of the vehicle-mounted circulating water tank 12 is provided with a water filling port through a flange.

The test method of the vehicle-mounted emergency mobile pump unit with the periodic test function comprises the following steps:

when the mobile pump runs for a short period of time, each pump group is subjected to a regular running test every 6 months, and the running test comprises the following steps: a no-load test of a mobile pump set and a recirculation small flow test of the mobile pump set;

the method comprises the following steps: moving a pump set to perform no-load test;

starting the diesel engine to check the rotating speed and the steering direction of the diesel engine, and closing the diesel engine after running for 10 minutes;

step two: moving a pump set to recycle the small flow test;

step 2.1: before the test, the full-flow inlet stop valve 2, the full-flow outlet stop valve 10, the full-flow outlet regulating valve 7 and the water tank drain valve 20 are all closed;

step 2.2: checking the inlet ball valve 19 and the outlet exhaust valve 5 to be in a completely closed state; the small-flow inlet stop valve 13, the small-flow outlet pressure gauge 15, the small-flow outlet stop valve 17 and the water tank exhaust valve 18 are completely opened, and the small-flow outlet regulating valve 14 has the opening degree of 1/4;

step 2.3: injecting water into the vehicle-mounted circulating water tank; stopping water injection when the water injection level of the vehicle-mounted circulating water tank is at the 2/3 liquid level indicated by the liquid meter scales;

step 2.4: starting the vehicle-mounted emergency mobile pump set, slowly adjusting the small-flow outlet adjusting valve 14 after the rotating speed of the mobile pump is increased from an idle speed to a medium speed, adjusting the flow, and performing a test, wherein the running time is 30 minutes; and every 10 minutes of operation, check the temperature of the small flow meter 16 and water tank of the pump; if the temperature of the water tank is more than or equal to the specified temperature, the machine is stopped immediately.

While the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail, the present invention is not limited to the above-described examples, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention within the knowledge of those skilled in the art.
