The distance between the third position and the first part of the first peripheral surface in the horizontal direction is greater than or equal to 5 cm and smaller than or equal to 20 cm.

The first horizontal surface, the second horizontal surface, the first peripheral surface, the first vertical surface, the second vertical surface and the second peripheral surface are all made of elastic waterproof materials.

The beneficial technical effects obtained by the invention are as follows:
