Compared with the prior art, the automatic assembling machine for the penholder balancing weight, provided by the invention, is used for installing the balancing weight in the penholder through the balancing weight installing mechanism 20. The counterweight block mounting mechanism 20 comprises a material taking unit 21 which is arranged on the mounting plate 3 and used for clamping the counterweight block, and a counterweight block mounting unit 22 arranged on the base 1. The pneumatic clamp 215 of the material taking unit 21 clamps the counterweight, the first air cylinder 213 drives the conducting device 212 to move, and the conducting device 212 drives the connecting rod 214 and the pneumatic clamp 215 to move between the feeding member 10 and the counterweight mounting unit 22. The material taking unit 21 clamps the weight block on the feeding member 10 on the weight block mounting unit 22. The weight block mounting unit 22 includes a positioning block 221, and a weight block pushing cylinder 222 disposed at one end of the positioning block 221. The pneumatic clamp 215 clamps the weight block into the mounting groove 2212 of the positioning block 221, the pushing rod 2222 of the weight block pushing cylinder 222 is accommodated in the mounting groove 2212, and the pushing rod 2222 moves along the extending direction of the mounting groove 2212 to push the weight block into the pen holder. The automatic assembly machine for the penholder balancing weight improves the quality of the penholder mounting balancing weight, lightens the workload of workers, reduces the cost and improves the production efficiency.
