some cylindrical or quasi-cylindrical workpieces, the surface is smooth and clean when just beginning to use, under long-time use, the surface is inevitable to adhere some greasy dirt or dust difficult to clean, if the workpiece is a metal workpiece, the surface also can produce some rusty spots or large-area rusts, so the workpiece needs to be grinded and cleaned, and the surface becomes clean and smooth again, however, the applicant finds in investigation and analysis that, in the prior art, as disclosed in application No. 2016214333279, "a curved surface grinding and polishing device" is disclosed, the specific structure is not repeated here, and the structure of the application can know that the upper polishing disc of the application can vertically move in the vertical direction and rotate in the horizontal direction, and if the upper polishing disc is used for the curved surface workpiece, the upper polishing disc can only grind and polish the surface of the curved surface part, and the grinding effect is poor.

The applicant proposes the solution, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, of providing an automated curved surface grinding device comprising a table, a first auxiliary assembly, a processing assembly and a second auxiliary assembly. The workbench comprises a horizontal working surface, an object placing unit is arranged on the horizontal working surface, and the object placing unit is hollow; the first auxiliary assembly comprises a driving unit, a first rotating shaft, a limiting piece and a plurality of groups of fixing frames. The working principle is as follows:

the cylindrical or cylinder-like workpiece is clamped in the limiting piece and is supported by the fixed frame; the first rotating shaft drives the workpiece to rotate, the angular speed of the workpiece is the same as that of the first rotating shaft, the processing assembly is driven by the supporting columns to reciprocate along the length direction of the workpiece, the processing assembly processes the workpiece in two different modes, the workpiece is cleaned through the first processing unit, and then the workpiece is ground through the second processing unit.

The first processing unit and the second processing unit are arranged oppositely, and the relative position of the first processing unit or the second processing unit and the workpiece is adjusted through the rotating seat; the first processing unit cleans the workpiece through the bristles, the bristles are changed from dense to sparse and have long and short lengths along the direction from the edge to the center of the first processing unit, when the curved surface of the workpiece works, the bristles are bent to different degrees, the bristles are in contact with the curved surface in a point-to-point contact and line-to-line contact mode, the line contact formed by multiple points in the working range is changed into multiple lines, and the surface contact is different in length, so that the contact area is increased, and the washing efficiency is improved; the bristles are driven by the first rotating seat to rotate forwards or reversely, the force of the bristles on the curved surface is changed from single force to multi-directional force, the stress of impurities is increased, and the bristles are easier to clean; the second processing unit grinds the workpiece, the grinding head consists of a plurality of grinding sheet units, the grinding sheet units have certain freedom degree of movement, the grinding head has adjustability, and when the curved surface of the workpiece is ground, line contact is changed into multi-line contact or surface contact, so that the grinding area is increased, and the grinding efficiency is improved; when the workpiece has different curvatures, the telescopic piece between the grinding sheet unit and the grinding seat adjusts the position of the grinding sheet unit, so that the grinding sheet unit is better attached to the curved surface, and the grinding efficiency is ensured. The first processing unit and the second processing unit are used for processing the workpiece in a first period, and then the next period of processing is carried out.
