5 to 7 parts by weight, preferably 6 parts by weight of metallocene polyethylene raw material.

4. The durable standing bag of claim 1 wherein said bag body is made by the process of:

uniformly mixing the polyethylene modified material in a stirrer at the temperature of 10-30 ℃, preferably at the temperature of 20 ℃ to obtain a mixture;

placing the mixture into a co-extrusion film blowing machine, and blowing the mixture into a cylindrical film under the low-neck process;

and cutting the cylinder film according to the requirement, and manufacturing the bag body by a bag making machine.

5. The durable standing bag of claim 1 wherein the bag bottom is a rectangular bag bottom.

The durable standing bag according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a sealing adhesive layer is transversely arranged on the inner side of the bag opening, an anti-sticking layer is stuck outside the sealing adhesive layer, and the anti-sticking layer is detachably stuck on the sealing adhesive layer;

the bag body is at least provided with a transverse breakpoint type tear line, and the breakpoint type tear line is positioned below the sealing adhesive layer or below the opposite surface of the sealing adhesive layer.

The durable standing bag comprises a bag body, wherein a bag opening is formed in the bag body, a bag bottom is arranged on the bottom surface of the bag body, and the bag body is made of a polyethylene modified material.

The bag body made of the polyethylene modified material is adopted, so that the bag body can still stand on the premise of being made thinner, and compared with the traditional PP material, the polyethylene modified material cannot crack or break due to brittleness at lower ambient temperature, and the service life of the bag body is greatly prolonged.

The thickness of the bag body and the size relation of the bag body are as follows:

The bag body is made of the following polyethylene modified materials:

3-5 parts by weight, preferably 4 parts by weight of high-density polyethylene raw material;

5 to 7 parts by weight, preferably 6 parts by weight of metallocene polyethylene raw material.

The bag body is made by adopting the following processes:

uniformly mixing the polyethylene modified material in a stirrer at the temperature of 10-30 ℃, preferably at the temperature of 20 ℃ to obtain a mixture;

placing the mixture into a co-extrusion film blowing machine, and blowing the mixture into a cylindrical film under the low-neck process;

and cutting the cylinder film according to the requirement, and manufacturing the bag body by a bag making machine.

The bag bottom is a rectangular bag bottom.

A sealing adhesive layer is transversely arranged on the inner side of the bag opening, an anti-sticking layer is pasted outside the sealing adhesive layer, and the anti-sticking layer is detachably pasted on the sealing adhesive layer;

The bag body 1 is made by the following process:

uniformly mixing the polyethylene modified material in a stirrer at the temperature of 10-30 ℃, preferably at the temperature of 20 ℃ to obtain a mixture;

placing the mixture into a co-extrusion film blowing machine, and blowing the mixture into a cylindrical film under the process of low neck;

the cylindrical film is cut according to the requirement, and the bag body 1 is manufactured by a bag making machine.

Example 1:

uniformly mixing 3 parts by weight of high-density polyethylene raw material and 5 parts by weight of metallocene polyethylene raw material in a stirrer at the temperature of 10 ℃ to obtain a mixture;

placing the mixture into a co-extrusion film blowing machine, and blowing the mixture into a cylindrical film under the process of low neck;

the cylindrical film is cut according to the requirement, and the bag body 1 with the thickness of 1.75mil is manufactured by a bag making machine, wherein the width of the bag body 1 is 16.75 inches, the height of the bag body is 12.5 inches, and the length of the bottom of the bag is 6.75 inches.

The bag body 1 and the bag bottom thereof are manually unfolded, the bag opening is opened, and the bag body 1 can stand on a plane without collapse.

The bag body 1 of the embodiment is lifted and pulled for 35 times within 20 seconds under the condition of bearing 8lbs, and the cracking phenomenon is avoided.

Example 2:

uniformly mixing 5 parts by weight of high-density polyethylene raw material and 7 parts by weight of metallocene polyethylene raw material in a stirrer at the temperature of 30 ℃ to obtain a mixture;

placing the mixture into a co-extrusion film blowing machine, and blowing the mixture into a cylindrical film under the process of low neck;

the cylindrical film is cut according to the requirement, and the bag body 1 with the thickness of 2.25mil is manufactured by a bag making machine, wherein the width of the bag body 1 is 21 inches, the height of the bag body is 16.25 inches, and the length of the bottom of the bag is 9 inches.

The bag body 1 and the bag bottom thereof are manually unfolded, the bag opening is opened, and the bag body 1 can stand on a plane without collapse.

The bag body 1 of the embodiment is lifted and pulled for 35 times within 20 seconds under the condition of bearing 12lbs, and the cracking phenomenon is avoided.

Example 3:

uniformly mixing 4 parts by weight of high-density polyethylene raw material and 6 parts by weight of metallocene polyethylene raw material in a stirrer at the temperature of 20 ℃ to obtain a mixture;

placing the mixture into a co-extrusion film blowing machine, and blowing the mixture into a cylindrical film under the process of low neck;

the cylindrical film is cut according to the requirement, and the bag body 1 with the thickness of 2.25mil is manufactured by a bag making machine, wherein the width of the bag body 1 is 26.5 inches, the height of the bag body is 16.25 inches, and the length of the bottom of the bag is 9 inches.

The bag body 1 and the bag bottom thereof are manually unfolded, the bag opening is opened, and the bag body 1 can stand on a plane without collapse.

The bag body 1 of the embodiment is lifted and pulled for 35 times within 20 seconds under the condition of bearing 20lbs, and the cracking phenomenon is avoided.
