A preparation method of a high flame-retardant CPVC automotive plate composition is characterized by comprising the steps of putting CPVC resin, PVC resin, a lubricant, a modifier, a processing aid and an additive into a thermal mixing device in proportion to start stirring, controlling the initial temperature of the thermal mixing device to be 30-50 ℃, the stirring speed to be 200-plus-500 rpm, after stirring for 1-3min, adding a heat stabilizer and an auxiliary stabilizer, starting timing and heating, increasing the speed to be 450-plus-1000 rpm, the average heating rate to be 5-15 ℃/min, and discharging when the temperature is increased to be 110-plus-130 ℃;

and (3) starting cold mixing and stirring, wherein the stirring speed is 50-80rpm, immediately discharging the hot material into a cold mixer, cooling by using jacket cooling water and a built-in cooling accessory at the cooling speed of 3-10 ℃/min, and discharging and packaging when the temperature is reduced to 40-60 ℃ to obtain the high-flame-retardant CPVC automotive plate composition.

Background

At present, the internal decoration of domestic and foreign vehicle (rail transit vehicles, new energy and fuel vehicles and the like) develops towards the direction of energy conservation, environmental protection, beauty, comfort and light weight, the plastic decorative plate is increasingly favored by the industry of the traffic vehicles due to the characteristics of excellent comprehensive performance, price advantage, easy processing, easy coloring, beauty, light weight, environmental protection and the like, the usage amount of the plastic decorative plate in the vehicle increases year by year, and the aims of replacing steel with plastic, replacing weight with light weight, saving resources and protecting environment are realized, but most of the prior color plastic decorative boards are produced by taking ABS resin, PC resin, PE resin, PP resin and the like as raw materials, however, although these resins have advantages such as high fluidity, easy plasticization, and wide processing temperature, they have poor flame retardancy and still cannot satisfy the current safety requirements in terms of flame retardancy.

The CPVC has good flame retardant property, and the problem that the interior plastic decorative plate with good flame retardant effect, stable processing, good ductility and wide processing temperature range is urgently needed to be solved is developed by utilizing the excellent property of the CPVC.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a high-flame-retardant CPVC (chlorinated polyvinyl chloride) automotive plate composition and a preparation method thereof.

The lubricant is one or more of paraffin, polyethylene wax, oxidized polyethylene wax, Fischer-Tropsch wax, ester wax, oxidized wax, stearic acid, calcium stearate, ethylene bis stearamide wax and stearic acid amide.

The modifier is one or a combination of more of impact-resistant CPE, impact-resistant ACR, MBS, ABS, AS, PMMA and HIPS.

The processing aid is acrylic processing aid, and is one or a combination of two of 201, 401, PA-20, PA-40 and PA-101.

The heat stabilizer is one or a combination of more of methyl tin mercaptide, butyl tin mercaptide, dimethyl tin maleate, dibutyltin maleate and calcium-zinc composite stabilizer.

The auxiliary stabilizer is one or a combination of more of an antioxidant 1076, an antioxidant 1010, phosphite ester, tricosanol thiodipropionate epoxidized soybean oil, epoxidized linseed oil and beta diketone.

The additive is one or more of titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, talcum powder, hydrotalcite, antimony trioxide, magnesium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide.
