Detailed Description

Exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in more detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. While exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure are shown in the drawings, it should be understood that the present disclosure may be embodied in various forms and should not be limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the scope of the disclosure to those skilled in the art.

Example one

The scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to any box body with a modular structure, such as a container and the like. Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a modular box provided in an embodiment of the present application, and the structure shown in fig. 1 is only one of structures to which the technical solution of the present application can be applied.

With the improvement of the living standard of people, the handling of various large-scale activities is more and more frequent, especially sports activities, a large number of people (such as athletes, referees, audiences and the like) are gathered to a city in a short time, and the city also needs to provide various living services for the people greatly increased in the time. Of these services, the house becomes the most basic and important ring. But providing houses for such a large number of people requires on the one hand the time-efficiency provided by houses, i.e. quick building and dismantling, and on the other hand the ability of such houses to have a similar dwelling effect as ordinary houses, i.e. not to be too crude.

Therefore, a board house which is built and dismantled quickly by using boards has been proposed in the prior art, but the built house uses simpler boards as wall structures, so that the quality of the house is far different from that of a house which people live in daily life, for example, effective sound insulation, heat insulation and the like cannot be realized, and the living experience is poor. On the other hand, the traditional scheme of building by using reinforced concrete needs longer building time and is difficult to dismantle once the construction is completed. There is therefore a need for a housing solution that enables quick erection and dismantling, while also ensuring a better living quality.

To this end, as shown in fig. 1 and 2 of the present application, a modular case 1 according to an embodiment of the present application may include: a body frame 11, a reinforcing connecting member 12 and a wall module 13.

The body frame 11 may include a bottom plate 111 and a plurality of support columns 112 and a top connection bar 113.

The base plate 111 may have a rectangular shape, and a plurality of support columns 112 may extend vertically upward on the base plate 111. For example, the main body frame 11 may include four support columns 112, and the four support columns 112 may extend vertically upward perpendicular to the plane of the base plate 111 at four corners of the base plate 111, respectively. The nail connecting rods 113 may be respectively located between the respective support columns 112, and for example, in the present embodiment, top ends of two adjacent support columns 112 may be connected such that the bottom plate 111, the support columns 112, and the top connecting rods 113 together constitute the body frame 11.

In the present embodiment, the main body frame 11 may be provided with reinforcing connectors 12, for example, at corners of the main body frame 11. For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the reinforcing link 12 may have an L-shape, and thus may be disposed at a corner where the top connection bar 113 meets the support post 112, e.g., both sides of the L-shape are respectively fixed to the adjacent two top connection bars 113 to reinforce the stability of the connection of the top connection bar 113, or may be disposed at a corner where the bottom plate 111 meets the support post 112, e.g., both sides of the L-shape are respectively fixed to the adjacent two sides of the bottom plate 111 to reinforce the stability of the support post 112. For example, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the reinforcing connector 12 may have an opening on each side, so that when a plurality of modular housings 1 are combined with each other to form, for example, a house, the reinforcing connectors 12 may be connected to each other through the openings of the reinforcing connector 12 to reinforce the firmness of the connection of the adjacent modular housings 1. For example, in the present embodiment, a hook-shaped connector having two hooks may be used to connect two adjacent reinforcing connectors 12 of two modular cases 1, respectively, thereby connecting the two reinforcing connectors 12 together.

The wall module 13 may be disposed between the top connector rail 113 and the bottom panel 111. Thereby realizing the formation of the wall structure on the main body frame 11. In particular, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the wall module 13 may have a flat plate shape, and at least one side in the length direction is provided with a fixing member 131 extending outward in the length direction. The extension fixture 131 may be disposed at one side in the thickness direction of the wall module 13, and may have a flat shape. Accordingly, the wall module 13 may be fixed to the body frame 11 by attaching the extension fixture 131 to the support post 112 and/or the top connection bar 113 or to one side of the bottom plate 111. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, a plurality of extension fixtures 131 may be disposed on the wall module 13, so as to strengthen the firmness of the connection between the wall module 13 and the main body frame 11. Furthermore, as shown in fig. 4, one or more wall connectors 137 may be provided on at least one of both sides of the wall module 13 in the width direction, so that two adjacent wall modules 13 may be connected to each other by the wall connectors 137. For example, the wall connector 137 may be disposed at an outer side of the wall module 13 in a thickness direction, that is, an outer side of the wall module 13 when being mounted to the body frame 11 to form a wall of, for example, a room, so that it is possible to secure firmness of wall connection while also securing beauty between walls.

Further, as shown in fig. 3, the wall module 13 may include an exterior layer 132 and a temperature adjusting layer 133. The exterior finish 132 may be made of, for example, metal or other material that is relatively hard to protect the wall module 13 from damage such as external impacts. In particular, since the modular cabinet 1 is generally used to construct a room unit, it is often placed outdoors, and thus, the security of the wall module 13 can be protected by the exterior layer 132. In addition, a temperature adjusting layer 133 may be disposed at an inner side of the exterior layer 132, i.e., facing the inside of the modular cabinet 1, so as to provide a temperature adjusting function of the inside of the modular cabinet 1. For example, the temperature adjusting layer 133 may include an insulation layer 1331, so that, when the modular cabinet 1 is constructed as a house construction unit as a closed cabinet, the temperature inside the cabinet may be maintained by the insulation layer 1331, or loss of heat or cool air inside the cabinet may be reduced, improving the utilization of energy. In addition, as shown in fig. 3, the temperature adjustment layer 133 may further include a temperature adjustment device layer 1332, and the temperature adjustment device layer 1332 may be disposed between the insulation layer 1331 and the exterior layer 132, so that the temperature of the wall module 13 may be directly adjusted through the temperature adjustment device layer 1332, and the temperature may be maintained through the insulation layer 1331, thereby implementing the functions of adjusting and controlling the temperature inside the modular cabinet 1. For example, in the present embodiment, the temperature adjusting device layer 1332 may be an electrically heated film, or the temperature adjusting device layer 1332 may be an electrically heated wire distributed between the heat insulating layer 1331 and the exterior layer 132.

Further, the function module accommodating unit 134 may be provided in the wall module 13, for example, in the insulation layer 1331 of the wall module 13, and as shown in fig. 3, the function module accommodating unit 134 may have a concave shape that is concave toward the temperature adjusting device layer 1332 from a side of the insulation layer 1331 away from the temperature adjusting device layer 1332. Therefore, when the wall module 13 is used as a wall of a room unit, various functional module units, for example, a power outlet, a network outlet, a telephone outlet, etc., can be installed through the functional module housing unit 134. Therefore, as shown in fig. 3, the function housing unit 134 may have an opening at a side of the insulation layer 1331 away from the temperature adjusting device layer 1332 so that a desired function module unit can be mounted into the function module housing unit 134 through the opening after the wall module 13 is mounted to the body frame 11.

Further, as shown in fig. 2, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 16 may be provided outside the top connection bar 113. The reinforcing ribs 16 may be distributed in parallel with each other at predetermined intervals. So that the strength and stability of the main body frame 11 can be enhanced.

Furthermore, as shown in fig. 1, the modular case 1 may further include a support 15. The support members 15 may be disposed at the outer side of the base plate 111, and one or more support members 15 may be disposed at four sides of the base plate 111, respectively. For example, the supporting member 15 may be disposed adjacent to the reinforced connecting member 12 at the junction of the bottom plate 111 and the supporting column 112, so that the supporting member 15 may provide additional stable support for the modular box 1, prevent the modular box 1 from shaking, and improve the stability of the modular box.

In addition, as shown in fig. 1, the modular cabinet 1 may further include a lower baffle 14. The lower baffle 14 may be provided at one side edge of the base plate 111, and the lower edge may be flush with the lower edge of the reinforcing coupler 12 or the supporting member 15, and may be provided at the outer side of the supporting member 15 in case of providing the supporting member 15, so that it may be used to shield the supporting member 15, improving the aesthetic appearance of the modular cabinet 1.

In addition, as shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment also provides a house 2, and the house 2 can be formed by at least one modular box 1 according to the present embodiment.

For example, one of the at least one modular cabinet 1 may be provided with the door body 21 at one of the support pillars. The door body 21 may include a door shaft 211 provided on the one support pillar 12 to be rotatable about a rotation axis parallel to the support pillar 12, and a door body 212 fixed to the door shaft 211. Therefore, the house 1 formed by the wall module can be opened or closed by the door body 21, the house 1 can be closed by closing the door body 21 while providing a passage for a person to enter or exit the house 1, the privacy and safety of the house 1 can be ensured, and the door body 21 can be used together with the insulation layer in the wall module for keeping the temperature in the house 1 as described above.

Furthermore, as shown in fig. 3, a receptacle unit 135 may be accommodated in the wall module 13. The receptacle unit 135 may have an inset portion 1351 that snaps into the wall module 13 and a faceplate portion 1352 that is positioned on a side surface of the wall module 13.

A receptacle unit protection back plate 136 may be further provided on the other side surface of the wall module 13, for example, at a position corresponding to the receptacle unit 135 on the exterior layer 132. So as to provide protection for the outlet unit 135 from the outside.

Therefore, the modular box and the house provided by the embodiment of the application are embedded with the multilayer wall modules on the main body frame, and the outer side of the supporting column of the container is provided with the extended reinforced connecting piece for forming reinforced connection with the adjacent box. Therefore, various configurations of the box body can be flexibly completed through the wall body module embedded on the frame, and the connection with various external support structures and/or adjacent box bodies is formed through the reinforcing connecting piece, so that the overall stability of the box body is enhanced.

Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
