The cover plate 4 is composed of a cover plate 41 and support legs 42 provided below the cover plate.

When the floor heating assembly is implemented, the floor heating pipe needs to be arranged in the wiring board and the wiring direction adjusting board in a penetrating mode in advance when the floor assembly is produced, and the pipeline is welded (or connected) during assembly, so that the field installation procedure can be simplified.

When the method is implemented, the decorative surfaces are arranged on the surfaces of the wiring board 1, the wiring direction adjusting board 2, the steering board 3 and the covering board 4 in a mode of coating, printing and surface painting treatment, or compounding other decorative surfaces, or customizing the surface of a product and the like, so that the aesthetic requirements or personalized requirements of different groups can be met.
