Particularly, the gas collecting pipelines (gas phase pipes) of all loading and unloading arms are connected to the oil gas recovery system, when part of the loading and unloading arms work, oil gas flows back from the gas collecting pipelines of the idle loading and unloading arms and is directly discharged to the atmosphere, waste and pollution are caused, and the site safety and the health safety of operators are endangered.

The technical problem to be solved is as follows: aiming at the technical problems, the invention provides a gas collecting pipeline linkage one-way cut-off device and a method for oil gas loading and unloading, which are assembled on a gas collecting pipeline (a gas phase pipe) of an oil gas loading and unloading arm to be linked with a pressing self-locking mechanism, can effectively prevent oil gas from flowing back and leaking through the gas collecting pipeline of the loading and unloading arm, reduce operation procedures and reduce labor intensity.
