Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of security monitoring, in particular to a bracket device used for mounting a security camera and application thereof.

Background

Safety means no danger, no invasion and no accident; prevention refers to defense, i.e., arming, which refers to preparing to cope with an attack or avoid a victim, and arming, which refers to arming and protecting. The safety is the purpose, and the precaution is the means, reaches or realizes the purpose of safety through the means of precaution, is exactly the basic connotation of safety precaution. The security protection is called security protection for short. The rapid development of science and technology causes more and more safety problems. People pay more and more attention to security matters. In view of this, the security protection equipment is also all flowers. Among many security devices, security cameras are most widely used.

In different use scenes, the shape, size, function and the like of the security camera are different. Meanwhile, due to different requirements of monitoring ranges, different requirements are fixed for installation of the security camera. The security camera needs to be supported and fixed by means of supporting equipment when being installed and used. At present, the mounting steps of the supporting equipment commonly used for the security camera are relatively complicated, and the supporting equipment needs to be removed simultaneously if the security camera needs to be removed. In addition, because of the demand of control angle, the back is installed, and the angle of security protection camera needs to carry out nimble regulation to make every monitoring visual angle maximize of laying the camera. Under this situation, the support device is required to be capable of quickly and conveniently realizing angle adjustment, and then the monitoring visual angle range of the security camera is adjusted.

Furthermore, it is generally required that the security camera can be installed quickly. Therefore, the supporting equipment used together with the security camera also has the functions of quick assembly and disassembly, and simple and convenient cleaning and maintenance.

Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to provide a mounting and supporting device for mounting a security camera, so as to solve the above problems.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an installation supporting device which can be used for loading a security camera, can realize stable and firm installation and connection of the security camera, and can flexibly adjust the rotation angle or rotation range of the security camera according to use requirements so as to adjust the monitoring range of the security camera in real time.

To achieve at least one of the advantages or other advantages, an embodiment of the present invention provides a mounting support device for carrying a security camera, which includes a support mechanism, a connection mechanism, and an attachment mechanism. The connecting mechanism includes a first attaching member and a second attaching member. Wherein one end of the first attaching member is attached and fixed to the supporting mechanism so that the first attaching member can move or rotate above the supporting mechanism. The other end of the first attaching piece is connected with one end of the second attaching piece in an assembling and linkage mode, and the other end of the second attaching piece can be selectively folded towards the supporting mechanism or unfolded outwards. In some embodiments, the mounting support device is a vacuum chuck base or a magnetic-type support base. When the security camera is used indoors, a user can place the security camera at a required position through the supporting mechanism according to different scenes or purpose requirements.

In some embodiments, the support mechanism may include a base and a plurality of receptacles. One end of the first assembling member in the connecting mechanism is fixedly connected with the base, the plurality of bearing seats can extend outwards from the base, and each bearing seat can be provided with a screw hole so as to fixedly connect and lock the supporting mechanism. When the bearing seat extends outwards along the horizontal direction, the contact area between the supporting mechanism and the position to be installed can be increased, so that the installation stability of the installation supporting device is enhanced. When the bearing seat extends outwards along the vertical direction, the installation depth of the installation supporting device can be extended so as to enhance the installation stability of the installation supporting device.

In some embodiments, the second attaching member of the connecting mechanism is a folding mechanism. The folding mechanism includes at least a first joint axis and a second joint axis. One end of the first joint shaft is fixedly connected with the first connecting and assembling piece, the other end of the first joint shaft is hinged with one end of the second joint shaft, and the other end of the second joint shaft is fixedly connected with the connecting and assembling mechanism. Therefore, the second joint shaft and the connecting mechanism which drives the second joint shaft to be connected with the second joint shaft are folded or unfolded outwards relative to the first joint shaft.

The first joint shaft and the second joint shaft may be articulated via a spherical shaft assembly. The spherical shaft assembly includes a spheroid, a shaft, and a fixture. The two ends of the shaft rod are respectively connected with the spherical body and the fixing piece, the spherical body is rotatably connected with the first joint shaft, and the fixing piece is fixedly connected with the second joint shaft. Therefore, the second joint shaft can be folded or unfolded outwards relative to the first joint shaft through the spherical shaft component.

Furthermore, one end of the first joint shaft is provided with an arc-shaped cavity which can be used for receiving and accommodating a ball body in the spherical shaft assembly. Namely, the spherical body of the spherical shaft component can rotate in the arc-shaped cavity, so that the rotation range of the security camera is adjusted, and the monitoring angle range of the security camera is adjusted.

In some embodiments, the spherical body has a limiting member, and the inner surface of the arc cavity may have a protrusion, which is matched with the limiting member to limit the rotation range of the spherical body in the arc cavity, so as to improve the service life of the security camera.

In some embodiments, the arcuate cavity may be a spherically curved bore that may correspond in shape to a sphere of the spherical shaft assembly to receive the sphere. The shaft lever is cylindrical, and the aperture of the spherical arc cavity hole is larger than or equal to the rod diameter of the shaft lever, so that the installation and operation stability of the spherical shaft assembly is guaranteed.

In some embodiments, the attachment mechanism may include an attachment portion and a bolster portion. The assembling part is fixedly assembled with the connecting mechanism through a second assembling piece, and the bearing part is used for installing the security camera.

In some embodiments, the attaching portion is hollow and has a plurality of mounting holes, and the second attaching member is mounted and fixed to the connecting mechanism through the mounting holes.

Therefore, the beneficial effects of the installation supporting device provided by the invention comprise that: the security camera can be stably and firmly connected, and meanwhile, the rotation angle or the rotation range of the security camera can be adjusted in real time through the connecting mechanism according to use requirements, so that the monitoring range of the security camera can be flexibly adjusted.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present invention, but not all embodiments; the technical features designed in the different embodiments of the present invention described below can be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other; all other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

In the description of the present invention, it is to be noted that all terms (including technical and scientific terms) used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which the present invention belongs, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention; it will be further understood that terms used herein should be interpreted as having a meaning that is consistent with their meaning in the context of this specification and the relevant art and will not be interpreted in an idealized or overly formal sense unless expressly so defined herein.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a general schematic view of an embodiment of the mounting and supporting device of the present invention. To achieve at least one of the advantages or other advantages, an embodiment of the present invention provides a mounting support device 1 for carrying a security camera. The mounting support device 1 includes at least a support mechanism 10, a connecting mechanism 20, and an attachment mechanism 30. Connecting mechanism 20 includes a first attaching member 22 and a second attaching member 24. Wherein one end of the first attaching member 22 is attached and fixed to the support mechanism 10 so that the first attaching member 22 can be moved or rotated in the upper region of the support mechanism 10. The other end of first attaching member 22 is attached to and interlocked with one end of second attaching member 24, and the other end of second attaching member 24 is selectively folded or unfolded toward support mechanism 10. An attaching mechanism 30 is attached and fixed to the other end of the second attaching member 24 for attaching the security camera. In this manner, the height position and the rotation angle or the rotation range of the security camera can be adjusted when second attaching member 24 is folded or unfolded toward support mechanism 10.

In the example shown, a locking member is provided above the support mechanism 10. One end of a first attaching member 22 in the connecting mechanism 20 is attached and fixed to the lock member. The mounting angle between the first attaching member 22 in the connecting mechanism 20 and the supporting mechanism 10 can be adjusted according to the use requirement.

In one embodiment, in the installation support device 1, the support mechanism 10 may be a vacuum chuck base or a magnetic-type support base. When the security camera is used indoors, a user can quickly and conveniently place the security camera at a required position through the supporting mechanism 10 according to different scenes or purpose requirements. The security camera can be an intelligent dome camera, a gunlock and the like.

Referring to fig. 2 in conjunction with fig. 1, fig. 2 is a general schematic view of another embodiment of the mounting support device of the present invention. In one embodiment, the support mechanism 10 may include a base 12 and a plurality of receptacles 14, the plurality of receptacles 14 extending outwardly from the base 12. One end of the first attaching member 22 of the connecting mechanism 20 is fixedly attached to the base 12, and each receiving seat 14 is provided with a screw hole 140, which can be engaged with the screw holes 140 by screws or bolts, so as to fixedly attach the supporting mechanism 10. The arrangement of the plural sockets 14 increases the mounting contact area of the supporting mechanism 10, and increases the stability of the mounting and supporting device 1 when mounting and locking, thereby ensuring the stability of the security camera mounted thereon.

Further, the plurality of receiving seats 14 of the supporting mechanism 10 may extend outward in a horizontal direction, may extend outward in a vertical direction, or may extend outward in both the horizontal and vertical directions. When the socket 14 extends outward along the horizontal direction, the contact area between the supporting mechanism 10 and the position to be installed can be increased to enhance the installation stability of the installation supporting device 1. When the receiving base 14 extends outward in the vertical direction, the installation depth of the installation supporting device 1 can be extended to enhance the installation stability of the installation supporting device 1. In the illustrated example, the sockets 14 extend both horizontally outward and vertically downward. In this case, if the installation supporting device 1 is installed in a flush type, the extension part of the receiving seat 14 along the vertical direction can increase the installation depth of the installation supporting device 1, and the extension part along the horizontal direction can increase the installation contact area of the supporting mechanism 10, thereby enhancing the installation stability of the installation supporting device 1. Therefore, the normal operation of the security camera can be ensured, and the phenomenon that the security camera falls off due to unstable installation and connection to influence the service life of the security camera can be prevented.

In one aspect, second attaching member 24 of connecting mechanism 20 can be a folding mechanism, as shown in fig. 2. The folding mechanism includes at least a first joint axis 26 and a second joint axis 28. Wherein, one end of the first joint shaft 26 is fixedly connected with the first attaching member 22, the first attaching member 22 is fixedly connected with the base 12 and further attached to the supporting mechanism 10, the other end of the first joint shaft 26 is hinged with one end of the second joint shaft 28, and the other end of the second joint shaft 28 is connected and fixed with the attaching mechanism 30. By means of the articulated mounting of the first joint shaft 26 and the second joint shaft 28, the second joint shaft 28 can be selectively folded or unfolded towards the support mechanism 10, thereby adjusting the movable angle range of the mounting support device 1. In practical applications, the foldable connecting mechanism 20 may be formed by hinging a plurality of joint shafts according to different installation scenes and installation positions, so that the height range of the installation supporting device 1 can be adjusted.

Referring to fig. 3 in conjunction with fig. 2, fig. 3 is a schematic view of an embodiment of a spherical shaft assembly for mounting a support device according to the present invention. The first joint shaft 26 and the second joint shaft 28 are articulated via a spherical shaft assembly 40. The spherical shaft assembly 40 includes at least a ball 42, a shaft 44, and a fixture 46. The shaft 44 is connected at each end to the ball 42 and the mount 46. The shaft 44 may be a tubular structure. The ball 42 is rotatably connected to the first joint shaft 26, and the fixing member 46 is fixedly connected to the second joint shaft 28. In one embodiment, the ball 42, shaft 44, and fixture 46 may be integrally formed. However, without limitation, the shaft 44 may be fixed to the surface of the ball 42 by welding, and the fixing member 46 may be fixed to the other end of the shaft 44 by a nut or welding. In the illustrated example, the securing element 46 may be a ball structure, which may or may not be the same configuration as the ball 42. In this case, the spherical shaft assembly 40 is a double ball steering.

The first joint shaft 26 has an arcuate receptacle at an end thereof adjacent the second joint shaft 28 for receiving and receiving a ball 42 of the ball shaft assembly 40. In other words, the ball 42 of the ball shaft assembly 40 can rotate in the arc-shaped cavity, so as to adjust the rotation range of the security camera and adjust the monitoring angle range of the security camera. Further, the spherical body 42 has a limiting member 420, and the inner surface of the arc-shaped cavity may have a protrusion, which is matched with the limiting member to limit the rotation range of the spherical body 42 in the arc-shaped cavity, so as to prevent the second joint shaft 28 connected to the spherical shaft assembly 40 from rotating excessively, thereby affecting the effective rotation range of the security camera and prolonging the service life of the security camera.

As shown in fig. 3, in one embodiment, the sphere 42 is composed of two hemispheres with different diameters, including a front hemisphere 421 and a rear hemisphere 422, wherein the rear hemisphere 422 is directly connected to the shaft 44, and the front hemisphere 421 is located in front of the rear hemisphere 422 and relatively far away from the shaft 44 and faces the arc-shaped cavity of the first joint shaft 26. The diameter of the rear hemisphere 422 is larger than that of the front hemisphere 421, so that the rear hemisphere 422 and the front hemisphere 421 have a stepped difference in height at the junction. The position-limiting member 420 of the ball 44 is located on the spherical surface of the front hemisphere 421, and matches with the protrusion located on the inner surface of the arc-shaped cavity to limit the rotation range of the ball 42 in the arc-shaped cavity.

For example, when the security camera is used for monitoring scenes in different rooms, such as a roof or a top of the room is not required to be monitored; or, when the security camera is used for monitoring different outdoor scenes, the security camera is installed at a certain height position and mainly monitors the ground scene of the region (namely, the upper space of the region does not need to be monitored), the arrangement of the limiting piece on the spherical body 42 and the arrangement of the convex block on the inner surface of the arc-shaped cavity can better regulate and control the effective rotating range of the security camera, and the monitoring efficiency is improved.

The arc-shaped cavity may be a spherical arc-shaped cavity, the shaft lever 44 is cylindrical, and the diameter of the spherical arc-shaped cavity is greater than or equal to the diameter of the shaft lever 44. Therefore, the shaft lever 44 can be partially installed in the arc-shaped cavity, and the spherical body 42 can freely rotate in the arc-shaped cavity, thereby ensuring the installation and operation stability of the spherical shaft assembly 40 and the operation stability of the security camera.

The attachment mechanism 30 may include an attachment portion 32 and a receiving portion 34. The attaching portion 32 is attached and fixed to the second attaching member 24 to be attached to the connecting mechanism 20, and the receiving portion 34 is used for attaching the security camera. The attachment portion 32 and the receiving portion 34 may be integrally formed. The attaching portion 32 is hollow and has a plurality of mounting holes, through which it is fixedly attached to the second attaching member 24.

In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the attachment portion 32 and the bolster portion 34 may be integrally formed. The attachment portion 32 of the attachment mechanism 30 is fixedly attached to one end of the second joint shaft 28 of the connecting mechanism 20 through the attachment holes. The receiving portion 34 is cylindrical and can be used to mount a security camera. However, without limitation, the receiving portion 34 may be configured in other shapes and may be used to mount a security camera of a non-spherical type, such as a bolt-type security camera.

In summary, the installation support device provided by the invention can be used for stably and firmly installing the security camera, and can be used for adjusting the rotation range or rotation angle of the security camera in real time through the connecting mechanism according to the use requirement so as to flexibly adjust the monitoring range of the security camera.

In addition, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that, although there may be many problems with the prior art, each embodiment or aspect of the present invention may be improved only in one or several respects, without necessarily simultaneously solving all the technical problems listed in the prior art or in the background. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that nothing in a claim should be taken as a limitation on that claim.
