1. A rotary column target supporting device is characterized by comprising a strip-shaped base which is horizontally arranged and has the length direction of left and right trend, and a target support assembly arranged on the base;

the base comprises a metal connecting strip which is horizontally arranged and moves left and right, an insulating seat matched with the metal connecting strip is arranged on the lower side of the metal connecting strip, and a plurality of supporting legs for supporting the base are arranged on the lower side of the insulating seat;

the target holder assembly comprises a support frame, two support shafts and two support bearings;

the supporting frame comprises a mounting plate which is vertically arranged and has a left-right direction in the length direction, a concave arc-shaped recess is arranged in the middle area, corresponding to the left-right direction, of the upper side of the mounting plate, two shaft holes penetrating through the mounting plate in the front-back direction are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side, corresponding to the arc-shaped recess, of the mounting plate, a connecting plate extending forwards horizontally is arranged on the lower side of the mounting plate, and the lower side of the connecting plate is connected with a metal connecting strip through a bolt;

The front part of the existing rotary column target is connected with a motor for driving, and the rear part of the existing rotary column target is not supported, so that the front part of the existing rotary column target is stressed greatly, metal fatigue is easy to generate, the service life of an instrument is shortened, and the rear part of the existing rotary column target is sunk due to the fact that the rear part of the existing rotary column target is not supported.

Disclosure of Invention

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a rotary column target supporting device, which supports the rear part of the existing rotary column target, is evenly stressed and prevents the rear part from sinking.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a rotary column target supporting device which comprises a strip-shaped base and a target support assembly, wherein the strip-shaped base is horizontally arranged, and the length direction of the strip-shaped base is in the left-right direction;

the base comprises a metal connecting strip which is horizontally arranged and moves left and right, an insulating seat matched with the metal connecting strip is arranged on the lower side of the metal connecting strip, and a plurality of supporting legs for supporting the base are arranged on the lower side of the insulating seat;

the target holder assembly comprises a support frame, two support shafts and two support bearings;

the supporting frame comprises a mounting plate which is vertically arranged and has a left-right direction in the length direction, a concave arc-shaped recess is arranged in the middle area, corresponding to the left-right direction, of the upper side of the mounting plate, two shaft holes penetrating through the mounting plate in the front-back direction are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side, corresponding to the arc-shaped recess, of the mounting plate, a connecting plate extending forwards horizontally is arranged on the lower side of the mounting plate, and the lower side of the connecting plate is connected with a metal connecting strip through a bolt;

the two support shafts respectively comprise a first part, a second part, a third part, a fourth part and a fifth part which are coaxially connected in sequence from back to front and are all cylindrical, the diameters of the first part, the second part, the third part and the fourth part are sequentially reduced, the diameter of the fifth part is the same as that of the third part, the diameter and the axial length of the second part are matched with those of the shaft hole, and the diameter and the axial length of the third part are matched with those of the inner ring of the support bearing;

the second parts of the two support shafts are correspondingly matched with the two shaft holes, the front sides of the first parts of the two support shafts are respectively attached to the rear side surface of the mounting plate, abdicating parts matched with the circular arc-shaped recesses are respectively arranged at the positions, corresponding to the circular arc-shaped recesses, of the first parts of the two support shafts, and the first parts of the two support shafts are connected with the mounting plate through bolts;

the two support bearings are correspondingly sleeved on the third parts of the two support shafts, the fourth parts of the two support bearings are provided with limiting rings, the inner diameters of the limiting rings are matched with the diameters of the fourth parts, and the outer diameters of the limiting rings are larger than the diameters of the third parts.

For the sake of simplicity of explanation, the rotary column target supporting device of the present invention is simply referred to as the present device below.

The use method and the advantages of the device are as follows: the rear portion of rotatory column target is located to this device for the rear portion of rotatory column target is born on the arms of the outer lane of two support bearings, and when rotatory column target was rotatory, support bearing followed rotatoryly, keeps the holding power, supports the rear portion of current rotatory column target through this device, and the rear portion is prevented to sink by average atress.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1-5, a rotary column target supporting device comprises a horizontally arranged long strip base 1 with a left-right direction of length and a target holder assembly 2 arranged on the base 1;

the base 1 comprises a metal connecting strip 11 which is horizontally arranged and moves left and right, an insulating seat 12 matched with the metal connecting strip 11 is arranged on the lower side of the metal connecting strip 11, and two supporting legs 13 for supporting the base 1 are arranged on the lower side of the insulating seat 12; the metal connecting strip 11 and the insulating base 12, and the insulating base 12 and the supporting leg 13 are all connected by bolts.

The target holder assembly 2 comprises a support frame, two support shafts 23 and two support bearings 24;

the supporting frame comprises a mounting plate 21 which is vertically arranged and has a left-right direction in the length direction, a concave arc-shaped recess 211 is arranged in the middle area of the upper side of the mounting plate 21 corresponding to the left-right direction, two shaft holes 212 penetrating through the mounting plate 21 in the front-back direction are symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the mounting plate 21 corresponding to the arc-shaped recess 211, a connecting plate 22 extending forwards horizontally is arranged on the lower side of the mounting plate 21, and the lower side of the connecting plate 22 is connected with the metal connecting strip 11 through bolts;

the two support shafts 23 respectively comprise a first part 231, a second part 232, a third part 233, a fourth part 234 and a fifth part 235 which are coaxially connected from back to front and are all cylindrical, the diameters of the first part 231, the second part 232, the third part 233 and the fourth part 234 are sequentially reduced in a descending manner, the diameter of the fifth part 235 is the same as that of the third part 233, the diameter and the axial length of the second part 232 are matched with those of the shaft hole 212, and the diameter and the axial length of the third part 233 are matched with those of the inner ring of the support bearing 24; the front sides of the second and fifth portions 232 and 235 are each provided with a tapered guide portion 236.

The second parts 232 of the two support shafts 23 are correspondingly matched with the two shaft holes 212, the front sides of the first parts 231 of the two support shafts 23 are respectively attached to the rear side surface of the mounting plate 21, the positions of the first parts 231 of the two support shafts 23, corresponding to the circular arc-shaped concave recesses 211, are respectively provided with a yielding part 231a matched with the circular arc-shaped concave recesses 211, the first parts 231 of the two support shafts 23 are connected with the mounting plate 21 through three bolts, the centers of the three bolts are respectively positioned on the circumference coaxial with the support shafts 23, and the three bolts are uniformly distributed on the circumference.

The two support bearings 24 are correspondingly sleeved on the third portions 233 of the two support shafts 23, the fourth portions 234 of the two support bearings 24 are provided with the limiting rings 25, the inner diameters of the limiting rings 25 are matched with the diameters of the fourth portions 234, and the outer diameters of the limiting rings 25 are larger than the diameters of the third portions 233.
