As shown in fig. 1 to 18, a mesh sheet transfer system includes a mesh sheet storage 1 for storing a plurality of mesh sheets 14, a mesh feeding line 2 is arranged corresponding to one side of the mesh storage 1, the mesh feeding line 2 sends the manufactured mesh 14 to a warehousing grabbing position, a stacking robot 3 is arranged corresponding to the mesh storage warehouse 1 and the mesh incoming line 2, the stacking robot 3 puts the mesh 14 at the warehousing grabbing position into the mesh storage warehouse 1, a mesh discharging line 4 is correspondingly arranged on the other side of the mesh storage 1, the stacking robot 3 grabs the meshes 14 on the mesh storage 1 and sends the meshes to the mesh discharging line 4, the mesh discharging line 4 sends the meshes 14 to a feeding grabbing position, and a feeding manipulator 5 is arranged corresponding to the mesh discharging line 4, and the feeding manipulator 5 grabs the mesh 14 at the feeding grabbing position and sends the mesh to the position where the mesh needs to be installed.

In order to improve the transportation efficiency of the mesh, the mesh incoming line 2 and the mesh outgoing line 4 both comprise two outer side supports 6 which are arranged in parallel, outer guide rails 7 are arranged on the outer side supports 6 along the length direction, upper moving vehicles 8 which can move back and forth along the direction of the outer guide rails 7 are correspondingly arranged above the two outer side supports 6, two groups of slider assemblies which are respectively movably connected with the two outer guide rails 7 are arranged at the lower sides of the upper moving vehicles 8, two inner side supports 9 which are parallel to each other are arranged between the two outer side supports 6, the inner side supports 9 are parallel to the outer side supports 6, the height of the inner side supports 9 is smaller than that of the outer side supports 6, inner guide rails 10 are arranged on the inner side supports 9 along the length direction, lower moving vehicles 11 which can move back and forth along the direction of the inner guide rails 10 are correspondingly arranged above the two inner side supports 9, two groups of slider assemblies which are respectively movably connected with the two inner guide rails 10 are arranged at the lower sides of the lower moving vehicles 11, the lower carriage 11 is arranged offset in the vertical height direction from the upper carriage 8. The upper moving vehicle 8 and the lower moving vehicle 11 are arranged to improve the transportation efficiency of the net piece, the two moving vehicles do not influence each other when moving, and the sliding block assembly comprises at least two sliding blocks which are distributed at intervals in the front and back. In order to limit the mesh 14, the upper moving vehicle 8 and the lower moving vehicle 11 both comprise rectangular moving frames 12, a plurality of U-shaped support frames 13 are sequentially arranged on the moving frames 12, the heights of the support frames 13 on the left side and the right side of the upper moving vehicle 8 are larger than the heights of the support frames 13 in the middle, the mesh 14 is placed on each support frame 13 in the middle of the upper moving vehicle 8, the lower moving vehicle 11 is located between the two outer side supports 6, and the mesh 14 is placed on each support frame 13 of the lower moving vehicle 11. The support frames 13 on the left side and the right side of the upper moving vehicle 8 limit the mesh, the two outer side supports 6 limit the mesh on the lower moving vehicle 11, and the sliding block assembly is arranged on the lower side of the corresponding moving frame 12 through the longitudinally arranged bottom plate.

The mesh storage warehouse 1 comprises two rows of mutually parallel mesh storage racks 1a, the stacking robot 3 is correspondingly arranged between the two rows of mesh storage racks 1a, each row of mesh storage racks 1a comprises a plurality of unit storage racks 1a1 which are sequentially arranged, two adjacent unit storage racks 1a1 are arranged closely, the arrangement direction of each unit storage rack 1a1 is perpendicular to the conveying direction of a mesh incoming line 2, each unit storage rack 1a1 comprises a cube outer frame 15, three mutually spaced vertical supports 16 are arranged on the inward side of the outer frame 15, a plurality of placing layer supports 17 are sequentially arranged on each vertical support 16 from top to bottom, each placing layer support 17 extends into the outer frame 15, each placing layer support 17 is fixed with the outer frame 15, a mesh 14 is placed on each placing layer support 17 on the same horizontal plane on the three vertical supports 16, and a gap for allowing an arm 36 of the stacking robot 3 to extend into is reserved between any two adjacent placing layer supports 17; the tops of the two unit shelves 1a1 opposite to each other on the left and right of the two rows of mesh shelves 1a are fixed by the reinforcing members 18. Each row of the mesh storage racks 1a comprises at least six unit storage racks 1a1, at least ten layers of placing layer supports 17 are arranged on the unit storage racks 1a1, at least 120 meshes can be stored in the mesh storage warehouse 1, two grabbing arms 36 of the stacking robot 3 enter the unit storage racks 1a1 from the space between the corresponding two placing layer supports 17 respectively, and the mesh grabbing is convenient.

The stacking robot 3 comprises a moving guide rail 19, the moving guide rail 19 is parallel to the arrangement direction of each unit shelf 1a1, a moving base 20 is movably connected on the moving guide rail 19, an upright post 21 is vertically arranged on the moving base 20, a lifting sleeve 22 is movably connected on the upright post 21, the lifting sleeve 22 is sleeved on the periphery of the upright post 21, a grabbing mechanism is connected on the lifting sleeve 22, the grabbing mechanism comprises an outer shell 23 fixed with the lifting sleeve 22, a groove is arranged in the middle of the outer shell 23, a fixed rack 24 is longitudinally arranged in the middle of the bottom wall of the groove, a lower moving plate 25 capable of longitudinally moving is correspondingly arranged above the fixed rack 24, a moving gear 26 is rotatably arranged in the middle of the lower moving plate 25, a mounting groove capable of allowing the moving gear 26 to pass through is formed in the lower moving plate 25, the lower side of the moving gear 26 is meshed with the fixed rack 24, guide pieces 27 with I-shaped sections are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the lower moving plate 25, the left side and the right side of the lower moving plate 25 in the groove are respectively provided with a side support 28, a plurality of rotatable outer guide wheels 29 are sequentially arranged on the side support 28 along the longitudinal direction, two rows of outer guide wheels 29 are respectively arranged corresponding to the outer guide grooves 27a of the two guide members 27, the upper moving plate 30 is correspondingly arranged above the lower moving plate 25, the middle part of the lower side of the upper moving plate 30 is longitudinally provided with a moving rack 31 meshed with the upper side of the moving gear 26, the lower side of the upper moving plate 30 is provided with two guide strips 32 which are parallel to each other, a plurality of rotatable inner guide wheels 33 are sequentially arranged on the guide strips 32 along the longitudinal direction, the two rows of inner guide wheels 33 are respectively matched with the inner guide grooves 27b of the corresponding guide members 27, the lower moving plate 25 is longitudinally provided with a driving rack 34, the outer shell 23 is rotatably provided with a driving gear 35 corresponding to the driving rack 34, and the front side and the rear side of the upper moving plate 30 are respectively provided with two parallel grabbing arms 36. The movable base 20 moves back and forth on the movable guide rail 19, the lifting sleeve 22 moves up and down, the driving gear 35 on the outer shell 23 rotates to drive the driving rack 34 to move back and forth, the lower moving plate 25 moves back and forth, the outer guide wheel 29 plays a limiting and guiding role, the fixed rack 24 does not move, the movable gear 26 on the lower moving plate 25 rotates, the movable rack 31 is driven by the movable gear 26 to rotate, the upper moving plate 30 moves back and forth, the inner guide wheel 33 plays a limiting and guiding role, the upper moving plate 30 and the lower moving plate 25 are driven to move back and forth in a telescopic mode through the forward and reverse rotation of the driving gear 35, and the stacking robot 3 can freely move in three axes of XYZ to respectively grab and send meshes on the left and right rows of shelf meshes 1 a. The gear shaft of the driving gear 35 vertically extends into the outer shell 23, and the lower end of the gear shaft of the driving gear 35 is in transmission connection with a speed reducer 39 connected to a motor 38 through a belt pulley mechanism 37; the upper and lower ends of the upright post 21 are respectively provided with a lifting gear 40 in a rotatable manner, the gear shaft of the lifting gear 40 at the lower end is in transmission connection with a speed reducer 39 connected to the motor 38, the two lifting gears 40 are in transmission connection through a lifting chain 41, the lifting chain 41 is provided with a driving connecting piece 42 fixed with the lifting sleeve 22, and the outer shell 23 is provided with a through groove for the lifting chain 41 to pass through or the lifting chain 41 and the outer shell 23 are arranged in a staggered manner; one end of the movable base 20 is rotatably provided with a driving wheel 43, a wheel shaft of the driving wheel 43 is in transmission connection with a speed reducer 39 connected to the motor 38, the other end of the movable base 20 is rotatably provided with a driven wheel 44, the driving wheel 43 and the driven wheel 44 are both supported on the movable guide rail 19, at least two groups of guide assemblies are sequentially arranged on the lower side of the movable base 20 along the length direction, and each group of guide assemblies comprises two positioning guide wheels 45 respectively positioned on the left side and the right side of the movable guide rail 19. The belt pulley mechanism 37 drives the driving gear 35 to rotate; the two lifting gears 40 drive the lifting chain 41 to transmit, and the lifting chain 41 drives the lifting sleeve 22 to lift; the driving wheel 43 of the moving base 20 drives the driven wheel 44 and the positioning guide wheel 45 to move along the moving guide rail 19.

Feeding manipulator 5 includes two support frames 46 that are parallel to each other, two support frames 46's interval is greater than the width that net piece ejection of compact line 4, be provided with material loading guide rail 47 along length direction on the longeron 46a at support frame 46 top, be provided with material loading seat 48 between two longerons 46a, the left and right sides of material loading seat 48 lower surface all is provided with two at least removal seats 49, two at least removal seats 49 with correspond material loading guide rail 47 looks swing joint, material loading seat 48 is gone up and is arranged a plurality of cylinders 50 along transversely in proper order, the piston rod of every cylinder 50 stretches out the end and all passes material loading seat 48 downwards and is connected with mounting panel 51, mounting panel 51 downside is provided with a plurality of electromagnetic chuck, all be provided with four piece at least guide bars 52 on every mounting panel 51, set up the guiding hole that a plurality of can hold each guide bar 52 and pass on the material loading seat 48, the electromagnetic chuck on each mounting panel 51 sets up with the net piece is corresponding. The feeding seat 48 moves along the feeding guide rail 47, the air cylinder 50 drives the mounting plates 51 to descend, the net sheets of the net sheet discharging line 4 are fixedly adsorbed by the electromagnetic chuck, and then the net sheets are conveyed forwards to the net sheet mounting station. In order to guide the moving seat 49 more stably, the upper side and the inner side of the longitudinal beam 46a at the top of the supporting frame 46 are both provided with a feeding guide rail 47, the moving seat 49 is L-shaped, each moving seat 49 is provided with two groups of sliding block assemblies corresponding to the two feeding guide rails 47, the inner side of the longitudinal beam 46a at the top of the supporting frame 46 is provided with a feeding rack 53 along the length direction, the moving seat 49 is provided with a motor 38 corresponding to the feeding rack 53, and the output end of the motor 38 is provided with a gear meshed with the feeding rack 53. The motor 38 drives the gear to move along the feeding rack 53, and the moving seat 49 moves back and forth longitudinally.

When the invention works, the mesh production device sequentially places the manufactured meshes at the feeding end of the mesh incoming line 2 one by one, the upper moving plate 30 and the lower moving plate 25 of the mesh incoming line 2 convey the meshes to the discharging end, namely, the warehousing grabbing position, the stacking robot 3 grabs the meshes from the warehousing grabbing position of the mesh incoming line 2 and then places the meshes into the mesh storage 1, at least 120 meshes can be stored in the mesh storage 1, when the meshes are taken out of the storage, the stacking robot 3 grabs the meshes in the mesh storage 1, the moving base 20 of the stacking robot 3 moves back and forth on the moving guide rail 19, the lifting sleeve 22 moves up and down, the driving gear 35 on the outer shell 23 rotates to drive the driving rack 34 to move back and forth, the lower moving plate 25 moves back and forth, the outer guide wheel 29 plays a limiting and guiding role, the fixed rack 24 does not move, the moving gear 26 on the lower moving plate 25 rotates, the moving gear 26 drives the moving rack 31 to rotate, the upper moving plate 30 moves forwards and backwards, the inner guide wheels 33 play a role in limiting and guiding, the upper moving plate 30 and the lower moving plate 25 are driven to move back and forth in a telescopic manner through forward and reverse rotation of the driving gears 35, and the stacking robot 3 can freely move in three axes of XYZ to respectively grab and send meshes on the left row and the right row of mesh storage racks 1 a; the stacking robot 3 conveys the net sheets to the feeding end of the net sheet discharging line 4 in a moving mode, the upper moving plate 30 and the lower moving plate 25 of the net sheet discharging line 4 convey the net sheets to the discharging end, namely, a feeding grabbing position, the feeding seat 48 moves along the feeding guide rail 47, the air cylinder 50 drives each mounting plate 51 to descend, the net sheets at the feeding grabbing position are fixedly adsorbed by the electromagnetic chuck, the net sheets are conveyed to the net sheet mounting station forwards, automatic feeding and mounting of the net sheets are completed, each mounting plate 51 of the feeding manipulator 5 moves to the tail end of the feeding guide rail 47, and the net sheet mounting station is correspondingly arranged below each mounting plate 51. The invention has the advantages that: one hundred more meshes can be stored in the mesh storage warehouse 1, so that the mesh installation station of the production line for automatically producing concrete members has enough number of supplied meshes, the meshes can be automatically sent to the positions needing to be installed, the mesh can be quickly installed on the production line for automatically producing concrete members, the mesh installation efficiency is improved, and the productivity and the processing efficiency of the production line for the concrete members are improved.

The present invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and based on the technical solutions disclosed in the present invention, those skilled in the art can make some substitutions and modifications to some technical features without creative efforts according to the disclosed technical contents, and these substitutions and modifications are all within the protection scope of the present invention.
