In the above scheme, the layer of the flange material layer 221 close to the absorbent core 21 is a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric, and the layer far from the absorbent core 21 is a water repellent nonwoven fabric or water repellent material. The upper surface of the absorbent core 21 may also have special structures, such as drug-added chips, holes, grooves, etc.

Referring again to fig. 4 to 8, a forming process of pull-up pants based on the same inventive concept comprises the following steps:

firstly, manufacturing a pull-up diaper base material 1;

secondly, manufacturing an absorption main body, wherein the absorption main body comprises an absorption core 21 and leak-proof flanges arranged at two sides of the absorption core 21, two crease groove 211 are arranged at the middle part of the absorption core 21 along the length direction, the depth of the crease groove 211 is 1/5-1/2 of the depth of the absorption core 21, the width of the crease groove 211 is 1/2-4/5 of the width of the absorption core 21, a flange material layer 221 is input and folded, leak-proof rubber bands 222 are added during folding, then the flange material layer 221 is compounded at the lower ends of two sides of the absorption core 21 along the width direction, then the flange material layer 221 is folded upwards to cover the absorption core 21 to form a primary coating part 223, two ends of the primary coating part 223 along the length direction are bonded with the absorption core 21 to form a primary bonding part, then the primary coating part 223 is folded again to form a secondary coating part 226, the secondary coating part 226 covers the primary coating part 223, two ends of the secondary coating part 226 along the length direction are bonded with the primary bonding part to form a secondary bonding part 227, and the leakage-proof rubber band 222 is positioned in the secondary coating part 226;

thirdly, compounding the absorption main body on the base material 1 to form a continuous pull-up diaper body;

fourthly, folding the middle part of the pull-up diaper body along the length direction to form a front piece 3 and a rear piece 4 of the pull-up diaper body, and supporting the folded pull-up diaper body by using a supporting device 5 during folding, so that the front piece 3 and the rear piece 4 are separated in the folding process, and the front piece 3 and the rear piece 4 are in an arc-shaped bending state;

fifthly, folding the pull-up diaper body along the crease groove 211, carrying out primary rolling on the folded pull-up diaper body by using a primary rolling mechanism 7, then carrying out secondary rolling by using a secondary rolling mechanism 8, and arranging a folding forming device 6 for realizing stable crease between the primary rolling and the secondary rolling to roll the outer side surfaces of the front piece 3 and the back piece 4 so as to form the crease between the front piece 3 and the back piece 4;

and sixthly, welding and cutting the pull-up diaper body to form the pull-up diaper.

The folding forming device 6 comprises a separating mechanism and a roller pressing mechanism, wherein the separating mechanism comprises a plurality of separating rollers 61 which are arranged at intervals and used for realizing the non-contact of the front sheet 3 and the rear sheet 4, and a plurality of pressing roller sets used for realizing the stability of creases, each separating roller 61 comprises a separating roller 61 body and an arc-shaped end part 62 arranged at the front end of the separating roller 61 body, the separating rollers 61 can be rotatably arranged relative to the pull-up diaper body, each pressing roller set comprises a pressing roller body 63 arranged up and down and a rolling part 64 arranged at the front end of each pressing roller body 63, each pressing part 64 is in a contraction state formed by the front end of each pressing roller body 63, each pressing roller set is positioned between two adjacent separating rollers 61 on the horizontal plane, and each pressing part 64 can be rotatably arranged relative to the pull-up diaper body. The separation roller 61 and/or the roller pressing part 64 are/is provided with a first low-friction-coefficient material layer on the outer side of the circumference, the roller pressing part 64 is detachably arranged at the front end of a roller body 63 of the roller, a gap A is formed between the free end of the roller pressing part 64 and the free end of the arc-shaped end part 62 in the vertical direction, the size of the gap A is 10-50 mm, the roller pressing part 64 can rotate relative to the roller body 63 of the roller, each roller body 63 of the roller is driven by a roller driving device to synchronously rotate, the arc-shaped end part 62 can rotate relative to the separation roller body 61, each separation roller body 61 is driven by the separation roller driving device to synchronously rotate, the roller group close to one end of the supporting device 5 is a heating roller group, and the roller group far away from one end of the supporting device 5 is a cooling roller group.

The shape of the rolling part can be adjusted according to actual requirements, the shape is not unique, and the dismounting mode can adopt a quick joint mode, such as a saw blade mounting and mounting mode of an electric cutting machine and a grinding wheel mounting mode of a grinding machine. The number of the heating roller groups and the number of the cooling roller groups can be adjusted according to actual needs, and in the scheme, the front three roller groups can be set to be heated, and the rear three roller groups can be set to be cooled.

Support arrangement 5 includes the backing roll 51 that a plurality of intervals set up, and the tip of each backing roll 51 leans on the folding middle mark when drawing the trousers body and folding, and each backing roll 51 is drawing the trousers body rotatable setting relatively, be provided with arc support end 52 on the tip of backing roll 51, be provided with the low coefficient of friction material layer of second on the surface of backing roll 51, the diameter of backing roll 51 is by increasing gradually to the centre by both sides, and guarantees that each backing roll 51 all contacts with the medial surface that draws the body open, and the axle center of each backing roll 51 is located same horizontal plane.

When the SAP particle layer 228 needs to be clamped between the two rib material layers 221, the SAP particle layer 228 is added in the process of adding the leakage-proof rubber band 222 during folding after the SAP particle layer 221 is input in the second step, and the spreading density and range can be controlled according to actual needs.
