The working principle and the using process of the invention are as follows: when the device is used by a worker, the gas sucked by the fire detector 11 generates an alarm, the alarm 9 is triggered through electrical connection to alarm, the worker opens the front side of the device shell 1 by pulling the frame 33 with a hand, the pull rod is pulled with the hand to drive the semicircular clamping block 27 to move downwards when the device shell is opened, the high-pressure water mist gun 12 is pulled downwards through the semicircular clamping block 27 to finish the dismounting effect, the fire detector 11 generates the alarm when smoke smell enters the body and transmits the alarm to the alarm 9 to flicker, so that the alarm and the warning effect are achieved, when the device is used by the worker, the second fire extinguishing pipe 17 is pulled to drive the sleeve to rotate on the circumferential surface of the fixing rod 18, so that the effect of dismounting the second fire extinguishing pipe 17 is achieved, and then the other end of the second fire extinguishing pipe 17 is inserted into the surface of the L-shaped connecting rod 22, rotating 23, making to rotate 23 and driving the dwang to rotate, thereby the dwang drives surperficial valve plate 24 and opens, make the water source eliminate the fire source through second fire extinguishing pipe 17, through pulling first hinge board 4, open the front side lower part of device shell 1, lift slide bar 5 with the hand, make slide bar 5 slide at the both sides inner wall of square groove 2, thereby slide bar 5 drives second hinge board 6, make second hinge board 6 drive inboard plastic arc grip block 31 and slide 32 and outwards expand, thereby the staff can easily lift out fire extinguisher 19 with the hand and put out a fire.
