Background

The molten carbonate fuel cell mainly comprises electrodes, a diaphragm, a bipolar plate, an electrolyte and the like, wherein the diaphragm is a porous material, the electrolyte is immersed in the diaphragm at a high temperature, and the diaphragm achieves the functions of air blocking and ion conduction.

At present, the device for automatically producing the diaphragm material in China adopts a casting machine to process and prepare, and is divided into two types in the adding process of the diaphragm slurry: one is to add the slurry manually, and the other is to add the slurry automatically at the liquid position in the hopper. Manual addition adds extra manpower and material resources, while automatic addition is a problem with inaccurate liquid position control or sedimentation.

Disclosure of Invention

Therefore, the technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects of discontinuous and unstable diaphragm casting in the prior art, and provide an automatic diaphragm slurry adding device.

As shown in fig. 1, the storage tank 4 has enough diaphragm slurry therein, and the diaphragm slurry is subjected to vacuum degassing treatment; peristaltic pump is selected for use as pumping mechanism 1, its entrance point through inlet pipe 2 with storage case 4 intercommunication, its exit through the discharging pipe with casting machine hopper 5 intercommunication. The casting machine hopper 5 is provided with a feeding hole, a diaphragm input port and a diaphragm output port, the diaphragm input port is positioned on the left side wall of the casting machine hopper 5, the diaphragm output port is positioned on the right side wall of the casting machine hopper 5 and is in opposite communication with the diaphragm input port, and the feeding hole is positioned on the left side wall of the casting machine hopper 5; the feed inlet and the diaphragm output port are oppositely arranged, the entering direction of the slurry is consistent with the casting direction of the casting machine and the casting direction of the slurry, so that strong impact does not exist between the slurry and the casting machine hopper 5, and stable casting of the slurry is facilitated.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the feeding pipe 2 communicating with the pumping mechanism 1 includes: first pipeline 6, transition pipeline 7 and second pipeline 8, first pipeline 6 and the equal horizontal setting of second pipeline 8, the horizontal position of first pipeline 6 is higher than the horizontal position of second pipeline 8, transition pipeline 7 sets up vertically, and communicates between first pipeline 6 and second pipeline 8. The second pipelines 8 are arranged in parallel and are distributed at equal intervals along the width direction of the casting machine hopper 5. The transition pipeline 7 is of a T-shaped structure and is provided with a horizontal section and a vertical section, one end of the vertical section is communicated with the first pipeline 6, and the other end of the vertical section is communicated with the horizontal section; the horizontal section of the transition pipeline 7 is provided with a plurality of through holes corresponding to the second pipelines 8 one by one, and the through holes are communicated with the second pipelines 8. A liquid storage tank 9 which is concave downwards is arranged on the horizontal section of the transition pipeline 7, the liquid storage tank 9 is of a semicircular structure, and the horizontal position of the liquid storage tank 9 is lower than that of the second pipeline 8; before entering each second pipeline 8, the diaphragm slurry firstly flows into the liquid storage tank 9, and after the liquid storage tank 9 is fully paved, the diaphragm slurry uniformly overflows into each second pipeline 8, so that the liquid level in the casting machine hopper 5 is stable and does not generate large transverse flow.

As an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the second pipe 8 is a trumpet-shaped structure, and has a narrow end and a wide end which are communicated with each other, the narrow end is communicated with the first pipe 6, and the wide end is communicated with the casting machine hopper 5; the second pipeline 8 is obliquely arranged from top to bottom, and the position of the narrow opening end is higher than that of the wide opening end.

As another alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the second pipeline 8 is a trumpet-shaped structure, and has a narrow-mouth end and a wide-mouth end which are oppositely communicated, the narrow-mouth end is communicated with the first pipeline 6 through a transition pipe, the transition pipe 7 is a vertical pipe, and the wide-mouth end is communicated with the casting machine hopper 5; the narrow end of the second pipeline 8 is provided with a liquid storage tank 9 which is concave downwards, and the width of the liquid storage tank 9 is consistent with that of the narrow end.

Starting the pumping mechanism 1, and setting the feeding speed of the pumping mechanism to be V1; the diaphragm slurry passing through the pumping mechanism 1 sequentially enters a first pipeline 6, a transition pipeline 7, a second pipeline 8 and a casting machine hopper 5; when the diaphragm slurry is paved at the bottom of a hopper 5 of the casting machine and the depth of the slurry in the hopper is larger than the preset diaphragm thickness, the casting machine is started, the casting speed is set to be V2, and the diaphragm slurry passes through a scraper 3 and is dried along the direction of the casting machine; the length of the casting machine hopper 5 is L, and the thickness of the diaphragm is D. In order to ensure that the casting machine can realize continuous and stable casting, the amount of the casting film forming of the inner diaphragm in a unit is the same as the amount of the peristaltic pump entering the hopper, and the relationship between the feeding speed of the pumping mechanism 1 and the casting speed of the casting machine is as follows:the flow of the pumping mechanism 1 and the slurry spreading to the hopper 5 of the casting machine all need a certain time, and the time is related to the diameter and the length of the pipeline and the flow speed of the slurry, so that a correction coefficient K is designed to make up the influence of the factors, and the casting machine achieves the effect of continuous casting.
