Background

The composite material of the prior paper sanitary article is generally characterized in that a synthesized two-layer polymer water absorbing material and expanded cloth are used as a core body, the core body is guided into a production line, then the core body is compounded with surface layer toilet paper and bottom layer toilet paper to be manufactured into the composite material, and then the composite material is guided into the next procedure, special synthesis equipment and uncoiling equipment are needed, and the synthesis procedure and the production cost are increased.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects and shortcomings in the prior art, the invention provides the on-line core body composite device, the composite method and the manufactured composite material, which can realize the manufacturing of the on-line composite core body into the composite material and then lead the composite material into the next process, are convenient and cost-saving, have compact structure, stable performance, high automation degree and accurate product transportation, and the manufactured product has higher water absorption capacity, is light, thin and soft, reduces the synthesis process and reduces the production cost.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an on-line core body compounding device comprises a first conveying air hopper, a second conveying air hopper positioned at the lower side of the first conveying air hopper, a third conveying air hopper positioned at the rear side of the second conveying air hopper, a transfer wheel for connecting the first conveying air hopper and the second conveying air hopper, a first polymer storage barrel positioned above the first conveying air hopper, a second polymer storage barrel positioned above the third conveying air hopper, a bulking cloth transition wheel group matched with the first conveying air hopper, a surface toilet paper transition wheel group and a bottom toilet paper transition wheel group matched with the third conveying air hopper, the bulking cloth transition wheel set is used for transferring the bulking cloth rolled on the bulking cloth roll to the first conveying air hopper, the surface layer toilet paper transition wheel set is used for transiting the surface layer toilet paper on the surface layer toilet paper roll to the first conveying wind scoop, the bottom layer toilet paper transition wheel set is used for transferring the bottom layer toilet paper on the bottom layer toilet paper roll to the third conveying air hopper.

2) the surface layer toilet paper enters the first conveying air hopper through the surface layer toilet paper transition wheel to cover the high polymer water absorbing material, and a semi-finished composite material compounded by the surface layer toilet paper, the high polymer water absorbing material and the bulking cloth is formed from top to bottom;

3) after the semi-finished composite material is clockwise rotated by 180 degrees by the transfer wheel, the turnover is realized, the face toilet paper of the uppermost layer is turned over to the lowest side, and the swelling cloth of the lowest side is turned over to the uppermost side;

4) then the materials are conveyed to a third conveying air hopper through a second conveying air hopper; the macromolecule water-absorbing material in the second macromolecule storage bucket is uniformly scattered on the semi-finished composite material passing through the third conveying air hopper through the second macromolecule receiving hopper;

5) the bottom layer toilet paper enters the third conveying air hopper through the bottom layer toilet paper transition wheel to cover the high polymer water absorption material to form a finished product composite material compounded by five layers of materials, namely the bottom layer toilet paper, the high polymer water absorption material, the swelling cloth, the high polymer water absorption material and the surface layer toilet paper from top to bottom, and then the finished product composite material is transferred to the fourth conveying air hopper through the finished product composite material transition wheel set and then conveyed to the next station.

The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the attached drawings, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

As shown in fig. 1, an on-line core body compound device comprises a first conveying air hopper 9, a second conveying air hopper 10 positioned at the lower side of the first conveying air hopper 9, a third conveying air hopper 11 positioned at the rear side of the second conveying air hopper 10, a transfer wheel 7 connected with the first conveying air hopper 9 and the second conveying air hopper 10, a first polymer storage barrel 4 positioned above the first conveying air hopper 9, a second polymer storage barrel 5 positioned above the third conveying air hopper 11, a bulking cloth transition wheel group 13 and a surface layer toilet paper transition wheel group 15 matched with the first conveying air hopper 9, and a bottom layer toilet paper transition wheel group 16 matched with the third conveying air hopper 11, wherein the bulking cloth transition wheel group 13 is used for transitioning a bulking cloth 2 rolled on a bulking cloth roll to the first conveying air hopper 9, the surface layer toilet paper transition wheel group 15 is used for transitioning a surface layer toilet paper 1 rolled on the surface layer toilet paper roll to the first conveying air hopper 9, the bottom toilet paper transition wheel set 16 is used for passing the bottom toilet paper 3 on the bottom toilet paper roll to the third conveying wind scoop 11. A fourth conveying air hopper 12 is arranged at the rear side of the third conveying air hopper 11, and a finished product composite material transition wheel set 17 is arranged between the fourth conveying air hopper 12 and the third conveying air hopper 11. The bottom of first polymer storage vat 4 is equipped with and is used for evenly spilling the first polymer that the polymer absorbent material in first polymer storage vat 4 fell on the popped cloth 2 through first delivery wind fill 9 and connects hopper 6, and the bottom of second polymer storage vat 5 is equipped with and is used for evenly spilling the second polymer that the polymer absorbent material in the second polymer storage vat 5 fell on the semi-manufactured goods combined material through third delivery wind fill 11 and connects hopper 8.

As shown in figure 2, the composite material manufactured by the on-line core body composite device comprises surface layer toilet paper 1, bottom layer toilet paper 3 and bulking cloth 2 positioned between the surface layer toilet paper 1 and the bottom layer toilet paper 3, wherein high-molecular water-absorbing material layers 14 are respectively arranged between the surface layer toilet paper 1 and the bulking cloth 2 and between the bottom layer toilet paper 3 and the bulking cloth 2.

A compounding method of an online core body compounding device comprises the following steps:

1) the expanded cloth enters a first conveying air hopper through an expanded cloth transition wheel set, and the high polymer water absorbing material in the first polymer storage barrel is uniformly scattered on the expanded cloth passing through the first conveying air hopper through a first polymer receiving hopper;

2) the surface layer toilet paper enters the first conveying air hopper through the surface layer toilet paper transition wheel to cover the high polymer water absorbing material, and a semi-finished composite material compounded by the surface layer toilet paper, the high polymer water absorbing material and the bulking cloth is formed from top to bottom;

3) after the semi-finished composite material is clockwise rotated by 180 degrees by the transfer wheel, the turnover is realized, the face toilet paper of the uppermost layer is turned over to the lowest side, and the swelling cloth of the lowest side is turned over to the uppermost side;

4) then the materials are conveyed to a third conveying air hopper through a second conveying air hopper; the macromolecule water-absorbing material in the second macromolecule storage bucket is uniformly scattered on the semi-finished composite material passing through the third conveying air hopper through the second macromolecule receiving hopper;

5) the bottom layer toilet paper enters the third conveying air hopper through the bottom layer toilet paper transition wheel to cover the high polymer water absorption material to form a finished product composite material compounded by five layers of materials, namely the bottom layer toilet paper, the high polymer water absorption material, the swelling cloth, the high polymer water absorption material and the surface layer toilet paper from top to bottom, and then the finished product composite material is transferred to the fourth conveying air hopper through the finished product composite material transition wheel set and then conveyed to the next station.

The online core body compounding device realizes the superposition of 5 layers of materials and online compounding into the composite material, and the structure of the composite material is as follows: the bottom layer toilet paper, the high-molecular water-absorbing material layer, the swelling cloth, the high-molecular water-absorbing material layer and the surface layer toilet paper. The composite material has stronger water absorption performance, and the product is lighter, thinner and softer.

The first polymer storage barrel, the first polymer receiving hopper, the second polymer storage barrel, the second polymer receiving hopper, the first conveying air hopper, the second conveying air hopper, the third conveying air hopper and the fourth conveying air hopper are conventional components purchased from the market, so detailed description is omitted.

The invention can realize that the on-line composite core body is manufactured into the composite material and then is guided into the next process, is convenient and saves cost, has compact structure, stable performance, high automation degree and accurate product transportation, and the manufactured product has higher water absorption capacity, is light, thin and soft, reduces the synthesis process and reduces the production cost.
