Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, the invention aims to provide a cleaning device applied to a return belt surface of a belt conveyor, which can clean the return belt surface more effectively, reduce pollution to the in-transit environment, reduce manual cleaning amount, reduce production and operation cost, and realize clean production of a power-assisted belt conveyor system.

For dry and wet materials adhered to the surface 9 of the return belt, especially for materials which cannot be cleaned in a traditional physical scraper hanging and sweeping mode, the cleaning can be more obviously realized by utilizing a strong airflow sheet sprayed by the split air knife. The split type air knife body 1 is connected with the air knife mounting rack 3 through the knife body connecting rod 2, and the connection mode can be rigid connection or flexible connection, so that the split type air knife body 1 is suitable for the contact condition of different types of belt surfaces of adhesive tape machines.

The cleaning device adopts a piece type structure, and can be freely selected to be composed of a plurality of piece type structures according to the cleaning requirements of the belt width and the belt surface, as shown in figure 2, the air knives of the pieces can be linearly arranged or staggered from front to back, the complete coverage of a cleaning area is realized through the mutual overlapping of the edges, the knife edge of the air knife of the cleaning device and the return belt surface 9 of the adhesive tape machine form a certain included angle, and the materials on the belt surface are better peeled off and cleaned.

In this embodiment, the cleaning device is controllable, when cleaning the return belt surface 9 of the belt conveyor, the operation of each split air knife is independent, and according to the cleaning requirement, the operation state of each split air knife can be independently controlled by the cleaning system, so as to achieve targeted cleaning. Aiming at different belt conveyor belt surface bodies and the condition of material adhesion, each split type air knife can be manually or automatically controlled to be opened and closed, the return belt surface 9 to be cleaned is cleaned, and the air consumption is saved.

In this embodiment, cleaning device follows gas source interface 10 and inserts gaseously, and required air supply can be selected according to the site conditions is nimble, can use compressed air when cleaning the pressure demand great, can adopt the fan air feed when cleaning the pressure demand less, satisfies the return stroke area face 9 that cleans under multiple operating modes such as different materials, different humidity, different viscosity, different area face losses and cleans the demand.

In the present embodiment, the image recognition system 5 is composed of a high-speed linear scanning CCD camera, a light source, a monitoring system, and the like. Under the assistance of a light source, a high-speed line scanning CCD camera shoots a return belt surface 9 of the belt conveyor after the split type air knife is cleaned, the shot picture is transmitted to a monitoring system, the condition that materials are adhered to the return belt surface 9 of the belt conveyor is evaluated through an image processing method, an evaluation result is fed back to the cleaning system, the opening and closing of different split type linear air knife blade split type cutter heads are controlled according to the quantity of the materials adhered to the belt surface, parameters such as pulse frequency, air output and air pressure of the air knife are adjusted, the return belt surface 9 is cleaned in a targeted and controllable partition mode, and the intelligent cleaning of the return belt surface 9 of the belt conveyor is achieved.

In this embodiment, split type air knife cleaning device can combine together traditional sweeper 6 and cleaning device, forms the combination formula and cleans, and after the scraper through traditional sweeper 6 clears away the most material on sticky tape surface, clears away the surplus material of adhesion on sticky tape surface through cleaning device, and the combined action reaches better cleaning effect. Meanwhile, the device can be comprehensively considered with a material collecting device 7, a material returning device, an automatic scraper blade material cleaning machine 8 and the like, so that the functions of cleaning, collecting and returning materials on a return belt surface 9 of the belt conveyor are realized, and secondary pollution caused by cleaning scattered materials is avoided.
