Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of emergency transportation systems, and particularly relates to an accident emergency transportation system for reinforced cable type shipborne hazardous chemicals and a laying method thereof.

Background

The conventional shipborne hazardous chemical accident emergency transportation technology in China adopts a floating pipeline form, namely, a beach is connected with an accident ship through a transportation hose, and then a liquid hazardous chemical in the accident ship is transported to the beach through a beach pumping system in an emergency mode. However, the environmental adaptability of the technical scheme is poor, and the phenomenon that the conveying hose is broken in an inland river area with large water flow speed can occur, so that the leakage of liquid hazardous chemicals in the emergency conveying process is caused, the water area is seriously polluted, and the ecological environment is damaged.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the invention provides an accident emergency transportation system for reinforced cable-type shipborne hazardous chemical substances and a laying method thereof, which can carry out remote emergency transportation on the shipborne hazardous chemical substances under the condition of inland river high flow velocity and improve the accident emergency handling capacity of the shipborne hazardous chemical substances under extreme conditions.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

an emergency transportation system for accidents of reinforced cable type shipborne hazardous chemicals, comprising: the device comprises an operation boat, an overwater pumping platform, a beach hazardous chemical storage platform, a pumping hose, a conveying hose, a fixed steel cable, a hydraulic winch and a pipe clamp;

the operation boat is used for towing the fixed steel cable and the conveying hose and moving the water pumping platform to a set position;

the fixed steel cable is wound on the hydraulic winch; the hydraulic winch is arranged on the beach, and the tail end of a fixed steel cable on the hydraulic winch is connected with an accident ship carrying liquid hazardous chemicals under the action of an operation boat;

the overwater pumping platform is formed by splicing more than two buoyancy tank modules, a generator set and a suction pump are mounted on the overwater pumping platform, the generator set is used for providing power for the suction pump, and the suction pump is used for pumping and pumping liquid hazardous chemicals on an accident ship; the overwater pumping platform moves to a position away from the accident ship by a set distance under the action of an operation boat, and the input end of the suction pump extends into a storage cabin filled with liquid hazardous chemical substances in the accident ship through a suction hose;

the beach hazardous chemical storage platform is used for storing liquid hazardous chemicals and is arranged on a beach;

the conveying hose is a transfer channel of the liquid hazardous chemical substance, one end of the conveying hose is communicated with a storage container in the beach hazardous chemical substance storage platform, and the other end of the conveying hose is connected with the output end of a suction pump of the above-water pumping platform under the action of an operation boat;

step six: after the operation boat runs to a set distance away from the water pumping platform, the other end of the conveying hose is connected with the output end of a suction pump of the water pumping platform;

step seven: one end of a suction hose is extended into a set position of a storage cabin of the liquid hazardous chemical substance of the accident ship, and the other end of the suction hose is connected with the input end of a suction pump.

The invention is described in detail below by way of example with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The embodiment provides an emergency transportation system for accidents of reinforced cable type shipborne hazardous chemicals, referring to fig. 1 to 6, including: the device comprises an operation boat 1, a fixed steel cable 2, a hydraulic winch 3, an overwater pumping platform 4, a beach hazardous chemical storage platform 5, a pumping hose 6, a conveying hose 7, a buoyancy component 8 and a pipe clamp 9;

the operation boat 1 is used for realizing traction operation of fixing the steel cable 2 and the conveying hose 7 and moving the water pumping platform 4 to a set position, so that a reliable moving platform is provided for operation of an operator on water, and meanwhile, the operation boat is also used for periodic inspection of the transmission and rotation system;

the fixed steel cable 2 is wound on a hydraulic winch 3; the hydraulic winch 3 adopts a high-power winch and has a mechanical braking function; the hydraulic winch 3 is installed on a beach, the fixed steel cable 2 on the hydraulic winch 3 is laid on the water surface under the action of the operation boat 1, one end of the fixed steel cable 2 is fixed on the hydraulic winch 3, and the other end of the fixed steel cable is connected with the accident ship 10 carrying liquid hazardous chemical substances; the mechanical braking function of the hydraulic winch 3 is used for tightening the fixed steel cable 2, so that the fixed steel cable is a tensile force of the conveying hose 7 against water flow, and normal operation of the conveying hose 7 is ensured;

A laying method of an accident emergency transfer system of a reinforced steel cable type shipborne hazardous chemical substance comprises the following specific steps:

the method comprises the following steps: referring to the attached figure 1, a hydraulic winch 3 is driven and anchored on a beach, one end of a fixed steel cable 2 is wound on the hydraulic winch 3, the other end of the fixed steel cable is connected with a cable guide hole on an operation boat 1, and the fixed steel cable 2 is pulled by the operation boat 1 to drive to an accident boat 10;

step two: referring to fig. 2, the working boat 1 is provided with floating balls or buoys every 50m on the way of pulling the fixed wire ropes 2 to the accident boat 10 to provide buoyancy;

step three: referring to the attached drawing 3, after the operation boat 1 travels a set distance away from the accident boat 10, the fixed steel cable 2 passes through a cable guide hole on the accident boat 10 and is fastened firmly, then the fixed steel cable 2 is pulled reversely by the hydraulic winch 3 to be in a tight state, and then the hydraulic winch 3 is mechanically braked to prevent the fixed steel cable 2 from moving;

step four: referring to fig. 4, the overwater pumping platform 4 is moved to a set distance from the accident ship 10 by the operation boat 1, and is anchored and fixed;

step five: referring to the attached drawing 5, one end of a conveying hose 7 is connected with a beach hazardous chemical storage platform 5, the other end of the conveying hose is connected with an operation boat 1, the operation boat 1 drives the conveying hose to drive towards an overwater pumping platform 4, and the conveying hose 7 is arranged on the back of a fixed steel cable 2 relative to the water flow direction, namely the conveying hose 7 is arranged on the side of the upstream side of the fixed steel cable 2; connecting the oil delivery hose with the fixed steel cable 2 by using pipe clamps 9 every 30m while the operation boat 1 pulls the delivery hose 7;

step six: referring to fig. 6, after the work boat 1 travels to a set distance from the water pumping platform 4, the other end of the conveying hose 7 is connected with the output end of the suction pump 11 of the water pumping platform 4;

step seven: punching a set suction point of a storage cabin of the liquid hazardous chemical of the accident ship 10, installing a flange made of sealing materials (usually rubber pads) at an opening position, fixing the flange by using rivets, connecting the flange with one end of a ball valve by using bolts, connecting the other end of the ball valve with one end of a suction hose 6, connecting the other end of the suction hose 6 with the input end of a suction pump 11, finally starting the suction pump 11, sucking the liquid hazardous chemical into the suction hose 6, and conveying the liquid hazardous chemical into a storage platform 5 of the beach hazardous chemical through a conveying hose 7 for storage; meanwhile, in the process of pumping the liquid hazardous chemical substances, the operation boat 1 reciprocates along the length direction of the conveying hose 7 so as to periodically inspect the conveying system, so that the leakage phenomenon can be found in time.
