Here, since the region of the glass surface from which the protective film is removed is not subjected to the blast treatment before the AG etching (has a smooth surface), and the region not covered with the protective film before is subjected to the blast treatment (has a rugged result), the matte effect of the corresponding regions after the same AG etching treatment is different, and the combined matte effect is exhibited. And because the area which is not covered by the protective film on the glass surface is thinned to a certain thickness, the finally presented matte effect and the area which is not thinned have more distinct contrast effect, and finally, the effect of a plurality of clearly defined matte contrast combinations is formed on the glass surface.

Therefore, the novel glass combined matte (well combined) product method provided by the invention can form different effects according to combined patterns when being used on the rear cover of the mobile phone glass combined matte; therefore, the mobile phone rear cover is not limited by a single process and can not show diversified effects. Compared with the existing effect that the decoration is a whole AG matte surface or a glossy surface and glittering sand, the preparation process is more novel, and the yield of the combined matte surface can be effectively improved.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions of the present invention are described in detail below by specific examples, but it should be clear that these examples are presented for illustration, but are not to be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.

The embodiment provides glass with a combined matte effect, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:

(1) providing a transparent glass substrate, ultrasonically cleaning the glass substrate for 5min by adopting acetone and alcohol, washing the glass substrate by using deionized water, and drying the glass substrate for later use;

in the embodiment, the glass substrate is subjected to ultrasonic cleaning, so that oil stains on the surface of the glass substrate are removed in advance, and the influence on subsequent printing is avoided;

(2) carrying out ink printing on the front surface of the glass substrate by adopting a screen printing process, and then baking, wherein a preset pattern is formed in the area, which is not printed with the protective film, on the front surface of the glass substrate;

in the embodiment, the protective film is covered on the surface of the glass substrate to protect the partial area of the glass cover plate, and during subsequent sand blasting, atomization treatment can be carried out only in the area except for the shielding of the protective film;

(3) sand blasting is carried out on the front surface of the glass substrate, and the area, which is not covered by the protective film, of the front surface of the glass substrate is physically eroded to form light atomization; then the front side of the glass substrate is immersed into the etching solution for etching, and the area of the front side of the glass substrate, which is not covered by the protective film, is thinned;

in the embodiment, the sand blasting is to perform sand blasting on the front surface of the glass plate by using the impact action of high-speed sand flow, and a fine uneven structure is formed in the area, which is not covered by the protective film, on the front surface of the glass plate; etching is to etch the front surface of the glass substrate for 1-3min according to a clear depth, wherein the area of the front surface of the glass substrate not covered by the protective film is thinned by 5-20 μm, so that the area of the front surface of the glass substrate not covered by the protective film and the area covered by the protective film form a clear boundary with different heights;

(4) removing the protective film on the front surface of the glass substrate, performing whole surface AG etching on the front surface of the glass substrate, and immersing the front surface of the glass substrate into AG liquid medicine (acid solution) for a preset time to form a combined matte effect on the surface of the glass substrate to obtain glass with the combined matte effect;

in this embodiment, the front surface of the glass substrate is chemically reacted in the AG liquid, crystals are deposited in the areas of the glass substrate subjected to and not subjected to the sand blasting, and the AG etching effects of the two areas different from each other are exhibited, so that the effect of contrast combination of various fogging surfaces with clear boundaries is obtained.

Compared with the prior art that the glass plate is processed by a complex process, the combined pattern structure with obvious contrast can be obtained, the combined pattern structure can be obtained by two steps of direct sand blasting and etching in the embodiment, the process is simple, and the boundary effect is obvious.

Example 2

The embodiment provides glass with a combined matte effect, and the preparation method comprises the following steps:

(1) providing a transparent glass substrate, ultrasonically cleaning the glass substrate for 5min by adopting acetone and alcohol, washing the glass substrate by using deionized water, and drying the glass substrate for later use;

in the embodiment, the glass substrate is subjected to ultrasonic cleaning, so that oil stains on the surface of the glass substrate are removed in advance, and the influence on subsequent printing is avoided;

(2) spraying photosensitive ink on the front surface of the glass substrate, and forming a photosensitive protective film on the front surface of the glass substrate after curing; setting a mask plate with preset patterns on the photosensitive protective film, exposing, and forming preset patterns in the regions without the protective film on the front surface of the glass substrate after developing and dissolving;

in the embodiment, the mask plate covers partial area on the photosensitive protective film, and after exposure and development, a preset pattern is formed in the area without the protective film on the front surface of the glass substrate; in order to avoid the point dropping and falling off of the photosensitive protective film in the subsequent sand blasting treatment, the photosensitive ink can be selected from the photosensitive ink doped with the toughening agent, so that the obtained photosensitive protective layer has high toughness; meanwhile, in order to influence the subsequent etching solution on the protective film on the front surface of the glass substrate, the protective film actually has an acid resistance function, and the thickness of the protective film is preferably 10-20 μm;

(3) sand blasting is carried out on the front surface of the glass substrate, and the area, which is not covered by the protective film, of the front surface of the glass substrate is physically eroded to form light atomization; then the front side of the glass substrate is immersed into the etching solution for etching, and the area of the front side of the glass substrate, which is not covered by the protective film, is thinned;

in the embodiment, the sand blasting is to perform sand blasting on the front surface of the glass plate by using the impact action of high-speed sand flow, and a fine uneven structure is formed in the area, which is not covered by the protective film, on the front surface of the glass plate; etching is to etch the front surface of the glass substrate for 1-3min according to a clear depth, wherein the area of the front surface of the glass substrate not covered by the protective film is thinned by 5-20 μm, so that the area of the front surface of the glass substrate not covered by the protective film and the area covered by the protective film form a clear boundary with different heights;
