Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of non-bearing outer wall enclosure plates, and particularly relates to an assembled prefabricated light concrete outer wall enclosure plate.

Background

At present, several common building types in China are as follows: the brick-concrete structure, the cast-in-place concrete shear wall structure, the cast-in-place concrete frame structure, the steel structure and the like, wherein the brick-concrete structure is most widely applied and has a long history, but because of the requirements of environmental protection and land saving, the national legislation rules gradually eliminate and forbid the use of clay bricks, the brick-concrete structure is about to eliminate, and other building modes have slow construction speed, long construction period and low building industrialization level because the process is complicated. Particularly, in the case of a frame structure such as a concrete frame or a steel structure, a large construction period is wasted in the construction of an external wall, because the construction of the external wall needs to be performed by building a wall body with concrete bricks first, and then the outer surface of the external wall is reinforced with concrete or cement or ceramic tiles to perform the functions of water resistance, heat preservation and cold resistance, the operation mode is very troublesome, labor and time are wasted, and the heat preservation effect is not ideal.

However, the improved assembly wall building material is still complex in construction due to the structure and the material, the market conversion rate is low, and the outer wall still needs to be operated by using the traditional method.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the fabricated prefabricated light concrete outer wall apron plate which is simple in structure, high in construction efficiency, strong in wind pressure resistance and good in fire resistance, and has heat insulation.

The invention is realized by the following steps: an assembled prefabricated light concrete outer wall apron board is characterized by comprising an outer blade board and an inner blade board which are made of cement-based building materials, and a heat insulation layer bonded between the outer blade board and the inner blade board; and the outer blade plate and the inner blade plate are both provided with a vertical grouting female slot on the same vertical splicing surface.

Preferably, the edge sealing grooves which are sunken towards the direction of the grouting mother groove are formed in the peripheral edges of the outer side plate surfaces of the outer blade plate and the inner blade plate, and the edge sealing grooves are of an open structure on the vertical splicing surface side.

Preferably, steel meshes are arranged in the outer blade plate and the inner blade plate.

Preferably, a tie bar is arranged between the steel meshes in the outer blade plate and the inner blade plate, and the tie bar penetrates through the heat-insulating layer to form a built-in steel skeleton structure.

The invention has the advantages and technical effects that: the invention adopts a composite process to carry out composite molding on the heat-insulating plate and the inner and outer leaf plates, ensures the connectivity of the heat-insulating plate, forms a heat-insulating integrated structure and replaces the traditional externally-hung heat insulation; the invention adopts factory prefabrication molding, avoids some disadvantages brought by on-site pouring molding firstly, and combines the relevant regulations of the assembly type building; adopting a grouting mother groove technology, forming two vertical grouting channels after the adjacent apron boards are correspondingly spliced when the outer wall is spliced, and densely filling mortar in the grouting channels through a grouting process; the adjacent outer wall enclosure plates are bonded and connected through mortar of the grouting channel, two secondary connecting bodies are formed after the mortar is cured and have strong bonding force, and the formed secondary connecting bodies are equivalent to a small structural column and a stressed member, so that relative displacement and deformation between the adjacent outer wall enclosure plates caused by external forces such as wind pressure are effectively prevented, and the performance requirements of wind pressure resistance and earthquake resistance are met; the outer wall surrounding protection plate has the advantages that the edge sealing groove technology is adopted, the problem that cracks are easily generated at the joints of the existing inner and outer wall surrounding protection plates is solved, the connecting strength and the compactness of the joints are improved by filling anti-crack mortar and grid cloth in the edge sealing groove, the outer wall surrounding protection plate not only has the leveling function, but also has the waterproof function, prevents rainwater from penetrating through the joints, forms first-stage water resistance, and has the same service life as a building main body structure; the outer wall apron board has higher flatness after being integrally assembled, is beneficial to the construction of a decorative surface layer and an inner layer at the later stage, and avoids the phenomena of water leakage, sound insulation and cold and hot bridges caused by insufficient flatness of the inner wall and cracking of the abutted seams of the decorative surface layer.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

Example 1: referring to fig. 1 to 5, an assembled prefabricated light concrete outer wall containment plate includes an outer leaf plate 1-1 and an inner leaf plate 1-2 formed by foaming a light concrete cement-based building material (e.g., foamed cement), and an insulation layer 1-3 bonded between the outer leaf plate and the inner leaf plate; the heat-insulating layer can be made of building heat-insulating materials in the prior art, such as polystyrene boards; the thickness of the outer blade plate is less than or equal to that of the inner blade plate. The specific thickness can be designed according to the actual building requirements. And the outer blade plate and the inner blade plate are respectively provided with a vertical grouting mother groove 1-4 on the same vertical splicing surface. In example 2, referring to fig. 6, steel nets 1 to 6 are provided in both the outer blade plate and the inner blade plate. The compression resistance and the bending resistance of the plate body are improved, and the use safety is improved.

In embodiment 3, referring to fig. 7, tie bars 1 to 7 are arranged between the steel nets in the outer blade plate and the inner blade plate, the tie bars penetrate through the heat insulation layer to form a built-in steel skeleton structure, and the combined steel skeleton can also be a steel bar truss structure. The compression resistance and the bending resistance of the combined type wind power generation device are further improved, the inner blade plate and the outer blade plate are connected into a stressed whole through the steel framework, and therefore the combined type wind power generation device can bear large wind pressure and shock resistance.

In embodiment 4, referring to fig. 8 and 9, two horizontal grouting mother grooves 1 to 8 arranged in parallel are arranged on the upper horizontal splicing surface and/or the lower horizontal splicing surface of the lightweight board, and the two horizontal grouting mother grooves are communicated with the vertical grouting mother grooves on the adjacent vertical splicing surface. By adopting the structure, communicated grouting channels are formed around the whole outer wall guard board, and the through grouting channels are densely filled with adhesive by a grouting process; after the bonding object is cured, the upper horizontal splicing surface and the lower horizontal splicing surface of the outer wall enclosure protection plate are bonded with the top beam and the floor slab, so that on one hand, the connection strength of the outer wall enclosure protection plate is improved, and meanwhile, the problem that the joint of the top beam and the floor slab is cracked is also solved.

In embodiment 5, referring to fig. 10, damping blocks 1 to 9 are arranged in the grouting female groove along the height direction of the lightweight plate body, and the height of the damping blocks is smaller than the depth of the grouting female groove. The design of the damping block increases the backflow resistance of the mortar, and reduces the problem that the mortar flows back downwards along the mortar storage channel due to self weight in a short time to cause a hollow section at the upper end part of the mortar storage channel; the design of additionally arranging the segmented damping blocks can also reduce the occurrence of a larger empty segment at the top of the mortar storage channel caused by shrinkage and sinking of mortar in the solidification process; the damping piece is equivalent to the internal muscle cartridge in the secondary link after the mortar in the storage slurry tank solidifies, has improved the fastness that adjacent outer wall apron board connects. Meanwhile, the damping block also plays a role in reinforcing the slurry storage tank.

In example 6, referring to fig. 11, the edge sealing groove is provided with grouting ports 1 to 10, and the grouting ports are communicated with the vertical grouting mother groove or the horizontal grouting mother groove. The grouting port is communicated with the vertical grouting mother groove or the horizontal grouting mother groove. The grouting opening is preset, grouting construction is facilitated, working hours for opening holes are reduced, and construction efficiency is improved.
