Background

One of the main characteristics of crude oil in China is high wax content, such as the wax content of crude oil in Daqing, Shenbei, North China, China and other oil fields is more than 14%, wherein the wax content of the crude oil in Daqing and Shenbei is respectively as high as 25-26% and 47.1%. In the process of lifting crude oil to the ground, wax in the crude oil is continuously separated out and attached to the inner wall of an oil pipe along with the reduction of the temperature of the crude oil, so that an oil flow channel is reduced, the flow resistance is increased, the normal work of oil pumping equipment is influenced, the production of an oil well is reduced, and the oil flow channel is completely blocked and stops production in severe cases. Therefore, a wax scraping tool is needed to scrape wax so as to achieve the pumping-assisting purpose.

In the prior art, the wax scraper is connected between two sucker rods in series, and when the pumping unit works, the whole wax scraper moves up and down along with the sucker rods, so that the wax scraper has the defect that the wax scraping range is smaller due to the limitation of the up-and-down reciprocating range of the sucker rods, therefore, if the wax scraper with a larger wax scraping range can be designed, the wax scraping effect can be further improved, and the pumping assisting effect is better.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a multifunctional pumping-assisting yield-increasing device for an oil well, and aims to prolong the wax scraping range and improve the wax scraping effect on the basis of the conventional wax scraper.
