Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of lamps and lamp installation, in particular to a down lamp installation base, a down lamp and a down lamp installation method.

Background

The down lamp is a lighting lamp embedded in a ceiling and emitting light downward; the ceiling lamp has the greatest characteristics that the overall unity and perfection of architectural decoration can be kept, and the perfect unity of ceiling art cannot be damaged due to the arrangement of the lamp; the down lamp does not occupy space, so that the soft atmosphere of the space can be increased, and if a warm feeling is wanted, a plurality of down lamps can be tried to be installed, so that the space oppression is reduced; the existing down lamp is provided with a lamp body and a mounting seat 10, wherein the mounting seat 10 is composed of an outer frame ring 101 buckled on the bottom surface of a suspended ceiling and a spring clamping plate 102 abutted against the top surface of the suspended ceiling, and the down lamp is fixed on the suspended ceiling by clamping the suspended ceiling through the outer frame ring 101 and the spring clamping plate 102 (see fig. 7); however, the existing downlight has the following disadvantages:

1. because the outer frame ring 101 is buckled on the bottom surface of the suspended ceiling and is exposed outside the suspended ceiling, the integral uniformity of the suspended ceiling is influenced, and the decorative effect is poor;

2. when the device is installed, the two spring clamping plates 102 need to be stretched by hands and then kept continuously, and then the spring clamping plates 102 are placed into the reserved holes of the suspended ceiling for installation, so that the acting force for pressing the spring clamping plates 102 can be removed, and the installation is inconvenient; because the installation barrel seat needs to fix the down lamp on the ceiling, the spring clamping plate 102 needs to have enough elasticity, when an installer props the spring clamping plate 102 with hands, a large acting force needs to be applied, and the acting force for propping the spring clamping plate 102 cannot be controlled by manual installation, when the installer slides with hands, the resilience force of the spring clamping plate 102 is large, so that potential safety hazards can occur;

3. the distance between the outer frame ring 101 and the spring clamping plate 102 is fixed and cannot be adjusted, so that the device cannot be applied to suspended roofs with different thicknesses, and the application range is narrow; when the distance between the outer frame ring 101 and the spring clamping plate 102 is larger than the thickness of the suspended ceiling, the outer frame ring 101 cannot be tightly attached to the bottom surface of the suspended ceiling and protrudes out of the bottom surface of the suspended ceiling, so that the assembly is not firm, the integrity of the suspended ceiling is damaged, and the suspended ceiling is not attractive; when the distance between the outer frame ring 101 and the spring clamping plate 102 is smaller than the thickness of the suspended ceiling, the assembly cannot be performed.

In view of the above, the present inventors have made extensive studies and research on various defects and inconveniences caused by the imperfect installation structure and method of the down lamp.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a down lamp mounting base, a down lamp and a down lamp mounting method, which have the advantages of simple structure, simplicity and labor saving in mounting, and no frame after mounting to ensure the integral uniformity of a suspended ceiling.

In order to achieve the above purpose, the solution of the invention is:

A downlight mounting method, the mounting method having the steps of:

s1, sleeving the mounting cylinder base in a reserved hole of the suspended ceiling, selecting a slot according to the depth of the reserved hole of the suspended ceiling, inserting two mounting pieces into the two slots of the mounting cylinder base, enabling the limiting blocking piece to be attached to the inner wall of the mounting cylinder base to limit the insertion pieces from being separated from the slot, enabling the two insertion pieces to extend out of two sides of the mounting cylinder base and to be supported on the top surface of the suspended ceiling, and fixing the mounting cylinder base on the suspended ceiling;

and S2, clamping the lamp body on the mounting cylinder seat.

In step S1, the mounting plate is provided with a plurality of mounting holes on the insertion plate, and screws are locked on the ceiling through the mounting holes to screw the mounting plate and the ceiling together.

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the invention discloses a down lamp mounting base, which comprises a mounting cylinder base 1 and at least two mounting pieces 2, wherein the mounting cylinder base 1 is sleeved in a reserved hole of a suspended ceiling, the mounting cylinder base 1 is provided with at least two slots 11 positioned on the same horizontal plane, each mounting piece 2 is provided with an inserting piece 21 and a limiting blocking piece 22 corresponding to one slot 11, the inserting piece 21 is inserted into the slot 11, the limiting blocking piece 22 is attached to the inner wall of the mounting cylinder base 1 and used for limiting the inserting piece 21 to be separated from the slot 11, and the inserting piece 21 extends out of the mounting cylinder base 1 and is supported on the top surface of the suspended ceiling.

The mounting sheet 2 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 211 on the inserting sheet 21, and screws pass through the mounting holes 211 and are locked on a suspended ceiling; according to the invention, the inserting piece 21 is fixedly locked on the suspended ceiling through the screw, so that the mounting cylinder base 1 can be further fixedly fixed on the suspended ceiling, and the mounting structure is firmer.

The mounting cylinder seat 1 is made of plastic materials, is in a circular ring shape, and is simple in structure and easy to produce; the mounting piece 2 is made of metal materials; installation piece 2's structural strength is stronger, and the lock structure is more firm when installation piece 2 and furred ceiling lock connect.

The top surface of the mounting piece 2 is provided with a convex particle 212 clamped outside the slot 11, and the convex particle 212 gradually tapers from one side close to the limiting blocking piece 22 to one side far away from the limiting blocking piece 22; the convex particles 212 can limit the insertion sheet 21 not to be separated from the slot 11 when no external force acts on the insertion sheet, so that the insertion sheet 21 can be stably inserted into the slot 11, and the assembly structure is more stable.

The inner ring of the mounting barrel seat 1 near the front end is provided with a snap ring 12 clamped on the outer ring of the lamp body 3; the snap ring 12 can limit the lamp body 3 from being too sunk into the mounting barrel seat 1, so that the front end of the lamp body 3 and the front end of the mounting barrel seat 1 are positioned on the same horizontal plane, and the integrity of the down lamp is ensured.

The inner ring of the mounting cylinder base 1 near the rear end is symmetrically locked with two spring leaves 13 which support the outer ring of the dome lamp body 3, and the wall of the mounting cylinder base 1 is provided with two slots 14 for the elastic deformation abdicating of the two spring leaves 13; when the lamp body 3 is arranged on the installation cylinder base 1, the lamp body 3 can be directly arranged from the front end of the installation cylinder base 1, the two spring pieces 13 in the installation cylinder base 1 tightly abut against the outer ring of the lamp body 3, the lamp body 3 can be firmly clamped in the installation cylinder base 1, and the installation structure between the lamp body 3 and the installation cylinder base 1 is more convenient and simpler; and the spring leaf 13 can limit the lamp body 3 from dropping out of the rear end of the mounting cylinder seat 1, and the lamp body 3 is firmly fixed in the mounting cylinder seat 1.

Three groups of slots 11 are longitudinally arranged on the mounting cylinder seat 1, and a longitudinal distance is reserved between two adjacent groups of slots 11; the slot 11 can be selected according to the depth of the suspended ceiling preformed hole, and the slot can be suitable for suspended ceiling preformed holes with different depths, and is wide in application range; so that the mounting cylinder seat 1 does not protrude out of the bottom surface of the suspended ceiling, and the overall uniformity of the suspended ceiling is ensured.

The slot 11 is an arc-shaped slot formed on the annular wall of the mounting cylinder seat 1, the limiting blocking piece 22 is an arc-shaped piece attached to the inner side of the annular wall of the mounting cylinder seat 1, and the connecting edge of the inserting piece 21 and the limiting blocking piece 22 is an arc-shaped edge; the limiting blocking piece 22 is tightly attached to the inner side of the annular wall of the mounting cylinder seat 1, so that the limiting blocking piece 22 can be prevented from influencing the mounting of the lamp body 3, and the mounting structure is more compact.

The mounting cylinder seat 1 is symmetrically provided with two slots 11, the number of the mounting pieces 2 is two, the two mounting pieces 2 are respectively inserted into the two slots 11, and the two inserting pieces 21 are symmetrically positioned on two sides of the mounting cylinder seat 1, so that the mounting cylinder seat 1 is stably supported on a suspended ceiling; or, the circumference of the mounting cylinder seat 1 is provided with three slots 11 in trisection, the number of the mounting pieces 2 is three, the three mounting pieces are respectively inserted into the three slots 11, and the three insertion pieces 21 are distributed on the outer side of the mounting cylinder seat 1 in trisection to stably support the mounting cylinder seat 1 on the ceiling; or the circumference of the mounting cylinder seat 1 is provided with four slots 11 in four equal parts, the number of the mounting pieces 2 is four, the four mounting pieces 2 are respectively inserted into the four slots 11, and the four insertion pieces 21 are distributed on the outer side of the mounting cylinder seat 1 in four equal parts, so that the mounting cylinder seat 1 is stably supported on the ceiling; therefore, the number of the slots 11 and the mounting pieces 2 can be set as required to realize that the mounting cylinder seat 1 is firmly supported on the ceiling.

Referring to fig. 6, the present invention further discloses a down lamp, which includes the above-mentioned down lamp mounting base and a lamp body 3, wherein the lamp body 3 is sleeved on the down lamp mounting base; the down lamp mount pad is located installation barrel casing 1 and two at least installation pieces 2 in the furred ceiling reservation hole including the cover, installation barrel casing 1 is provided with two at least slots 11 that are located on same horizontal plane, each installation piece 2 corresponds a slot 11 and is provided with inserted sheet 21 and spacing separation blade 22, inserted sheet 21 inserts slot 11, spacing separation blade 22 pastes and leans on and is used for restricting inserted sheet 21 to deviate from slot 11 at 1 inner wall of installation barrel casing, and inserted sheet 21 stretches out installation barrel casing 1 and supports in the top surface of furred ceiling.

When the down lamp is installed, the installation cylinder base 1 is firstly sleeved in the reserved hole of the suspended ceiling, then the slot 11 at the corresponding position is selected according to the depth of the reserved hole of the suspended ceiling, the two installation pieces 2 are inserted into the two slots 11 of the installation cylinder base 1, the limiting blocking piece 22 is attached to the inner wall of the installation cylinder base 1 and used for limiting the insertion pieces 21 to be separated from the slot 22, the two insertion pieces 21 extend out of the two sides of the installation cylinder base 1 and are supported on the top surface of the suspended ceiling, and the installation cylinder base 1 is fixedly supported on the suspended ceiling; finally, clamping the lamp body 1 on the mounting cylinder seat 1; the mounting cylinder seat 1 is not provided with an outer frame ring, the mounting cylinder seat 1 is not exposed outside the suspended ceiling, the integral uniformity of the suspended ceiling is ensured, and the decorative effect is good; because the mounting cylinder seat 1 and the mounting pieces 2 are split, only the two mounting pieces 2 need to be inserted into the slots 11 of the mounting cylinder seat 1, and the mounting cylinder seat 1 is fixedly supported on the reserved hole of the suspended ceiling by the two mounting pieces 2; the spring clamping plate does not need to be pressed by applying a large acting force during installation, so that the installation is simpler and labor-saving, and the safety is better.

The mounting sheet 2 is provided with a plurality of mounting holes 211 on the inserting sheet 21, and screws pass through the mounting holes 211 and are locked on a suspended ceiling; according to the invention, the inserting piece 21 is fixedly locked on the suspended ceiling through the screw, so that the mounting cylinder base 1 can be further fixedly fixed on the suspended ceiling, and the mounting structure is firmer.

The inner ring of the mounting barrel seat 1 near the front end is provided with a snap ring 12 clamped on the outer ring of the lamp body 3, and the outer ring of the lamp body 3 is provided with a ring edge 32 abutted against one side of the snap ring 12; the snap ring 12 can limit the lamp body 3 from being too sunk into the mounting barrel seat 1, so that the front end of the lamp body 3 and the front end of the mounting barrel seat 1 are positioned on the same horizontal plane, and the integrity of the down lamp is ensured.

The inner ring of the mounting cylinder base 1 near the rear end is symmetrically locked with two spring leaves 13 which support the outer ring of the dome lamp body 3, and the wall of the mounting cylinder base 1 is provided with two slots 14 for the elastic deformation abdicating of the two spring leaves 13; the spring piece 13 can limit the lamp body 3 from dropping out of the rear end of the mounting cylinder seat 1, and the lamp body 3 is firmly fixed in the mounting cylinder seat 1.

The outer ring of the lamp body 3 is provided with a limiting ring 31 which is abutted against the spring piece 13; the limiting ring 31 is abutted against one end of the spring piece 13, so that the lamp body 3 can be limited to be separated from the rear end of the mounting barrel seat 1, and the lamp body 3 is firmly fixed in the mounting barrel seat 1.

Three groups of slots 11 are longitudinally arranged on the mounting cylinder seat, and a longitudinal distance is reserved between two adjacent groups of slots 11; the slot 11 can be selected according to the depth of the suspended ceiling preformed hole, and the slot can be suitable for suspended ceiling preformed holes with different depths, and is wide in application range; so that the mounting cylinder seat 1 does not protrude out of the bottom surface of the suspended ceiling, and the overall uniformity of the suspended ceiling is ensured.
