Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of gas boilers in steel plants, and particularly relates to a ternary gas combustion device of a gas boiler.

Background

In a steel plant, a gas boiler mainly burns blast furnace gas, coke oven gas and converter gas, and the three gases have different proportions. When designing a boiler, blast furnace gas fuel is usually used as the main fuel, and coke oven gas or converter gas is used as the auxiliary fuel. However, in the actual production process, because the gas has the characteristics of more users and large fluctuation of gas quantity, in order to adjust the gas balance, a third gas (converter gas or coke oven gas) is often required to be introduced into a hearth for combustion, when the gas is sufficient, the third gas is introduced into the hearth for combustion, and when the gas is insufficient, the third gas is cut off to be introduced into the other gas. In the prior art, a combustor which is suitable for the combustion of the third gas is required to be added when the third gas is introduced into a hearth, and the structure of a boiler hearth is required to be modified, but the modification period of the mode is long, the space for arranging the combustor in the boiler hearth is limited, and the effect is not ideal. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a burner which can be adapted to various gas combustion conditions in the furnace as the space available for arranging the burner allows.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a ternary gas combustion device of a gas boiler, which can adapt to the combustion of various gases and improve the utilization efficiency of the hearth space of the gas boiler.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

the ternary gas combustion device for the gas boiler comprises a coke oven gas pipe, a converter gas pipe, a blast furnace gas pipe, an air rotating blade, a blast furnace gas rotating blade, a converter gas rotating blade, a coke oven gas rotating blade, an ignition ring and an ignition gun. Each gas pipe of the ternary gas combustion device of the gas boiler comprises a coke oven gas pipe, a converter gas pipe, a blast furnace gas pipe and an air pipe which are all connected with a single pipeline; the pipelines are provided with a coke oven gas regulating valve, a converter gas regulating valve, a blast furnace gas regulating valve and an air regulating valve for controlling flow. The ignition gun is arranged at the innermost side and is provided with an ignition ring, a coke oven gas pipe, a converter gas pipe, a blast furnace gas pipe and an air pipe outwards in sequence; the pipe diameter ratio of the ignition ring, the coke oven gas pipe, the converter gas pipe, the blast furnace gas pipe and the air pipe is 1 (1.8-2.4): (2.8-3.2): (5-5.6): 6-10).

And rotating blades are uniformly arranged in each gas channel and comprise air rotating blades, blast furnace gas rotating blades, converter gas rotating blades and coke oven gas rotating blades, and the included angle between each rotating blade and the gas outflow direction is 30-70 degrees.

The invention has the advantages that: compared with the existing gas burner, the multi-element gas burner has the advantages that the multi-element gas can be combusted without increasing the number of the burners and additionally occupying the space of a hearth, and the gas balance is adjusted; the air pipe of the multi-element gas combustion device can meet the air quantity required by normal combustion of gas.

The working process of the ternary gas combustion device of the gas boiler in the embodiment is as follows:

according to production requirements, when one of the three kinds of coal gas is sufficient, the regulating valve on the corresponding pipeline is opened and is led into the hearth for combustion, and when the gas is insufficient, the regulating valve is closed and the other kind of coal gas is input.
