s2: cleaning the clamp, and then carrying out surface treatment, wherein the surface roughness or the surface color of the clamp after the surface treatment is obviously different from the color of the clamp raw material;

s3: detecting the clamp subjected to surface treatment, wherein the detection comprises the observation of the surface color or the surface structure of the clamp and the like;

s4: and (4) assembling the photovoltaic connector on the clamp which is qualified in detection to obtain a qualified photovoltaic connector product.

Technical Field

The solar cell is made of materials capable of generating photovoltaic effect, such as silicon, gallium arsenide, indium selenium copper and the like, and can convert light energy into electric energy.

The photovoltaic power generation system needs to connect a plurality of photovoltaic modules to form a photovoltaic module array through cables to output large voltage outwards, and the electrical connector is an indispensable device for interconnecting the photovoltaic modules, such as the electrical connector for the photovoltaic modules shown in fig. 1, which includes a male plug and a female plug, and is internally provided with a conductive copper terminal and a hoop, referring to fig. 1, taking the female plug of the currently used photovoltaic system connector as an example, in order to prevent the copper terminal 11 from being pulled loose or pulled out by the cables fixedly connected with the copper terminal 11, a barb structure 112 is designed on the copper terminal 11, in addition, a metal hoop 12 is sleeved outside the copper terminal 11 during installation, an inward concave clamping piece 122 is arranged on the metal hoop 12, after the copper terminal 11 passes through the metal hoop 12, the barb structure 112 is abutted against by the clamping piece 122, and the metal hoop 12 is limited inside the housing 10, in this way, the copper terminal 10 can be made less likely to be pulled out.

Disclosure of Invention

A production method of a photovoltaic connector for avoiding oil on the surface of a clamp in the connector comprises a shell, a nut in threaded connection with the shell, a cable lock catch and a gasket which are arranged inside the nut, a copper terminal arranged in the shell and a clamp clamped with the copper terminal, and is shown in figure 2, and the production method comprises the following steps:

s1: coating lubricating oil on a clamp raw material and then performing clamp punch forming;

s2: cleaning the clamp and then carrying out surface treatment, wherein the surface treatment comprises electroplating, sand blasting, blackening, spraying or other processes;

s3: detecting the clamp subjected to surface treatment, wherein the detection comprises the observation of the surface color or the surface structure of the clamp and the like;

s4: and (4) assembling the photovoltaic connector on the clamp which is qualified in detection to obtain a qualified photovoltaic connector product.

According to the production method of the photovoltaic connector, after the copper terminal metal hoop of the connector is subjected to punch forming, the hoop is subjected to metal blackening treatment, wherein the blackening treatment is a common means of chemical surface treatment and is a method for generating an oxide film on the surface of metal to isolate air so as to achieve the purpose of rust prevention. According to the production method of the photovoltaic connector, after the copper terminal metal clamp of the connector is subjected to punch forming, surface painting and coating treatment is carried out on the clamp, metal surface painting is a method for protecting metal from oxidation corrosion, the cleaning degree of the metal surface seriously influences the binding force of a painted layer, water, oil stains, other foreign matters and the like remained or adsorbed on the surface of a workpiece are not completely eliminated, and faults such as pinholes, nodulation, peeling or poor binding are often generated; therefore, before the surface of the clamp is painted, the surface of the clamp is cleaned, and the clamp can be completely cleaned after grease attached to the surface of a workpiece is completely removed, so that the clamp subjected to surface painting and coating treatment can ensure that no oil stain is attached to the surface of the clamp; moreover, the clamp after the coating treatment of spraying paint, its surface can present the colour that is totally different with the original bright silver of clamp, and photovoltaic connector manufacturer's part measurement personnel just can be very accurate through the colour of observing the clamp surface judge whether the clamp part is through the surface treatment of spraying paint, also can be quick accurate judge whether the clamp surface contains the greasy dirt, guarantee that the surface of installing the clamp of entering photovoltaic connector is grease-free.
