Background

With the rapid development of industrialized urbanization, a large amount of wastewater and polluted surface runoff cannot be collected and treated to be directly discharged into rivers, and in addition, the treatment rate of agricultural rural wastewater is low. The intake of river pollutants exceeds the self purification capacity, and the river channel has black and odorous phenomena. The black and odorous water body not only gives people very poor experience in sense, but also directly influences the life of the masses.

The main treatment methods of the black and odorous water body comprise a physical method, a chemical method, a biological ecological method and a combination method. River aeration technology is a river pollution treatment technology with low investment and good effect, and is preferably selected in many countries. The aeration purification mechanism is reviewed herein.

The black and odorous water is caused by oxygen deficiency and organic matter putrefaction. When the content of organic pollutants in the water body is too high, under the action of aerobic microorganisms, organic matters are decomposed to consume a large amount of oxygen in the water body, so that the dissolved oxygen content in the water body is reduced, the water body is converted into an anoxic or anaerobic state, and iron, manganese and other metal ions adsorbed by suspended particles in the water body and sulfur ions in the water body form ferrous sulfide, manganese sulfide and the like, so that the water body is blackened; the putrefaction and decomposition of organic substances under the action of anaerobic microorganisms can generate malodorous substances such as ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, mercaptan, thioether, organic amine, organic acid and the like, so that the water body smells. The main factors influencing the black and odorous water body include the content of organic pollutants, the content of nutrient substances, pollution time, hydraulic conditions, temperature conditions, the content of Dissolved Oxygen (DO) and the like.

In order to better remove organic pollutants in water, reduce nutritional pollution ammonia nitrogen and combine treatment with long-term maintenance of water quality, equipment which can better treat black and odorous water in urban lakes is needed to be designed.

Improving the oxidation-reduction environment of water and bottom mud: under the action of DO, substances such as hydrogen sulfide, iron sulfide and ammonia gas in water are oxidized into substances such as ferric hydroxide and nitrate under the action of aerobic microorganisms, the ferric hydroxide is precipitated on the surface of the underwater sediment to form a compact protective layer, the resuspension of the bottom mud on the upper layer can be weakened, the diffusion and release of pollutants in the bottom mud are reduced, and the activity of anaerobic microorganisms is inhibited; meanwhile, ferrous iron is oxidized into ferric iron, and the ferric iron combines phosphate radical in the bottom sludge to form insoluble substances, so that the Total Phosphorus (TP) content is reduced.

3. Increasing disturbance of the water body: the aeration increases the turbulence of the water body, increases the oxygen enrichment capacity of the water body to a certain extent and inhibits the growth of algae. The disturbance can effectively promote the ammonia nitrogen in the sediment to diffuse to the water body, thereby obviously reducing the nitrogen content in the sediment, also promoting the increase of the quantity and diversity of the sediment microorganisms, and providing a good foundation for the biodegradation of the sediment pollutants.

Interception grid 4 comprises wall shape grid 8 and lift grid 9, and wall shape grid 8 is vertical state and sets up in artificial runner 3, all sets up the spacing rail groove 10 of vertical direction on two cell walls of artificial runner 3, and the both ends of wall shape grid 8 stretch into in this spacing rail groove 10 to the both ends of wall shape grid 8 all are equipped with and are the guide pulley 11 that the staggered state distributes and be used for contacting spacing rail groove 10, lift grid 9 and be the front side bottom that the horizontality set up and wall shape grid 8. The aeration system 12 includes:

the pipe network system is formed by connecting a plurality of pipe fittings;

the aeration nozzles are arranged at the nodes of the pipe network system in a one-to-one correspondence manner; and the number of the first and second groups,

and the air inlet end of the pipe network system is connected with the air pump.

The air is flushed into a pipe network system through an air pump, and then the air is injected into the lake bottom through all the aeration nozzles, so that the oxygen content of lake water is improved from the bottom layer, on one hand, the air or pure oxygen is filled into the water body to improve the DO content of the water body, so that the anoxic water body is changed into the oxygen-enriched water body, DO necessary for metabolism of aerobic microorganisms is provided, the anaerobic decomposition of anaerobic microorganisms is inhibited, meanwhile, the DO content in the water body is increased, the living environment of aquatic animals can be improved, and the growth of algae is inhibited; on the other hand, the disturbance of the water body is increased: the aeration increases the turbulence of the water body, increases the oxygen enrichment capacity of the water body to a certain extent and inhibits the growth of algae. The disturbance can effectively promote the ammonia nitrogen in the sediment to diffuse to the water body, thereby obviously reducing the nitrogen content in the sediment, also promoting the increase of the quantity and diversity of the sediment microorganisms, and providing a good foundation for the biodegradation of the sediment pollutants.

The spoiler assembly comprises:

the bracket body 13 is transversely and fixedly arranged in the artificial flow channel 3;

a propeller 14 which is coupled to the lower end of the bracket body 13 and is located below the water surface;

the first synchronizing wheel 15 is coaxial with and fixedly connected with the propeller 14; and the number of the first and second groups,

and a first synchronous belt 16 for connecting the first synchronous wheel 15 and the upper speed gain driving assembly 7.

The rotation speed gain driving component 7 works to drive the spiral to rotate through the first synchronous belt 16 and the first synchronous wheel 15, so that the water flow of the lake 1 generates a directional flow direction, and then garbage and corpse can be conveniently cleaned and water body disturbance can be increased.

The speed gain drive assembly 7 comprises:

the supporting seat 17 is fixedly arranged at the top of the bracket body 13;

a gear case 18 fixedly disposed at one side of the support base 17 and having an input shaft 19 and a high-rotation output shaft 20;

the driving motor 21 is fixedly arranged at the top of the supporting seat 17, and the output shaft of the driving motor is connected with the input shaft 19 of the gear box 18;

the second synchronous wheel 22 is fixedly arranged on the high-rotation output shaft 20 of the gear box 18, and the second synchronous wheel 22 is connected with the propeller 14 through a second synchronous belt 23;

and a third synchronizing wheel 24 fixedly arranged on the output shaft of the driving motor 21, wherein the third synchronizing wheel 24 is connected with the input shaft 19 of the gear box 18 through a third synchronizing belt 25.

The driving motor 21 drives the input shaft 19 to rotate through the third synchronous wheel 24 and the third synchronous belt 25, the input shaft 19 drives the high-speed output shaft 20 to rotate after being accelerated by the gear box 18, and the high-speed output shaft 20 drives the propeller 14 to rotate through the second synchronous wheel 22 and the second synchronous belt 23, so that the propeller 14 enables water flow to directionally flow at the bottom of the water and pass through the artificial flow channel 3.

The gear case 18 includes:

a tubular shell 26 fixedly arranged on one side of the support seat 17, wherein a first avoidance notch 27 for avoiding the third synchronous belt 25 is formed on the tubular shell 26;

the box body end cover 28 is fixedly arranged on one side of the tubular shell 26 far away from the supporting seat 17, and a second avoidance notch 29 for avoiding the second synchronous belt 23 is formed in the side wall of the box body end cover 28;

two angle bearings 30 fixedly disposed in the tubular housing 26 and the case end cap 28, respectively;

a first rotation bushing 31 fixedly disposed in the tubular housing 26 and abutting against a corresponding one of the angular bearings 30; and the number of the first and second groups,

the differential mechanism 32 is arranged between the two angle bearings 30, the input shaft 19 is positioned on one side of the differential mechanism 32 close to the box end cover 28, and the high-speed output shaft 20 is positioned on one side of the differential mechanism 32 close to the tubular shell 26.

The input shaft 19 inputs torque to the differential mechanism 32 by the drive motor 21, and outputs a higher rotation speed to the high-speed output shaft 20 via the differential mechanism 32, so that the propeller 14 can rotate at a high speed, and the water disturbance is accelerated.

The differential mechanism 32 includes:

a second rotary bush 33 fixedly fitted to the inner side of the case end cover 28;

a flange end cover 34 fixedly embedded inside the second rotating bush 33, and the input shaft 19 is formed on one side of the flange end cover 34 facing the second escape notch 29;

the cylindrical box body 35 is fixedly connected with the flange end cover 34, one side of the cylindrical box body, which is far away from the flange end cover 34, is of an opening structure, and three third avoidance gaps 36 are formed in the side wall of the cylindrical box body 35;

the three rod-shaped connectors 37 are fixedly embedded on the cylindrical box body 35, the three rod-shaped connectors 37 are uniformly distributed along the circumferential direction, and one end of each rod-shaped connector 37 extends into the inner side of the cylindrical box body 35;

three planetary gears 38 located inside the cylindrical case 35 and fixed to the three rod-like connectors 37;

a sun gear 39 located at the center of the three planetary gears 38 and simultaneously engaged with the three planetary gears 38, one end of the high-rotation output shaft 20 being fixedly inserted inside the sun gear 39;

the flywheel 40 is fixedly embedded in the corresponding angle bearing 30, the inner ring of the flywheel is fixedly sleeved on the high-rotation output shaft 20, and a bearing 41 for connecting the high-rotation output shaft 20 is embedded in the center of the cylindrical box body 35; and the number of the first and second groups,

and the inner gear ring 42 is fixedly embedded in the tubular shell 26, and the inner gear ring 42 is meshed with the three planet gears 38 simultaneously through the third avoiding notch 36 on the cylindrical box body 35.

The input shaft 19 drives the flange end cover 34 to rotate, the flange end cover 34 rotates at a constant speed with the cylindrical box 35, so that the three rod-shaped connectors 37 move circularly along with the rotation of the cylindrical box 35, and further drive the three planet gears 38 to rotate circularly together, because the inner ring gear 42 is fixedly arranged, the three planet gears 38 also rotate in the process of circular motion due to meshing with the inner ring gear 42, thereby driving the central gear 39 at a middle position to rotate, because the gear ratio of the inner ring gear 42 and the central gear 39 is more than 1, the rotating speed of the high-rotation output shaft 20 rotating together with the central gear 39 is larger than that of the input shaft 19, and because of the flywheel 40, the high-rotation output shaft 20 has larger rotating inertia in the process of rotating, which is beneficial to maintaining high rotating speed, and after the device is started and stably operates, due to the existence of the flywheel 40, the electric energy can be effectively saved when the device runs for a long time.

The bottom of supporting seat 17 is fixed and is provided with downwardly extending's connecting plate 43, and the coupling is provided with a connecting axle 44 towards both sides extension on connecting plate 43, and the both ends of connecting axle 44 are fixed and are provided with a fourth synchronizing wheel 45, link to each other through second hold-in range 23 between fourth synchronizing wheel 45 and the second synchronizing wheel 22, link to each other through first hold-in range 16 between first synchronizing wheel 15 and the fourth synchronizing wheel 45. The high-speed output shaft 20 drives the fourth synchronizing wheel 45 at the other end of the connecting shaft 44 to rotate at a high speed through the cooperation of the second synchronous belt 23 and the fourth synchronizing wheel 45, and the fourth synchronizing wheel 45 drives the first synchronizing wheel 15 to rotate at a high speed through the first synchronous belt 16, so that the propeller 14 rotates at a high speed along with the first synchronizing wheel 15.

The lower end of the bracket body 13 is fixedly provided with a shaft sleeve 46 for connecting the propeller 14, and the shaft end of the propeller 14 passes through the shaft sleeve 46 to be fixedly connected with the first synchronous wheel 15. The bushing 46 serves to reduce the rotational friction of the propeller 14.
