Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to an electric auxiliary sewage treatment system.

Background

In the sewage treatment process, a biological activated sludge method is adopted for treating organic sewage. The AAO process is a typical denitrification and dephosphorization process and mainly comprises an anaerobic section, an anoxic section and an aerobic section; the anaerobic area, the anoxic area and the aerobic area are beneficial to the reproduction and production of different microbial colonies, so the nitrogen and phosphorus removal effect is good.

Maintaining the amount of active microorganisms and the activity of the microorganisms are key factors for ensuring the efficiency of sewage treatment. The active microorganism is usually added into the sewage treatment system in the state of active sludge and naturally proliferated in the sewage treatment system; in the AAO treatment process, part of phosphorus-containing return sludge in the secondary sedimentation tank needs to return to an anaerobic section; the phosphorus-containing return sludge contains a large amount of microorganisms, and the improvement of the number and the activity of the microorganisms has great significance for the improvement of the treatment efficiency of a sewage treatment system.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an electrically-assisted sewage treatment system to improve the number and activity of microorganisms in phosphorus-containing return sludge in an AAO treatment process.

In order to achieve the purpose, the electric auxiliary sewage treatment system comprises a sewage tank, a grid tank, a grit chamber, an AAO biological treatment system and a secondary sedimentation tank which are sequentially connected; the secondary sedimentation tank is used for settling the sewage; the secondary sedimentation tank is connected with a drainage pipeline, and the drainage pipeline is used for discharging the purified water subjected to sedimentation separation in the secondary sedimentation tank; the secondary sedimentation tank is connected with a sludge return pipeline; the sludge return pipeline is connected with the sludge activator; part of sludge settled and separated in the secondary sedimentation tank flows back to the sludge activator through a sludge return pipeline; the sludge activator is connected with a nutrient solution supply device and a micro-nano aerator; the sludge activator is also connected with a low-voltage direct-current power supply system; the low-voltage direct-current power supply system comprises an alternating-current power supply, a rectifier transformer, a positive electrode and a negative electrode; the positive electrode and the negative electrode are arranged inside the sludge activator; the alternating current power supply, the rectifier transformer, the positive electrode and the negative electrode form a closed circuit; the sludge activator is connected with the AAO biological treatment system through a pipeline.

The nutrient solution feeder consists of a nutrient solution tank, a conveying pipe and an electromagnetic valve; the nutrient solution consists of glucose, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium chloride, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and a small amount of trace elements.

The positive electrode and the negative electrode are both graphite electrodes or stainless steel electrodes.

Advantageous effects

The electrically-assisted sewage treatment system can increase the number and activity of microorganisms in the returned sludge by the assistance of weak direct current, so as to realize the online proliferation and activation of the microorganisms; the degradation capability of microorganisms on organic matters in the sewage is ensured; the treatment efficiency of the AAO biological treatment system can be improved.

An electric auxiliary sewage treatment system comprises a sewage tank 1, a grid tank 2, a grit chamber 3, an AAO biological treatment system and a secondary sedimentation tank 4 which are connected in sequence; the secondary sedimentation tank 4 is used for settling sewage; the secondary sedimentation tank 4 is connected with a drainage pipeline which is used for discharging the purified water settled and separated in the secondary sedimentation tank 4; the secondary sedimentation tank 4 is connected with a sludge return pipeline; the sludge return pipeline is connected with the sludge activator 5; the part of sludge settled and separated in the secondary sedimentation tank 4 flows back to the sludge activator 5 through a sludge return pipeline; the sludge activator 5 is connected with a nutrient solution supply device 6 and a micro-nano aerator 7; the sludge activator 5 is also connected with a low-voltage direct-current power supply system; the low-voltage direct-current power supply system comprises an alternating-current power supply 8, a rectifier transformer 9, a positive electrode 10 and a negative electrode 11; the positive electrode 10 and the negative electrode 11 are installed inside the sludge activator 5; the alternating current power supply 8, the rectifier transformer 9, the positive electrode 10 and the negative electrode 11 form a closed circuit; the sludge activator is connected with the AAO biological treatment system through a pipeline.

The grid tank 2 and the grit chamber 3 are both in the prior art, a coarse grid and a fine grid are usually arranged in the grid tank, and the coarse grid is used for intercepting coarse suspended matters and impurities in sewage; the fine grid mainly removes some fine particles and suspended matter from the sewage.

The low-voltage direct-current power supply system further comprises an electromagnetic relay 18, and the electromagnetic relay 18 is used for controlling the on-off of the circuit.

The nutrient solution supplier 6 is composed of a nutrient solution tank 61, a conveying pipe 62 and an electromagnetic valve 63; the nutrient solution consists of glucose, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium chloride, potassium dihydrogen phosphate and a small amount of trace elements.

The positive electrode 10 and the negative electrode 11 are both graphite electrodes or stainless steel electrodes.

The electrically-assisted sewage treatment system is improved based on the AAO treatment system in the prior art, the microorganisms for proliferation and activation in the embodiment come from the system, can be directly used in the sewage treatment of the original system without domestication, has strong adaptability to various physical and chemical indexes of the sewage of the original system, activates the microorganisms through weak direct current, improves the capability of the microorganisms for degrading organic matters, and can obviously improve the treatment efficiency of the sewage treatment system.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail hereinabove, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made to these embodiments. However, it is to be understood that such modifications and variations are within the scope and spirit of the present invention as set forth in the following claims.
