Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of file management, and particularly relates to a human resource intelligent cabinet.

Background

At present, most of the management of human resource files is realized by means of file cabinets, i.e. different types of files are classified into different drawers or boxes, and then the drawers or boxes are arranged in different areas inside the file cabinets.

In the prior art, when the types of files are too many or the number of the files is too large, the volume of the corresponding file cabinet needs to be increased properly, and when the volume of the file cabinet is increased, a drawer or a box body located at a high position is difficult to reach.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the technical problem to be solved by the embodiment of the invention is to provide a human resource intelligent cabinet.

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

an intelligent cabinet for human resources comprises a cabinet body, a transfer part, a storage part and a driving part,

the driving wheel is fixedly arranged on one side of the chain wheel in one group, the permanent magnet sheets are arranged in a plurality of groups and are fixedly arranged on the side wall of the driving wheel and distributed at intervals in an inclined mode, the electromagnet is arranged on one side of the driving wheel, and the control assembly is used for driving the electromagnet to move.

Referring to fig. 1, the embodiment provides an intelligent cabinet for human resources, which includes a cabinet body 1, a transferring portion 2, a storing portion 3 and a driving portion 4, wherein a fetching and placing opening 11 is formed in one side of the cabinet body 1, the transferring portion 2 is movably disposed inside the cabinet body 1, the storing portion 3 is annularly distributed and provided with a plurality of groups for storing different types of documents, the storing portions 3 are disposed at one side of the transferring portion 2 at intervals, the driving portion 4 is disposed inside the cabinet body 1 and used for driving the transferring portion 2 to rotate, and the transferring portion 2 can drive the storing portions 3 at one side to rotate when rotating, so as to transfer the storing portions 3 to the fetching and placing opening 11.

Through setting up a plurality of storage section 3 to in classifying the file of different classes and depositing, drive transfer portion 2 through drive division 4 and rotate, in order to drive a plurality of storage section 3 and rotate, make different storage section 3 shift to get and put a mouthful 11 department, in order to be convenient for people to taking and depositing of file.

Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, in an embodiment, the transfer portion 2 includes two sets of chains 22 that are distributed oppositely and two sets of chain wheels 21 that are respectively sleeved on end portions of the two sets of chains 22, one side of the chain wheel 21 is rotatably connected with an inner wall of the cabinet 1 through a rotating shaft, two ends of the storage portion 3 are correspondingly connected with the two sets of chains 22, the driving portion 4 includes a control component, an electromagnet 46, a driving wheel 49 and permanent magnet pieces 47, the driving wheel 49 is fixedly disposed on one side of one set of the chain wheels 21, the permanent magnet pieces 47 are provided with a plurality of sets, and the permanent magnet pieces 47 are fixedly disposed on a side wall of the driving wheel 49 and are distributed at intervals in an inclined manner, the electromagnet 46 is disposed on one side of the driving wheel 49, and the control component is configured to drive the electromagnet 46 to move.

By pushing the handle 41, the handle 41 can drive the sliding rod 48 to slide along the supporting cylinder 42, so as to drive the electromagnet 46, the first conductor 43 and the second conductor 45 to move, when the electromagnet 46 moves to one side of the driving wheel 49, the first conductor 43 and the second conductor 45 are attached to each other, the current output by the power supply 5 can sequentially flow through the first conductor 43 and the coil, and then flows back to the power supply through the second conductor 45, so that the electromagnet 46 is electrically conducted, the electromagnet 46 generates magnetic force, the permanent magnet sheet 47 is pushed by the magnetic force generated by the electromagnet 46, and the driving wheel 49 and the chain wheel 21 are driven to rotate, so as to drive the chain 22 to rotate, and further drive the storage part 3 to rotate, so as to transfer the storage part 3 to the fetching and placing port 11, and placing of the file are realized.

In another embodiment, the control assembly may further include an air cylinder disposed inside the supporting cylinder 42, and the output end of the air cylinder is connected to the sliding rod 48, so that the sliding rod 48 is moved by the air cylinder, thereby achieving electrical conduction between the first conductor 43 and the second conductor 45.

In the above embodiments, the first conductive body 43 and the second conductive body 45 can be made of metal, but other materials with conductive performance, such as conductive rubber or graphite, can also be used.

Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, two sets of the driving portions 4 are provided, the two sets of the driving portions 4 are symmetrically distributed about the storage portion 3, the two sets of the driving portions 4 have the same structure, and the permanent magnet pieces 47 corresponding to the two sets of the driving portions 4 are opposite in the inclination direction of the side wall of the driving wheel 49, so that the control component corresponding to the other set of the driving portions 4 can drive the corresponding electromagnet 46 to move to one side of the corresponding driving wheel 49, and the driving action between the set of the electromagnets 46 and the corresponding electromagnet piece 47 drives the corresponding driving wheel 49 to rotate in the opposite direction, so as to drive the sprocket 22 to rotate in the opposite direction, so as to drive the storage portion 3 to rotate in the opposite direction, so that the storage portion 3 located at the other side of the pick-and-place port 11 can be reversely transferred to the pick-and place the file, thereby achieving the fast pick-and place of the file.

Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, the storage portion 3 includes a box 31, and two sides of the box 31 are rotatably provided with a connecting rod, and one end of the connecting rod away from the box 31 is fixedly connected to the chain 22.

Through the setting of box 31, can deposit the file, utilize the normal running fit between box 31 and the connecting rod for under the action of gravity, box 31 can remain the state of standing upright all the time, avoids changing the gesture when box 31 rotates along with chain 22, causes the disorder of its inside file.

In another embodiment, the storage portion 3 may further include a plurality of parallel partition plates and end plates fixedly disposed at two ends of the plurality of partition plates, one end of each of the end plates far away from the partition plate is rotatably disposed with a connecting rod, and one end of each of the connecting rods far away from the end plate is fixedly connected to the chain 22.

Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, a door plate 32 is hinged to one side of the box 31, and in practical use, a signboard for displaying the type of a document can be pasted on the outer side of the door plate 32, so that people can quickly identify the type of the document stored in the box 31, and the document can be quickly taken and placed.

In the embodiment of the invention, the plurality of storage parts 3 are arranged so as to store different types of files in a classified manner, the driving part 4 drives the transfer part 2 to rotate so as to drive the plurality of storage parts 3 to rotate, so that different storage parts 3 are transferred to the taking and placing opening 11, and therefore, people can take and store the files conveniently.
