6. The high-temperature respirator of claim 1, wherein the water tank is cylindrical or quadrangular, the top of the water tank is provided with a sealing cover, the air inlet pipe is arranged at the lower side of the air storage chamber, and the air outlet is arranged on the sealing cover.

7. The high-temperature breathing machine according to claim 2, wherein the first control switch sets the operating temperature in the water tank, and the temperature control probe controls the power of the heating assembly according to the operating temperature of the water tank.

8. The high temperature ventilator of claim 1 wherein said breathing mask has exhalation vents on both sides.

9. The high-temperature breathing machine according to claim 2, wherein the water tank is made of metal, and the temperature control probe is attached to the surface of the outer wall of the water tank.

10. A high temperature ventilator as recited in claim 1 wherein the tank has a maximum water level line within the tank, said maximum water level line being located 10-30mm below the inlet manifold.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a high-temperature breathing machine.

Background

The bubble shrinks, which makes the gas exchange difficult and the oxygen absorption effect is poor. Currently, viruses that infect the human respiratory tract and cause colds or pneumonia mainly include three types: rhinoviruses, influenza viruses and coronaviruses. The pathogenicity and disease symptoms of the three viruses become increasingly severe and can all lead to severe respiratory lesions. The three viruses, although different in size and morphology, share the common feature that they are all protein encapsidated nucleic acids in structure. Moreover, the viruses are not high-temperature resistant and can be effectively inactivated at 56 ℃ for 30 min; therefore, the respiratory tract disease can be improved and prevented by inhaling a proper amount of high-temperature gas by heating the respiratory tract.

In addition, because hospitals generally use liquid oxygen for transportation and storage, the temperature of patients is about 10 ℃ when using a breathing machine to inhale oxygen. Therefore, after the gas enters the respiratory tract of the patient, the trachea, the bronchus, the small bronchus and the lung are contracted to cause the obstruction of the airway, so that the lung of the patient is poor in ventilation effect, and the discomfort of the patient is caused.

Therefore, respiratory patients need a high temperature ventilator that can elevate inspiratory temperature.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the problems and provides a high-temperature respirator. In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a high-temperature breathing machine comprises a water tank, a heating assembly, a breathing assembly and an electric control assembly, wherein the heating assembly is arranged at the bottom of the water tank and heats the water tank, and a gas storage cavity is arranged at the upper part of the water tank;

the breathing assembly comprises an air inlet pipe, a fan, an air outlet, a breathing pipe and a breathing mask, the air inlet pipe is externally connected with an air supply device, air and oxygen enter the air inlet pipe together, enter the air storage cavity after being driven by the fan, and then reach the breathing mask through the air outlet and the breathing pipe in sequence after being heated by the water tank and the heating assembly for people to breathe;

the electric control assembly comprises a first control switch for controlling the power of the heating assembly and a second control switch for controlling the power of the fan.

As an improvement, the electric control assembly further comprises a temperature control probe and a display screen for displaying the temperature of the water tank, and the temperature control probe monitors the temperature in the water tank.

As an improvement, a nose lip film is arranged in the breathing mask, the nose lip film wraps the skin of the face, and air holes are only formed in the positions corresponding to the mouth and the nostrils.

The invention has the advantages that:

The water vapor can heat oxygen and prevent respiratory tract dryness. The invention can control the temperature of the water tank and the water vapor in a precise range, and prevent the respiratory tract from being damaged due to overhigh temperature in the breathing mask.

Detailed Description

The present invention will be described in detail and specifically with reference to the following examples so as to facilitate the understanding of the present invention, but the following examples do not limit the scope of the present invention.

Example 1

The embodiment discloses a high-temperature breathing machine, which comprises a water tank 1, a heating component 2, a breathing component 3 and an electric control component 4. The heating component 2 is arranged at the bottom of the water tank 1 and heats the water tank 1, the upper part of the water tank 1 is a gas storage cavity 11, and the side part of the water tank 1 is provided with a water level observation window 12. The heating component 2 is a heating pipe inserted into the bottom of the water tank 1.

The breathing assembly 3 comprises an inlet duct 31, a fan 32, an outlet opening 33, a breathing duct 34 and a breathing mask 35. The air inlet pipe 31 is externally connected with an air supply device, air enters the air inlet pipe 31, enters the air storage cavity 11 after being driven by the fan 32, is heated by the water tank 1 and the heating assembly 2, and then sequentially reaches the breathing mask 35 through the air outlet 33 and the breathing pipe 34 to be breathed by people.

The breathing tube 34 is a medical corrugated breathing tube, and is formed by mixing polyethylene and polypropylene and blowing. The breathing mask 35 is internally provided with a nose lip film 36, the nose lip film 36 wraps the facial skin, and only the positions corresponding to the mouth part and the nostrils are provided with vent holes 361 so as to prevent the facial skin from being damaged by high-temperature gas. The breathing mask 35 has exhalation vents 351 on both sides.

The electric control assembly 4 comprises a first control switch 41 for controlling the power of the heating assembly 2, a second control switch 42 for controlling the power of the fan 32, a temperature control probe 43 and a display screen 44 for displaying the temperature of the water tank, wherein the temperature control probe 43 monitors the temperature in the water tank 1. The first control switch 41 sets the operating temperature in the water tank 1 and the temperature control probe 43 controls the power of the heating assembly 2 according to the operating temperature of the water tank 1.

The top of the water tank 1 is provided with a sealing cover 13, the air inlet pipe 31 is arranged at the lower part of the side of the air storage cavity 11, and the air outlet 33 is arranged on the sealing cover 13. The water tank 1 is made of 304 stainless steel, and the temperature control probe 43 is attached to the surface of the outer wall of the water tank 1. The highest water level line 14 is arranged in the water tank 1, and the highest water level line 14 is arranged at a position 10-30mm below the air inlet pipe 31.

Before the water tank is used, the sealing cover 13 is opened to fill water into the water tank 1, and the water quantity does not exceed the highest water level line 14. The first control switch 41 is then turned on to heat the water in the water tank 1 and cause it to produce water vapor. Connect the intake pipe 31 to the oxygen hose externally (connect on oxygen bag 5 under the domestic condition), open second control switch 42 and make oxygen get into inside heating of water tank 1, then transmit to respirator 35 department through respiratory component 3, the user can begin to inhale high temperature oxygen.

Before the high-temperature oxygen inhalation, the temperature of the breathing mask 35 may be measured by a hand-held thermometer, and the operating temperature of the first control switch 41 may be calculated by a proportional equation according to the tolerance of the individual. The recommended inhalation temperature is 42 ℃ to 58 ℃. Above 58 ℃ the patient is usually intolerant, while below 42 ℃ the virus inactivation efficiency is reduced. The power of the heating assembly 2 and the fan 32 is adjusted by the first control switch 41 and the second control switch 42 respectively to achieve the effect of controlling the temperature.
