The invention provides an outdoor board structure taking waste templates as basic materials and a production process, which mainly use the waste templates of buildings, and the invention lays rotary-cut log veneers in a longitudinal lap joint manner and in a transverse butt joint manner, so that the outturn percentage advantage of the rotary cutting of short wood is converted into infinite-length materials, and the strength and the deformation resistance are increased. the upper armor layer sequentially comprises a first veneer layer 1 and a second veneer layer 2 from top to bottom;

the lower armor layer sequentially comprises a third veneer layer 3 and a fourth veneer layer 4 from top to bottom;

the first veneer layer 1 is formed by sequentially overlapping and laying a plurality of log rotary-cut veneers along the length of a finished product material in a wood fiber direction, and the overlapping part 8 is shown in fig. 4.
