The goose down with the natural thickness of 6cm is uniformly distributed with the fiber net: goose down is fed from a feeding port of the dispersion mechanism (1), a first motor (116) and a second motor (124) of the dispersion mechanism (1) are started to drive an upper dispersion roller (113) and a lower dispersion roller (121) to rotate, thereby driving the other dispersion rollers, controlling the rotating speed of the upper dispersion roller to be 110 r/min and the rotating speed of the lower dispersion roller to be 140 r/min, the method comprises the steps that goose down is dispersedly fed into a down storage mechanism (2) under the action of a dispersing roller, a photoelectric sensor (22) is started, a third motor (32) of a net laying mechanism (1) is started, a down outlet roller (31) is driven to rotate, the rotating speed of the motor is adjusted to enable the rotating speed of the down outlet roller (31) to 130 revolutions per minute, the down outlet roller (31) controls the falling quantity and volume of the goose down, and a goose down uniformly-distributed fiber net with the natural thickness of 6cm is prepared under the action of two baffles (35) on the upper box surface of a goose down channel (34).

Quasi-single-layer uniform distribution of duck down fiber web: the duck down lump body is fed into the dispersing mechanism, the first motor (116) and the second motor (124) of the dispersing mechanism (1) are adjusted to drive the upper three dispersing rollers (113) and the lower dispersing roller (121) to rotate, so that the other dispersing rollers are driven, the rotating speed of the upper dispersing roller is 50 rpm, the rotating speed of the lower dispersing roller is 80 rpm, the duck down is dispersed under the action of the dispersing rollers, then loose down enters the down storage mechanism (2), the photoelectric sensor (22) is started, the third motor (32) of the lapping mechanism (3) is started, the down outlet roller (31) is driven to rotate, the rotating speed of the motor is adjusted to enable the rotating speed of the down outlet roller (31) to reach 90 rpm, the down outlet roller (31) controls the falling quantity and volume of the duck down, and the single-layer duck down uniformly-distributed fiber net is prepared under the action of two baffle plates (35) on the upper box surface of the channel (34).

Sorting down heterochromatic down: goose down is fed from a feeding port of a dispersing mechanism (1), a first motor (116) and a second motor (124) of the dispersing mechanism (1) are started to drive an upper dispersing roller (113) and a lower dispersing roller (121) to rotate so as to drive the other dispersing rollers, the rotating speed of the upper dispersing roller is controlled to be 80 revolutions per minute, the rotating speed of the lower dispersing roller is controlled to be 110 revolutions per minute, the goose down is dispersed under the action of a plurality of dispersing rollers, then the goose down enters a down storage mechanism (2), a photoelectric sensor (22) is started, a third motor (32) of a lapping mechanism (1) is started to drive a down outlet roller (31) to rotate, the rotating speed of the motor is adjusted so that the rotating speed of the down outlet roller (31) is 100 revolutions per minute, the down outlet roller (31) controls the falling quantity and volume of the goose down, and then a goose down fiber net with the natural thickness of 3.0cm is prepared under the action of two baffles (35) on the upper box surface of a goose down channel (34), the goose down is evenly distributed on the fiber net. And entering a next procedure, detecting and judging whether the different-color goose down exists or not through camera shooting, and correspondingly controlling the down grabbing mechanism to grab the different-color goose down.
