The applicant has unexpectedly found that the selection of different photoinitiators in the system also has an effect on the adhesion of the paint film, and when the selected initiator is benzoin dimethyl ether, the curing speed of the primer can be accelerated, and the adhesion of the primer to the PS plastic substrate can be promoted.

in the prior art, the phenomenon that a paint film falls off easily after the UV primer is sprayed on a PS plastic substrate is caused by poor adhesion between the UV primer and the PS plastic substrate, and the applicant finds that in the research, when the specific modified acrylic resin is selected to be compounded with two UV monomers with different structures, the modified epoxy acrylate and the phosphate, the prepared UV primer has excellent adhesive force with a PS plastic substrate, the applicant considers that the possible reason is that the resins with different viscosities and functionalities generate a synergistic effect in the curing process to promote the uniform balance of crosslinking curing, meanwhile, two UV monomers with different structures are compounded in a specific proportion, and the two UV monomers generate complementary effects, particularly because the UV monomer A can increase the adhesive force of a paint film, but the curing reaction is slow, the curing speed of a paint film and the hardness of the paint film are influenced, and the defect can be compensated by adding a proper amount of UV monomer B. In addition, the solvent is compounded by adopting butyl acetate and ethyl acetate, so that the resin is dissolved more completely, different temperature gradients of a system in the using process can be met, the viscosity of the system can be adjusted, and the film forming speed of a paint film can be further improved.
