In recent years, with the economic development and the improvement of the living standard of people, disposable sanitary products enter thousands of households, at present, the disposable sanitary products mainly comprise baby diapers, adult diapers, disposable nursing pads and sanitary towels, at present, materials for preparing the disposable sanitary products generally comprise PP or PET non-woven fabrics, PE films, water-absorbing polymers, dust-free paper, spandex filaments, wet strength paper and the like, and the materials are bonded by using hot melt adhesives in the preparation process.

Because the disposable sanitary products are used for absorbing liquid excrement of human bodies, the paper diapers, the sanitary towels and the like can absorb water and become wet after contacting the liquid excrement, the existing hot melt adhesive is generally physically adsorbed and mechanically anchored in the bonding mechanism, the existing hot melt adhesive bonding material is adopted, and the hot melt adhesive can be easily separated from the adherend after wetting, so that part of materials in the disposable sanitary products can lose the bonding force with the hot melt adhesive instantly to be layered after absorbing water and becoming wet, and the reduction causes the change of the structures of the products such as the paper diapers and the sanitary towels during use, thereby influencing the reduction of the water absorption performance of the products, the concentration of the water absorption position caused by the structural displacement and the influence on the comfort of consumers.

Especially, in recent years, as the consumption level of people rises, the requirements on the properties such as comfort, naturalness, no stimulation, natural environmental protection, recyclability, degradability and the like are increased, a large amount of natural materials such as wood pulp, pure cotton, bamboo fiber materials and the like are introduced into production materials of disposable sanitary products, the content of dust-free paper and wet strength paper is relatively increased, and the natural materials are well bonded by common hot melt adhesives, so that the bonding strength is greatly reduced or delaminated after the materials absorb water and become wet, and the functionality and the comfort of the products are influenced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an epoxy resin modified hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for disposable sanitary products, which is characterized in that the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive and a bonded substrate containing a natural material can be reacted into a whole by adding the epoxy resin into the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive, so that the adhesive force and the stability of the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive can be effectively improved, and the problem that the disposable sanitary products prepared by using the natural material are easy to layer after absorbing water and becoming wet is solved.

The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the epoxy resin modified hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the disposable sanitary products, which is simple to operate and can effectively avoid the aging of the raw materials by setting the operating temperature.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

If the amount of the mineral oil is too large, the colloid is too soft to be formed; if the amount of mineral oil is too small, the colloid is too thick to be used for coating.

It is worth to be noted that the novolac epoxy resin is solid, and after the novolac epoxy resin is added into the system, the prepared epoxy resin modified hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive has good high-temperature resistance effect; most of BPA type epoxy resin and BPF type epoxy resin are liquid, the low temperature resistant effect of the epoxy resin modified hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive prepared by adding the BPA type epoxy resin and the BPF type epoxy resin into the system is good, and in the actual production, the proper type of epoxy resin can be selected according to the requirements of consumers.

Further, the matrix resin is SBS and/or SIS;

Specifically, SBS adopts organic lithium as initiator, takes styrene and butadiene as raw materials to synthesize styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer, SIS is called styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer entirely, is a thermoplastic elastomer generated by styrene and isoprene solution polymerization, has the characteristics of good fluidity, low emulsion degree and good compatibility with additives, and in addition, has good electrical property, light transmission, air permeability and five polluting properties.

It is worth mentioning that, because the matrix resin has a larger molecular weight than other raw materials, if the matrix resin is added and mixed with other raw materials, a large amount of matrix resin cannot be uniformly fused with other raw materials, and the finished product is unqualified, when the epoxy resin modified hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive is prepared, the mineral oil and the matrix resin are uniformly melted, and then the other raw materials are added, the melting is slower when the temperature is lower, the melting is faster when the temperature is higher, but the temperature is too high, the matrix resin can age, the molecular chain is broken too much, the adhesive force of the finished product is reduced, and the antioxidant is added to reduce the aging of the matrix resin.

Most of the tackifying resin is solid material, and the epoxy resin is liquid material, so the tackifying resin is added into the component A for heating and melting in the step (3), the temperature in the reaction kettle can be reduced in the melting process of the tackifying resin, the aging of the material is further reduced, and finally the liquid epoxy resin is added and uniformly mixed, so that the epoxy resin modified hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive can be obtained.

Further, in the step (2), the mineral oil, the matrix resin and the antioxidant are added into a reaction kettle, heated to 120-150 ℃, and uniformly stirred to obtain the component A.

In the step (2), the melting of the matrix resin is facilitated at 120-150 ℃, and the aging of the matrix resin caused by long-time heating is avoided.

Further, after tackifying resin and epoxy resin are added into the component A in the step (3), the temperature needs to be kept at 120-150 ℃, the mixture is uniformly stirred, and the mixture is vacuumized to obtain the epoxy resin modified hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive.

Because the petroleum resin and the epoxy resin can become liquid when reaching the softening point and are easy to be mixed uniformly, if the temperature is too high, the petroleum resin and the epoxy resin can be aged, preferably, in the actual preparation process, the temperature of the step (2) is set to be slightly higher than that of the step (3), and the raw materials can be further prevented from being aged.

The technical scheme of the invention is further illustrated by combining specific examples and comparative examples.

Example 1

The epoxy resin modified hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the disposable sanitary products comprises, by mass, 30% of matrix resin, 44.5% of tackifying resin, 20% of mineral oil, 5% of epoxy resin and 0.5% of antioxidant.

Wherein the mineral oil is composed of 10% naphthenic oil and 10% wax base oil, the base resin is composed of 14% SBS188E and 16% SBSC540, and the tackifying resin is composed of 20% hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin and 24.5% hydrogenated C9C5 petroleum resin.

The preparation method of the epoxy resin modified hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises the following steps:

(1) weighing the raw materials according to the formula ratio;

(2) adding 10% of naphthenic oil (ClarityKN 4010), 10% of paraffin-based oil (KP6010), 14% of SBS188E, 16% of SBSC540 and 0.5% of antioxidant into a reaction kettle according to mass percent, heating to 120-150 ℃, and uniformly mixing to obtain a component A;

(3) adding 20% hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin (Lianchao FM100), 24.5% hydrogenated C9C5 petroleum resin (Zhongke information source and Zhongke information source) and 5% epoxy resin (Balin petrochemical 128) into the component A, keeping the temperature at 120 ℃, stirring uniformly, and finally vacuumizing to remove bubbles to obtain the epoxy resin modified hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive.

Comparative example

The raw materials of the common hot melt adhesive comprise 30% of matrix resin, 47.5% of tackifying resin, 22% of naphthenic oil and 0.5% of antioxidant, and the raw materials of the common hot melt adhesive do not comprise epoxy resin.

Wherein the naphthenic oil is a 4010 product of Clarity, the matrix resin is composed of 16% SEBS and 14% SSBR, and the tackifying resin is composed of 23% hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin and 24.5% hydrogenated C9C5 petroleum resin. The preparation method of the common hot melt adhesive is similar to that of example 1.

Specifically, the epoxy resin modified hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive prepared in example 1 and the common hot-melt adhesive prepared in the comparative example were sprayed, and the dry peel property and the wet peel property of the two were measured for the following adhesive substrates, and the measurement results are shown in table 1 below:

As can be seen from the above table, the epoxy resin modified hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive in this embodiment has better adhesion to PP non-woven fabric, wet strength paper, wood pulp, bamboo fiber non-woven fabric, bamboo charcoal fiber non-woven fabric, pure cotton spunlace fabric and non-woven fabric, and the wet peeling is kept good after the substrate becomes wet after imbibing, so that the epoxy resin modified hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive in this embodiment can be used for disposable hygienic products made of various materials, and can effectively reduce the delamination phenomenon of the product after imbibing, well maintain the integrity of the disposable hygienic product, avoid the problems of lumping, breaking, leakage and the like of the product, make the consumer wear more comfortable and drier, and solve the problems of adhesion reduction or delamination of the disposable hygienic product after wetting in the prior art.

In the comparative example, when the common hot melt adhesive is dried, the adhesive force of the common hot melt adhesive and the bonded substrate is sharply reduced after the common hot melt adhesive absorbs water and becomes wet, particularly, the wet peeling force of the bonded substrate made of natural materials such as the wet strength paper, the wood pulp, the bamboo fiber non-woven fabric, the bamboo charcoal fiber non-woven fabric, the pure cotton spunlace fabric and the dust-free paper is greatly reduced, and the wet peeling force is close to 0, so that the disposable sanitary product made of the natural materials loses the adhesive force and is layered when absorbing the liquid, and the function and the comfort level of users are influenced.

Example 2

The epoxy resin modified hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the disposable sanitary products comprises, by mass, 20% of matrix resin, 51.5% of tackifying resin, 20% of mineral oil, 8% of epoxy resin and 0.5% of antioxidant.

Wherein the mineral oil consists of 10% naphthenic oil and 10% paraffin-based oil; the matrix resin consists of 8% SIS1209 (barlington), 7% SBS3545 (luo chang) and 5% SIS1300 (poly saint); the tackifying resin consists of 20 percent of hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin, 15 percent of Islam monomer resin F100 and 16.5 percent of Kemao glycerol modified rosin resin KD-100L.

The preparation method of the epoxy resin modified hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive in this embodiment is as follows:

(1) weighing the raw materials according to the formula ratio;

(2) adding 10% of naphthenic oil (ClarityKN 4006), 10% of paraffin-based oil (KP6010), 8% of SIS1209, 7% of SBS3545, 5% of SIS1300 and 0.5% of antioxidant into a reaction kettle according to mass percent, heating to 130 ℃, and uniformly mixing to obtain a component A;

(2) adding 20% of hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin (Islam MBG295), 15% of Islam monomer resin F100, 16.5% of komao glycerol modified rosin resin KD-100L and 8% of epoxy resin (Ktao KB-28) into the component A, keeping the temperature at 120 ℃, uniformly stirring, and vacuumizing to remove bubbles to obtain the epoxy resin modified hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive.

The epoxy resin modified hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the disposable sanitary products comprises, by mass, 20% of matrix resin, 46.5% of tackifying resin, 25% of mineral oil, 8% of epoxy resin and 0.5% of antioxidant.

Wherein the mineral oil consists of 12.5% naphthenic oil and 12.5% paraffin-based oil; the matrix resin was composed of 8% SIS2600 (Poly san Co.), 5% SBS188E (Ba Ling petrochemical Co.), 7% SIS5562 (Li Chang Rong Co.); the tackifying resin consisted of 10% hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin (rhesus HA100), 15% hydrogenated C9 resin (eastman C6100SD), and 21.5% pentaerythritol modified rosin resin (komao 146A).

The preparation method of the epoxy resin modified hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive in this embodiment is as follows:

(1) weighing the raw materials according to the formula ratio;

(2) according to the mass percent, 12.5 percent of naphthenic oil (ClarityKN 4006), 12.5 percent of paraffin-based oil (KP6010), 8 percent of SIS2600 (Poly Sheng), 5 percent of SBS188E (Barlingpetrochemical), 7 percent of SIS5562 (Liangrong company) and 0.5 percent of antioxidant are added into a reaction kettle, heated to 150 ℃, and mixed uniformly to obtain a component A;

(2) adding 10% of hydrogenated C9 petroleum resin (Heng HA100), 15% of hydrogenated C9 resin (Istman C6100SD), 21.5% of pentaerythritol modified rosin resin (Kemao company 146A) and 8% of BPF type epoxy resin (NPEF 170 of south Asia of Taiwan) into the component A, keeping the temperature at 130 ℃, stirring uniformly, and vacuumizing to remove bubbles to obtain the epoxy resin modified hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive.

The epoxy resin modified hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive obtained in the embodiment is sprayed by a Dainate hot-melt adhesive machine, the temperature of the adhesive machine in the spraying process is set to 140 ℃ of an adhesive cylinder, 145 ℃ of a rubber tube, 150 ℃ of an adhesive gun, 150 ℃ of atomizing air, and the gluing amount is 2g/m2As can be seen from the following table, the epoxy resin modified hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive of this embodiment has good performance in bonding various materials, and the bonding test results are as follows:

Example 4

The epoxy resin modified hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive for the disposable sanitary products comprises, by mass, 15% of matrix resin, 52.5% of tackifying resin, 28% of mineral oil, 4% of epoxy resin and 0.5% of antioxidant.

Wherein the mineral oil consists of 14% of oil changed and 14% of paraffin-based oil; the matrix resin is composed of 5% of SIS2600 (Polysaint), 6% of SBS C540 (Dynasol) and 4% of SBS3545 (Liangrong); the tackifying resin consisted of 15% hydrogenated C5C9 copolymerized petroleum resin (exxon E5600), 15% hydrogenated C9 resin (cologne P100) and 22.5% pentaerythritol modified rosin resin (146 from komata).

The preparation method of the epoxy resin modified hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive in this embodiment is as follows:

(1) weighing the raw materials according to the formula ratio;

(2) according to the mass percent, adding 14 percent of naphthenic oil (ClarityKN 4006), 14 percent of paraffin-based oil (KP6010), 5 percent of PolySheng SIS2600, 6 percent of Dynax SBS C540, 4 percent of Liangrong SBS3545 and 0.5 percent of antioxidant into a reaction kettle, heating to 120-150 ℃, and uniformly mixing to obtain a component A;

(2) adding 15% of Exxon hydrogenated C5C9 copolymerized petroleum resin E5600, 15% of Kelong hydrogenated C9 resin P100, 16.5% of Kemao pentaerythritol modified rosin resin 146 and 4% of BPF Kelong phenolic aldehyde type epoxy resin (KEP1131) into the component A, keeping the temperature at 110-130 ℃, uniformly stirring, vacuumizing and removing bubbles to obtain the epoxy resin modified hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive.

The epoxy resin modified hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive obtained in the embodiment is sprayed by a Dainate hot-melt adhesive machine, the temperature of the adhesive machine in the spraying process is set to 120 ℃ of an adhesive cylinder, 125 ℃ of a rubber tube, 130 ℃ of an adhesive gun, 130 ℃ of atomizing air, and the gluing amount is 2g/m2As can be seen from the following table, the epoxy resin modified hot melt pressure sensitive adhesive of this embodiment has good performance in bonding various materials, and the bonding test results are as follows:
