4. The alcohol-based solid fuel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the raw material further comprises 0.01-0.03 part of pigment and 0.01-0.03 part of essence.

5. The alcohol-based solid fuel according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the gelling agent is one or both of stearic acid and nitrocellulose.

6. The alcohol-based solid fuel as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the heating agent is a C5 compound or gasoline, and the C5 compound is n-pentane, isopentane, neopentane or pentene.

7. The alcohol-based solid fuel according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the cosolvent is one or both of ethanol and acetone.

8. The alcohol-based solid fuel as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the smoke suppressor is an organosilicon and methanol in a mass ratio of (1-2): 1.

9. The preparation method of the alcohol-based solid fuel according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the following steps:

dissolving sodium hydroxide in water, mixing with methanol and ethanol, and heating in water bath to obtain a mixed solution;

mixing the heat booster and the cosolvent, adding the mixture into the mixed solution, continuously heating, adding the smoke suppressor, the pigment, the essence and the gelatinizer in sequence while stirring, pouring the mixture into a mould after fully stirring, and cooling to obtain the alcohol-based solid fuel.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of alcohol-based fuels, in particular to an alcohol-based solid fuel and a preparation method thereof.

Background

With the development of economy and society, the consumption and shortage of petroleum resources are always puzzling the society, and particularly, the use of the petroleum resources in the aspect of fuel causes serious environmental pollution.

The alcohol-based fuel is a green and environment-friendly energy source, and compared with coal, coal tar, heavy oil, diesel oil and gasoline, the alcohol-based fuel is completely combusted, has the highest heat conversion efficiency, is mainly discharged by water and carbon dioxide, is the cleanest, most environment-friendly and most potential fuel in the future, and is gradually widely applied. The alcohol-based fuel is prepared by taking alcohols (such as methanol, ethanol, butanol and the like) as main materials, exists in a liquid or solid form, is biomass energy, is the same as nuclear energy, solar energy, wind energy and water energy, and is environment-friendly clean energy which is widely popularized by governments of various countries at present; in the face of exhaustion of petrochemical energy, the alcohol-based fuel is the most potential novel alternative energy and is deeply favored by enterprises and organizations of various countries; the alcohol-based fuel is easy to produce and can be obtained like alcohol wine in the future, the alcohol-based fuel has obvious economic comparability, compared with liquefied gas, diesel oil and kerosene, the optimal characteristic is high thermal efficiency, the advantages of the alcohol-based fuel have attracted attention in the industry since 2008, but the technical difficulty of the alcohol-based fuel is large, and the deep technical research and practice are needed for synthesizing the fuel which is comparable with the gasoline and the diesel oil.

The alcohol-based liquid fuel is the more common alcohol-based liquid fuel in the alcohol-based fuel, but the alcohol-based liquid fuel generally needs to be stored in a tempering tank, so that the danger coefficient is higher. The existing alcohol solidified fuel is mainly a solidified fuel prepared from liquid alkali, ethanol, water, stearic acid (or arachidic acid) and the like, has the characteristics of safe and convenient use and the like, but generates black smoke during combustion to influence the environmental sanitation.

Aiming at the defects of the existing alcohol-based solid fuel, the invention provides an environment-friendly alcohol-based fuel and a preparation method thereof.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an alcohol-based solid fuel which has the advantages of high combustion value, no black smoke generation, no melting and the like.

The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the alcohol-based solid fuel, which can prepare the alcohol-based solid fuel simply and conveniently.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is realized by adopting the following technical scheme.

In one aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an alcohol-based solid fuel, which includes the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of methanol, 8-15 parts of ethanol, 2-4 parts of sodium hydroxide, 3-5 parts of water, 2-5 parts of a gelling agent, 1-3 parts of a heating agent, 5-8 parts of a cosolvent and 3-5 parts of a smoke suppressor.

On the other hand, the embodiment of the application provides a preparation method of an alcohol-based solid fuel, which comprises the following steps:

dissolving sodium hydroxide in water, mixing with methanol and ethanol, and heating in water bath to obtain a mixed solution;

mixing the heat booster and the cosolvent, adding the mixture into the mixed solution, continuously heating, adding the smoke suppressor, the pigment, the essence and the gelatinizer in sequence while stirring, pouring the mixture into a mould after fully stirring, and cooling to obtain the alcohol-based solid fuel.

Compared with the prior art, the embodiment of the invention has at least the following advantages or beneficial effects:

the methanol and ethanol are used as main fuels, and sodium hydroxide and water are added to play a stable role in the main fuels and prevent the main fuels from being vaporized; adding gelatinizer to form solid after cooling, convenient for carrying and cutting, and making the fuel not melt during combustion; the combustion value of the fuel can be improved by adding the heat booster, the combustion efficiency is promoted, the raw materials are good in intersolubility and not layered by adding the cosolvent, and the cosolvent can be used as a solvent of the heat booster to improve the dispersibility of the heat booster in the fuel; the smoke suppressor is added to promote the combustion of methanol and ethanol, reduce the generation of smoke and improve the environmental protection of the fuel. In addition, the invention can also add pigment and essence, improve the appearance and smell of the fuel, make it have better practicability.

The preparation method comprises the steps of sequentially adding and mixing the raw materials under the condition of water bath heating, ensuring that the raw materials are fully mixed under the condition of safety, avoiding the phenomenon that the fuel is volatilized at an overhigh temperature, and cooling after the gel is added to obtain the alcohol-based solid fuel.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below. The examples, in which specific conditions are not specified, were conducted under conventional conditions or conditions recommended by the manufacturer. The reagents or instruments used are not indicated by the manufacturer, and are all conventional products available commercially.

It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be combined with each other without conflict. The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples.

The alcohol-based solid fuel comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of methanol, 8-15 parts of ethanol, 2-4 parts of sodium hydroxide, 3-5 parts of water, 2-5 parts of a gelling agent, 1-3 parts of a heating agent, 5-8 parts of a cosolvent and 3-5 parts of a smoke suppressor. The invention adopts the combination of methanol and ethanol as main fuel, the steam pressure is lower than that of the traditional gasoline fuel, the specific gravity is high, and the steam is not easy to volatilize and float upwards, so the risk of ignition is lower, the conductivity is better, the combustion performance is good, and the combustion is more complete. In some embodiments of the present invention, the alcohol-based solid fuel includes the following raw materials in parts by weight: 74 parts of methanol, 10 parts of ethanol, 3 parts of sodium hydroxide, 4 parts of water, 3 parts of a gelling agent, 2 parts of a heating agent, 6 parts of a cosolvent and 3 parts of a smoke suppressor.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the alcohol-based solid fuel includes the following raw materials in parts by weight: 76 parts of methanol, 8 parts of ethanol, 4 parts of sodium hydroxide, 3 parts of water, 4 parts of a gelling agent, 1 part of a heating agent, 5 parts of a cosolvent and 4 parts of a smoke suppressor.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the raw materials further comprise 0.01 to 0.03 parts of pigment and 0.01 to 0.03 parts of essence. The pigment and the essence can increase the advantages of the fuel in vision and smell, especially the essence can cover the alcohol smell of the fuel, and the applicability of the fuel is improved.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the gelling agent is one or both of stearic acid and nitrocellulose. The stearic acid is composed of saturated fatty acid mainly comprising C16 and C18, is insoluble in water, slightly soluble in benzene and carbon disulfide, easily soluble in hot ethanol, non-toxic and tasteless, and has general chemical universality of organic carboxylic acid.

In some embodiments of the invention, the heating agent is a C5 compound or gasoline, and the C5 compound is n-pentane, isopentane, neopentane, or pentene. The heat increasing agent can improve the combustion value of the fuel, promote the combustion, enable the combustion to be more sufficient and reduce the generation of black smoke caused by incomplete combustion.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the cosolvent is one or both of ethanol and acetone. The ethanol and the acetone can dissolve the C5 compound, so that the C5 compound is uniformly dispersed in the fuel and plays a role in promoting the combustion of the fuel.

In some embodiments of the invention, the smoke suppressor is an organosilicon and methanol in a mass ratio of (1-2): 1. The methanol can be used as a main fuel and a smoke suppressor, and particularly when the methanol is matched with organic silicon, the methanol can promote the combustion of the fuel and reduce the generation of black smoke.

A preparation method of an alcohol-based solid fuel comprises the following steps:

dissolving sodium hydroxide in water, mixing with methanol and ethanol, and heating in water bath to obtain a mixed solution I;

mixing the heat booster and the cosolvent, adding the mixture into the mixed solution I, continuously heating, sequentially adding the smoke suppressor, the pigment, the essence and the gelatinizer while stirring, fully stirring, pouring into a mold, and cooling to obtain the alcohol-based solid fuel.

The main combustion agent is mixed, then the heat booster, the cosolvent, the xiaoyiji, the pigment and the essence are sequentially added under the condition of continuous heating, and finally the gel is added, wherein the sequence can ensure the uniform mixing of all the raw materials and does not influence the solidification of the fuel.

In some embodiments of the present invention, the temperature of the water bath heating is 70-80 ℃. The water bath heating at the temperature can promote the dissolution and mixing of the raw materials and prevent the raw materials from volatilizing and burning.

The features and properties of the present invention are described in further detail below with reference to examples.

Example 1

An alcohol-based solid fuel comprising: 740g of methanol, 100g of ethanol, 30g of sodium hydroxide, 40g of water, 30g of gelling agent, 20g of heat booster, 60g of cosolvent, 30g of smoke suppressor and 0.1g of blue pigment.

In this example, the gelling agent is stearic acid, the heat booster is n-pentane, the cosolvent is ethanol, and the smoke suppressor is a mixture of silicone and methanol (in a mass ratio of 1: 1).

The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving sodium hydroxide in water, mixing with methanol and ethanol, and heating in 70 deg.C water bath to obtain mixed solution;

mixing a heat booster and a cosolvent, adding the mixture into the mixed solution, continuously heating at the temperature, sequentially adding a smoke suppressor, a blue pigment and a gelling agent while stirring, pouring the mixture into a mould after fully stirring, and cooling to obtain an alcohol-based solid fuel;

and cutting the cooled alcohol-based solid fuel into cube small blue blocks of 3cm multiplied by 3cm, and sealing and packaging.

Example 2

An alcohol-based solid fuel comprising: 760g of methanol, 80g of ethanol, 40g of sodium hydroxide, 30g of water, 40g of gelling agent, 10g of heat increasing agent, 50g of cosolvent and 40g of smoke suppressor.

In this example, the gelling agent is nitrocellulose, the heat booster is neopentane, the cosolvent is acetone, and the smoke suppressor is a mixture of silicone and methanol (mass ratio of 2: 1).

The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving sodium hydroxide in water, mixing with methanol and ethanol, and heating in 75 deg.C water bath to obtain mixed solution;

mixing a heating agent and a cosolvent, adding the mixture into the mixed solution, continuously heating at the temperature, sequentially adding a smoke suppressor and a gelling agent while stirring, fully stirring, pouring the mixture into a mold, and cooling to obtain the alcohol-based solid fuel;

and cutting the cooled alcohol-based solid fuel into small cubes of 4cm multiplied by 4cm, and sealing and packaging the small cubes.

Example 3

An alcohol-based solid fuel comprising: 780g of methanol, 150g of ethanol, 20g of sodium hydroxide, 40g of water, 50g of gelling agent, 20g of heat increasing agent, 80g of cosolvent and 50g of smoke suppressor.

In this example, the gelling agent is nitrocellulose, the heat booster is isopentane, the cosolvent is acetone, and the smoke suppressor is a mixture of silicone and methanol (mass ratio of 1: 1).

The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving sodium hydroxide in water, mixing with methanol and ethanol, and heating in 72 deg.C water bath to obtain mixed solution;

mixing a heating agent and a cosolvent, adding the mixture into the mixed solution, continuously heating at the temperature, sequentially adding a smoke suppressor and a gelling agent while stirring, fully stirring, pouring the mixture into a mold, and cooling to obtain the alcohol-based solid fuel;

and cutting the cooled alcohol-based solid fuel into small cubes of 5cm multiplied by 5cm, and sealing and packaging.

Example 4

An alcohol-based solid fuel comprising: 700g of methanol, 80g of ethanol, 30g of sodium hydroxide, 50g of water, 25g of gelling agent, 15g of heat booster, 50g of cosolvent and 34g of smoke suppressor.

In this example, the gelling agent is stearic acid, the heating agent is amylene, the cosolvent is ethanol and acetone (mass ratio of 1: 1), and the smoke suppressant is a mixture of silicone and methanol (mass ratio of 1: 1).

The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving sodium hydroxide in water, mixing with methanol and ethanol, and heating in 80 deg.C water bath to obtain mixed solution;

mixing a heating agent and a cosolvent, adding the mixture into the mixed solution, continuously heating at the temperature, sequentially adding a smoke suppressor and a gelling agent while stirring, fully stirring, pouring the mixture into a mold, and cooling to obtain the alcohol-based solid fuel;

and cutting the cooled alcohol-based solid fuel into small cubes of 3cm multiplied by 3cm, and sealing and packaging.

Example 5

An alcohol-based solid fuel comprising: 800g of methanol, 85g of ethanol, 35g of sodium hydroxide, 45g of water, 28g of gelling agent, 20g of heat booster, 70g of cosolvent and 30g of smoke suppressor.

In this example, the gelling agent is stearic acid and nitrocellulose (mass ratio of 1: 1), the heating agent is gasoline, the cosolvent is acetone, and the smoke suppressor is a mixture of silicone and methanol (mass ratio of 2: 1).

The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving sodium hydroxide in water, mixing with methanol and ethanol, and heating in 75 deg.C water bath to obtain mixed solution;

mixing a heating agent and a cosolvent, adding the mixture into the mixed solution, continuously heating at the temperature, sequentially adding a smoke suppressor and a gelling agent while stirring, fully stirring, pouring the mixture into a mold, and cooling to obtain the alcohol-based solid fuel;

and cutting the cooled alcohol-based solid fuel into small cubes of 3cm multiplied by 3cm, and sealing and packaging.

Example 6

An alcohol-based solid fuel comprising: 730g of methanol, 105g of ethanol, 40g of sodium hydroxide, 40g of water, 22g of gelling agent, 10g of heat booster, 75g of cosolvent, 28g of smoke suppressor, 0.2g of blue pigment and 0.1g of essence.

In this example, the gelling agent is stearic acid, the heat booster is n-pentane, the cosolvent is acetone, and the smoke suppressor is a mixture of silicone and methanol (in a mass ratio of 2: 1).

The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving sodium hydroxide in water, mixing with methanol and ethanol, and heating in 75 deg.C water bath to obtain mixed solution;

mixing a heat booster and a cosolvent, adding the mixture into the mixed solution, continuously heating at the temperature, sequentially adding a smoke suppressor, a pigment, an essence and a gelling agent while stirring, fully stirring, pouring the mixture into a mold, and cooling to obtain an alcohol-based solid fuel;

Example 7

An alcohol-based solid fuel comprising: 790g of methanol, 90g of ethanol, 30g of sodium hydroxide, 40g of water, 48g of gelling agent, 20g of heat booster, 70g of cosolvent, 30g of smoke suppressor, 0.2g of blue pigment and 0.2g of essence.

In this example, the gelling agent is stearic acid, the heat booster is n-pentane, the cosolvent is ethanol, and the smoke suppressor is a mixture of silicone and methanol (in a mass ratio of 2: 1).

The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving sodium hydroxide in water, mixing with methanol and ethanol, and heating in 78 deg.C water bath to obtain mixed solution;

mixing a heat booster and a cosolvent, adding the mixture into the mixed solution, continuously heating at the temperature, sequentially adding a smoke suppressor, a pigment, an essence and a gelling agent while stirring, fully stirring, pouring the mixture into a mold, and cooling to obtain an alcohol-based solid fuel;

An alcohol-based solid fuel comprising: 740g of methanol, 110g of ethanol, 25g of sodium hydroxide, 32g of water, 48g of gelling agent, 20g of heat booster, 65g of cosolvent, 30g of smoke suppressor, 0.2g of blue pigment and 0.2g of essence.

In this example, the gelling agent is stearic acid, the heat booster is n-pentane, the cosolvent is ethanol, and the smoke suppressor is a mixture of silicone and methanol (in a mass ratio of 1: 1).

The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving sodium hydroxide in water, mixing with methanol and ethanol, and heating in 75 deg.C water bath to obtain mixed solution;

mixing a heat booster and a cosolvent, adding the mixture into the mixed solution, continuously heating at the temperature, sequentially adding a smoke suppressor, a pigment, an essence and a gelling agent while stirring, fully stirring, pouring the mixture into a mold, and cooling to obtain an alcohol-based solid fuel;

Comparative example 1

This comparative example differs from example 1 in that no heat booster and no co-solvent were added.

An alcohol-based solid fuel comprising: 740g of methanol, 100g of ethanol, 30g of sodium hydroxide, 40g of water, 30g of gelling agent, 30g of smoke suppressor and 0.1 part of blue pigment.

In this example, the gelling agent was stearic acid, and the smoke suppressant was a mixture of silicone and methanol (in a mass ratio of 1: 1).

The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving sodium hydroxide in water, mixing with methanol and ethanol, and heating in 70 deg.C water bath to obtain mixed solution;

when the mixed solution is continuously heated at the temperature, sequentially adding the smoke suppressor and the gelatinizer while stirring, fully stirring, pouring into a mould, and cooling to obtain the alcohol-based solid fuel;

and cutting the cooled alcohol-based solid fuel into cube small blue blocks of 3cm multiplied by 3cm, and sealing and packaging.

Comparative example 2

This comparative example differs from example 1 in that no smoke suppressant is added.

An alcohol-based solid fuel comprising: 740g of methanol, 100g of ethanol, 30g of sodium hydroxide, 40g of water, 30g of gelling agent, 20g of heat booster, 60g of cosolvent and 0.1 part of blue pigment.

In this example, the gelling agent was stearic acid, the heat booster was n-pentane, and the cosolvent was ethanol.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: dissolving sodium hydroxide in water, mixing with methanol and ethanol, and heating in 70 deg.C water bath to obtain mixed solution;

mixing a heating agent and a cosolvent, adding the mixture into the mixed solution, continuously heating at the temperature, sequentially adding a smoke suppressor and a gelling agent while stirring, fully stirring, pouring the mixture into a mold, and cooling to obtain the alcohol-based solid fuel;

and cutting the cooled alcohol-based solid fuel into cube small blue blocks of 3cm multiplied by 3cm, and sealing and packaging.

Examples of the experiments

The alcohol-based solid fuels prepared in examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 2 were subjected to appearance evaluation and combustion tests, and the results are shown in tables 1 and 2, respectively.

As can be seen from Table 1, the fuels prepared in the embodiments 1 to 7 and the comparative example 2 of the invention can achieve the effects of uniform appearance color and smooth hand feeling, the colority of the fuels can be increased after the pigment is added, the ornamental effect is achieved, and the alcohol taste of the raw materials of the fuels can be covered after the essence is added. In comparative example 1, no heat booster and cosolvent were added, and the fuel prepared therefrom would precipitate upon cooling, and would have a phenomenon of significant stratification after cooling and solidification, especially a phenomenon of more significant color stratification after addition of a pigment.

As can be seen from tables 1 and 2, the alcohol-based solid fuel prepared by the embodiments 1 to 7 has better appearance and combustion. In particular, the calorific value and flame temperature were the highest and the combustion performance was the best in examples 1 and 2, and the appearance and smell were the best in examples 5 and 6. Comparative example 1 has little black smoke and incomplete combustion because no heating agent and cosolvent are added, the calorific value and flame temperature are not high; comparative example 2, in which no smoke suppressor was added, produced significant black smoke during combustion, which was not environmentally friendly.

In summary, the embodiment of the invention provides an alcohol-based solid fuel and a preparation method thereof. The methanol and ethanol are used as main fuels, sodium hydroxide and water are added as stabilizing agents, and gelling agents are added, so that the methanol and ethanol form a solid after being cooled, the methanol and ethanol fuel is convenient to carry and cut, and the fuel is not melted during combustion; the combustion efficiency of the fuel can be improved by adding the heat booster, the raw materials can have good intersolubility and are not layered by adding the cosolvent, and the cosolvent can be used as a solvent of the heat booster to improve the dispersibility of the heat booster in the fuel; the smoke suppressor is added to promote the combustion of methanol and ethanol, reduce the generation of smoke and increase the environmental protection of the fuel. In addition, the invention can also add pigment and essence, improve the appearance and smell of the fuel, make it have better practicability.

The preparation method comprises the steps of sequentially adding and mixing the raw materials under the condition of water bath heating, ensuring that the raw materials are fully mixed under the condition of safety, avoiding the phenomenon that the fuel is volatilized at an overhigh temperature, and cooling after the gel is added to obtain the alcohol-based solid fuel.
