Background

At present, in the traditional assembly process of the front lock body of the three-rod type lock, after a safety rod is inserted into a front winding drum from one side of a handle, the safety rod is pulled from one side of a square tube and simultaneously rotated to be clamped to a telescopic piece, and whether the safety rod is clamped in place or not needs to be judged manually when the safety rod is clamped with the telescopic piece due to the fact that the telescopic piece is not provided with a clamping structure adaptive to the safety rod, so that automatic assembly cannot be achieved, and production efficiency is reduced.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a three-rod type lockset convenient for automatic assembly.

In order to achieve the main object, the three-bar lock provided by the invention comprises a front lock body, wherein the front lock body comprises a first telescopic piece, a second telescopic piece, a safety rod and a front winding drum, the first telescopic piece and the second telescopic piece are assembled on the front winding drum, a part of the safety rod is inserted into a cylindrical cavity in the front winding drum, the first telescopic piece and the second telescopic piece are both positioned between a first shoulder part and a second shoulder part of the safety rod, the first telescopic piece is provided with a first positioning part, the safety rod penetrates through a first hole part of the first positioning part, and a first end surface of the safety rod is abutted against a first hole wall of the first hole part; the second telescopic piece is provided with a second positioning part, the safety rod penetrates through a second hole part of the second positioning part, and a second end face of the safety rod abuts against a second hole wall of the second hole part; the first hole portion is communicated with the second hole portion, the first hole wall and the second hole wall are arranged oppositely along the radial direction of the cylindrical cavity, and the first hole portion, the second hole portion and the second hole wall are located in the cylindrical cavity.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, the three-bar lock provided in this embodiment includes a front lock body 100, the front lock body 100 includes a first retractable plate 1, a second retractable plate 2, a safety lever 3 and a front winding drum 5, the first retractable plate 1 and the second retractable plate 2 are assembled on the front winding drum 5, a portion of the safety lever 3 is inserted into a cylindrical cavity 6 in the front winding drum 5, and the first retractable plate 1 and the second retractable plate 2 are both located between a first shoulder 7 and a second shoulder 8 of the safety lever 3.

The front lock body 100 of the three-rod type lock comprises a gasket 9, wherein the gasket 9 is positioned in the cylindrical cavity 6, and the gasket 9 abuts against the side wall of the cylindrical cavity 6.

The washer 9 is annular, the bumper 3 passes through the washer 9, and the first shoulder portion 7 of the bumper 3 abuts against the end surface of the washer 9.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the first retractable sheet 1 is provided with a first positioning portion 10, the safety lever 3 passes through a first hole portion 11 of the first positioning portion 10, a first end surface of the safety lever 3 abuts against a first hole wall 12 of the first hole portion 11, the first hole wall 12 includes at least two planes parallel to each other, and the first end surface of the safety lever 3 abuts against the two planes parallel to each other of the first hole wall 12.

The first stretch panel 1 includes a first panel 15 and a second panel 16, and the first positioning portion 10 is located between the first panel 15 and the second panel 16.

The second expansion piece 2 is provided with a second positioning part 17, the safety rod 3 passes through a second hole part 18 of the second positioning part 17, the second end surface of the safety rod 3 is abutted against a second hole wall of the second hole part 18, the second hole wall comprises at least two planes which are parallel to each other, and the second end surface of the safety rod 3 is abutted against the two planes which are parallel to each other of the second hole wall.

The first hole part 11 is communicated with the second hole part 18, the first hole wall 12 and the second hole wall are oppositely arranged along the radial direction of the cylindrical cavity 6, and the first hole part 11, the first hole wall 12, the second hole part 18 and the second hole wall are all positioned in the cylindrical cavity 6.

The second stretch panel 2 includes a third panel portion 19 and a fourth panel portion 20, and the second positioning portion 17 is located between the third panel portion 19 and the fourth panel portion 20.
